Description
【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a culture soil bag that can be used for cultivation after being used for sale of culture soil, for example.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, when cultivating plants such as fruits and vegetables, containers such as pots, containers, and planters are used to accommodate culture soil therein and grow plants.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, in this case, it is necessary to transfer the culture soil from the bag to the container after purchasing and acquiring the culture soil in a bag.
[0004]
An object of the present invention is to provide a culture soil bag that can be used for cultivation while being stored in a bag without transferring the culture soil to another container such as a pot, a container, or a planter, and a method for producing the same.
[0005]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to solve the above-mentioned problem, the invention according to claim 1 has a holding means capable of holding both corners of the end opposite to the opening side of the bag body in a state where they are brought close to each other. Ear portions defined integrally by a heat seal portion are provided on both side edges of the bag body, and the holding means is provided on the side of the ear portion according to at least one of a guide line provided on the ear portion and a perforation. The gist of the present invention is that the binding portion can be formed by being separated from the binding portion .
[0006]
According to the present invention, the holding means integrally provided on the culture soil bag is such that the two corners of the end opposite to the opening side of the bag body of the culture soil bag are brought closer to each other. Held by In a state in which the two corners are brought close to each other, the culture soil bag in which the culture soil is accommodated is well placed, and a stable self-standing container can be obtained. Therefore, the culture soil can be easily used for cultivation while being stored in the bag without being transferred to another container such as a pot, a container, or a planter. According to this, for example, a bag used to sell the culture soil can be used as it is as a cultivation bag.
[0007]
Here, the “integrally provided” state refers to a state in which the holding unit is formed integrally with the culture soil bag, and a case in which the holding unit is separate from the culture soil bag. It means a state of being fixed to the bag.
[0009]
According to a second aspect of the present invention, in the first aspect of the present invention, a holding means forming portion defined by a heat seal portion is provided at an end opposite to the opening side of the bag body. The gist is that the holding means is a binding part which can be formed by separating from the holding means forming part side according to at least one of a guide line provided on the holding means forming part and a perforation.
[0010]
According to the first or second aspect of the present invention, the binding portion integrally formed on the ear portion or the holding means forming portion of the culture clay bag is bound to each other, so that the opening portion of the bag body is on the opposite side. This makes it possible to hold both corners of the end part close to each other. Further, since the binding portion can be used only by separating it from the ear portion side or the holding means forming portion side, it becomes easy to use and inexpensive in processing cost. In particular, according to the invention of claim 2 , since it is not necessary to provide ears on both side edges of the bag main body, it is not necessary to provide a heat seal portion for forming the ears, and to secure the ears. Material consumption can be reduced.
[0011]
According to a third aspect of the present invention, in the first aspect of the present invention, the holding means is a binding member fixed to both corners of an end opposite to the opening side. Make a summary.
[0012]
According to this invention, it is possible to use a material different from the material of the culture clay bag as the holding means. Therefore, the effect of claim 1 can be more easily exerted by fixing the binding member that is easy to bind.
[0013]
The invention according to claim 4 is a step of sequentially forming a heat-seal portion having a predetermined width or two stripes extending at a predetermined pitch on the tubular resin film so as to extend along the width direction; A step of opening one side edge of the film in a longitudinal direction thereof, and at least one of a guide line and a perforation for forming a binding portion between the heat seal portion having the predetermined width or the two heat seal portions. And a step of cutting the intermediate portion of the heat seal portion having the predetermined width or the space between the two heat seal portions along the width direction.
[0014]
According to the present invention, the culture clay bag can be easily formed from the tubular resin film.
