Description

【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
TECHNICAL FIELD The present invention relates to an improvement in a shape-retaining board mainly worn on outerwear such as student clothes provided in a state of being housed in a packaging box.
[0002]
[Prior art]
The demand for school uniforms will be concentrated in spring, when new students enter the school, and in autumn, when clothes will be changed from summer to winter. It is customary. According to the storage method using such packaging boxes, multi-stage stacking is possible, so that the storage space can be reduced compared to the hanging storage method using hangers, etc., and large quantities can be stocked until the demand period. This can prevent damage and dirt on the student's clothes, and is convenient for transportation, store storage, take-out of customers, etc.
[0003]
However, when a student's clothes are stored in a packaging box and provided, folding habits and shape loss are likely to occur. Therefore, it has been conventionally practiced to attach a shape-retaining backing to the inside of a student's clothes to prevent the shape from being lost. FIG. 4 is a plan view showing a conventional shape-retaining mount. This shape-retaining mount is a substrate 1 obtained by cutting a piece of cardboard into a shape imitating the upper body, and a neckline 2 is provided at the upper end of the substrate 1 so that the shape-retaining mount is not exposed from the cuff portion when worn on school uniform. On the other hand, by overlapping the upper and lower portions of the cut line 5 provided at the position corresponding to the armpit and fastening with the stapler needle 6, a swelling imitating a human chest is given to the shape-retaining mount, and The shape retention effect is improved.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
If the shape-retaining mount is worn, the student clothes contained in the packaging box will not be wrinkled biased in front and rear and left and right, and if the hem portion of the school uniform is gently bent to the back side together with the shape-retaining mount. Although the advantage that it is difficult to have a fold habit was also obtained, as a result of the whole breast swelling uniformly when wearing school uniforms, extra wrinkles are likely to occur near the first button of the base of the cuff collar, However, since the shoulders, which are the most important from the viewpoint of shape retention, cannot be raised, the shoulders of the school uniform tend to be crushed. It was difficult. Furthermore, the stapler needle 6 used for assembling may accidentally adhere to the student's clothes or be mixed in the packaging box, or the stapler needle 6 may injure a finger or the like when inserting or removing the shape-retaining card in the student's clothes. There was also a problem in relation to responsibilities. Further, the stapler needle 6 needs to be removed for recycling, which is complicated.
[0005]
Therefore, recently, a resin-made shape-retaining mount made of foamed polystyrene or the like subjected to three-dimensional molding as shown in FIG. 5 is often used. Certainly, if it is a resin molded product, it is possible to easily realize the most ideal shape as a shape-retaining mount by providing the neckline 2 at the upper end of the substrate 1 or raising only the shoulder portions 7. Is difficult to adopt because it has a problem with disposal and goes against recent environmental conservation. The present invention has been made in view of the drawbacks of the conventionally used shape-retaining mount, and the main problem is that an effective shape-retaining effect can be achieved using only environmentally friendly paper materials. An object of the present invention is to provide a shape-retaining mount for top wear.
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, in the present invention, a cardboard mounted on a jacket housed and provided in a packaging box can be easily assembled and formed by cutting out one piece of cardboard. Specifically, a cut line is provided inward at a position corresponding to both lower sides of the substrate, and an inner fold and an outer fold from the position corresponding to both shoulders to the cut line are provided, so that a space between both folds is provided. A shoulder support plate outside of the outer fold while using the upright wall as a standing wall, and further extending from the lower end of the shoulder support plate so as to protrude below the cut line, the inner fold is a valley fold. The shoulder is formed by engaging an engagement groove engraved at a lower end of the engagement protrusion with an engagement groove extending below the middle of the cut line while bending the outer fold as a mountain fold. This is a shape-retaining backing sheet formed to hold the support plate in a raised state.
[0007]
As described above, the shape retaining sheet according to the present invention is made of a single piece of cardboard similarly to the conventional shape retaining sheet. Just by engaging the engagement groove with the engagement groove of the score line, it can be easily assembled without using a stapler or the like and worn on the outerwear of a school uniform, etc., and is most important in terms of shape-retaining effect. The two shoulder portions are formed so as to be able to hold up by the shoulder support plate of the shape-retaining mount.
[0008]
The interval between the inner fold and the outer fold provided on the shape-retaining sheet may be formed so as to gradually increase from the cut line side to the position corresponding to both shoulders. When the board located inside the inner fold is put on the outer garment and put in the packaging box, it falls down so as to contact the bottom of the box, so the shoulder support plate is kept in a sufficiently raised state In order to do so, it is necessary to raise the standing wall at the position corresponding to both shoulders. In particular, as described later, when the outerwear is folded and folded in two along the board and accommodated in the packaging box, the fold from the folded portion to the upper end of the board is inclined downward. Need to be kept.
[0009]
The substrate is provided with two fold curves that are substantially horizontal below the cut line, and both ends between the fold curves are cut out, and the length from the lower fold curve to the lower end of the board is set in a packaging box. By roughly matching the inner dimensions of the school uniform, it is possible to improve work efficiency and prevent the housed student's clothes from shifting vertically and causing wrinkles.
[0010]
That is, the packaging box in which the school uniform is stored has a horizontally long shape with a hand provided at the top for convenience of take-out and the like, and the length in the vertical direction is short. For this reason, the student clothes are stored in the packaging box in a state of being folded up and down, so that the conventional paper-made cardboard mounts are also folded in two while being worn on the student clothes. . However, where the student's uniform with the shape-retaining board was folded in half depended on the worker's experience. In the shape retaining sheet according to the present invention, the bending position can be specified only by touching the student's clothing with a finger even when worn in the student's clothing by cutting out both ends between the two folding curves. I did it.
[0011]
Further, in the conventional resin-made cardboard mount, the lower end of the substrate 1 is folded in a substantially U-shape in order to secure the thickness of the upper and lower folded portions, but as shown, the folded piece 8 is extremely short. In addition, it is impossible to prevent the folded skirt of the school uniform from wrinkling. However, in the shape-keeping mount according to the present invention, the length from the lower folding curve to the lower end of the substrate is approximately equal to the inner size of the packaging box, so that the student clothes stored in the packaging box do not shift in the vertical direction. To achieve a stable fixation.
[0012]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings. FIG. 1 is a plan view showing an example of the shape-retaining mount according to the present invention, FIG. 2 is a plan view of the state in which the shape-retaining mount is assembled, and FIG. It is a top view. Although FIG. 3 shows only the shape-retaining mount, the shape-retaining mount is actually worn in a jacket such as a school uniform.
[0013]
The shape-retaining mount of the present example is composed of substrates 1a and 1b cut out of a piece of cardboard into a shape imitating the upper body of a person, so that even when worn on a school uniform, the shape-retaining mount is not exposed from a collar or the like. A neckline 2 larger than the stuffed collar is provided. A substantially horizontal incision line 11 is provided in each of the positions corresponding to the lower left and right sides, and an inner fold 12 is provided from the position corresponding to both shoulders to the end of the incision line 11. An outer fold 13 from the position corresponding to both shoulders to a score line is provided outside of the outer rim 13. The space between the inner fold 12 and the outer fold 13 is formed so as to gradually increase from the side of the cut line 11 to the position corresponding to both shoulders, and the space therebetween is formed as the upright wall 3.
[0014]
Outside the outer fold 13 is a shoulder support plate 4. An engagement protrusion 31 extends from the outer lower end of the shoulder support plate 4 so as to protrude below the cut line 11. As a result, the cut line 11 is formed in a substantially key shape that is continuous with the contour line of the lower half of the substrate 1a. An engagement groove 32 is engraved at the lower end of the engagement protrusion 31, and an engagement groove 111 is engraved on the cut line 11 toward the outside in the middle.
[0015]
In the shape-retaining backing paper formed as described above, the inner fold 12 is bent as a valley fold and the outer fold 13 is bent as a mountain fold, and the engagement groove 32 in the engagement protrusion 31 is engaged with the cut line 11 in the cut line 11. When the shoulder support plate 4 is engaged with the groove 111, as shown in FIG. The shape-retaining mount is worn in a jacket such as a school uniform in this state.
[0016]
As shown in FIG. 1, substantially horizontal upper and lower folding curves 14 and 15 are provided below the cut line 11 on the substrate 1 a for the convenience of folding the shape-retaining mount up and down. ing. The arrangement position of the upper folding curve 14 is determined in relation to the inner size of the packaging box. For example, when the shape-retaining mount is worn on school uniforms, the upper end of the stuffing collar is pressed against the inner wall of the packaging box and loses its shape. To avoid this, it is desirable to set the distance from the upper end of the packing collar to the folding curve 14 to be slightly shorter than the vertical length of the inner size of the packaging box.
[0017]
On the other hand, the arrangement position of the lower folding curve 15 is also determined in relation to the inner size of the packaging box. That is, the length L from the lower folding curve 15 to the lower end of the substrate 1b may be adjusted so as to substantially match the vertical length of the inner size of the packaging box. Also, as shown in the figure, if the left and right lower ends of the substrate 1b are cut out in a curved manner, strong contact with the inner wall of the packaging box during transportation or the like can be reduced as compared with the case where the board 1b is cut out at an acute angle. This has the effect of preventing the fabric of the school uniform from being damaged.
[0018]
A left notch 16 and a right notch 17 are provided at both ends between the upper folding curve 14 and the lower folding curve 15. Although the left and right cutouts 16 and 17 in this example are formed in a semicircular shape, they may be formed in any shape as long as they can be distinguished from the cloth when worn in a jacket such as a school uniform. Good. Therefore, the left and right cutouts 16 and 17 are searched from above the fabric with a finger in a state in which the shape-retaining sheet is worn in the outerwear such as a school uniform, and both the upper folding curve 14 and the lower folding curve 15 are mountain-folded. When folded into upper and lower folds as shown in (1) and stored in the packaging box, the upper end and lower end of the lower substrate 1b abut against the inside of the upper wall and the inside of the lower wall of the packaging box. It is preserved.
[0019]
【The invention's effect】
The shape-retaining backing paper according to the present invention is inexpensive to manufacture because it is cut out only from cardboard, is easy to assemble and dispose of, and can be handled in a paperboard state during storage and transportation. Transportation costs can be reduced. In addition, it is possible to prevent strange rising and depression of the base of the stuffed collar (around the neck), which is observed when using the conventional shape-retaining backing paper, and it is possible to achieve ideal shape-retaining of both shoulder and sleeve portions. .
[0020]
Furthermore, when folded up and down, there is little play between the packaging box and the school uniform, since the lower substrate roughly matches the inner dimensions of the packaging box. Creases and folds are hardly formed in the folded portion, and even when vibration is applied during transportation or the like, school uniforms and the like hardly lose their shapes.
