本発明はタイルパネルの補修方法に係り、特に、台盤に複数のタイルを貼設してなるタイルパネルの特定のタイルが破損した場合に、ジョイナーを付設したタイルパネルにより、上記破損タイルと簡単に交換取付けできる補修方法に関するものである。

【従来技術とその課題】
従来、タイルフロアは下地上にタイルを所定の配列状態に並べて、モルタル、接着剤等により下地材に固着した構造のものや、バルコニーやベランダ等に敷設する排水を考慮したタイルフロアとして、プラスチック製の格子状体を下地材とし、その上にタイルを載置し、タイルには強力に接着するがプラスチックには接着力が弱いか無い接着剤を用いて、下地材に設けたリブを埋設した状態にしてタイルを下地材に固着したもの等が知られているが、上記何れのタイルフロアも、下地材に接着乃至固着された一部のタイルが汚染されたり破損した場合に、そのタイルのみを取除き新たなタイルと差替えて取付けることには非常に手間が掛り、また補修費用も嵩む等の問題があった。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本発明は上記課題を解決するものであって、その要旨は、台盤上に複数のタイルを貼設してなるタイルパネルの特定数のタイルと、ジョイナーを付設した交換用タイルとを差替え取付けることによるタイルパネルの補修方法であって、上記タイルパネルは、その台盤の上板の裏面側にタテ・ヨコ交差する直線リブを形成すると共に、該直線リブの交差点を中心に三重のリングリブを形成し、その中心リングリブと中間リングリブを残して透孔窓をタイルの投影範囲内に4箇所形成し、且つ、台盤の上板の表面側で上記透孔窓間を結ぶ対角線上に凹溝を形成し、台盤の上記透孔窓の中間リングリブ内でタイルの裏面側を貼着固定してなり、また、上記交換用タイルは、その裏面に上記タイルパネルの凹溝及び透孔窓に係着する略×型状のジョイナーを付設してなり、上記タイルパネルの透孔窓の中間リングリブの外側で直線リブを切断してタイルをタイルパネルより取外し、しかるのち、取外した跡の上記台盤の凹溝に、上記交換用タイルのジョイナーを係着して交換用タイルをタイルパネルに差替えることを特徴とするタイルパネルの補修方法である。

【実施例】
以下、本発明を図面に基づき具体的に説明する。 図1は本発明で使用するタイルパネルの台盤の表面側を平面図で、また裏面側を一部省略底面図で各々示し、図2はタイルパネルからタイルを取外す状態を斜視図で示し、図3は本発明で使用する交換用タイルの裏面側を斜視図で示し、図4はタイルパネルに交換用タイルを取付けた状態を側断面図で示す。

本発明は、図2に斜視図で示す如く、台盤11上に複数のタイルを貼設してなるタイルパネル1の特定数のタイル2と、図3に斜視図で示す如く、ジョイナー31を付設した交換用タイル3とを差替え取付けることによるタイルパネルの補修方法である。

即ち、本発明で用いる上記タイルパネル1は、図1に平面図と底面図で示す如く、台盤11の上板12の裏面側122に、タテ・ヨコ交差する直線リブ13を形成すると共に、該直線リブ13の交差点を中心に、中心リングリブ14と中間リングリブ15を残して透孔窓17をタイル2の投影範囲内に4箇所形成し、且つ、台盤11の上板12の表面側121で、上記透孔窓17相互間を結ぶ対角線上に凹溝111を形成してあり、そして台盤11の上記透孔窓17の中間リングリブ15内でタイル2の裏面側を接着剤Aで貼着固定してある。
上記タイル2が陶製タイルである場合には、接着剤Aは陶製品接着用の接着剤を用いて上記方法で固定するが、木製タイルの場合には中心リングリブ14に穿孔されている中心孔18でビス止めした上に、木工用接着剤で接着固定する。

また、本発明で用いる交換用タイル3は、図3に斜視図で示す如く、その裏面に、略×型状のジョイナー31が付設されているが、該ジョイナー31には、上記タイルパネル1の凹溝111に係止する係止バー311と、これに連設して、タイルパネル1の透孔窓17に係着する掛止片33を具えたリング係止部32とが形成されており、該リング係止部32内に接着剤Aを満たして埋設部34で、ジョイナー31をタイル裏面側に接着固定してある。
上記交換用タイル3が陶製タイルである場合には、接着剤Aは陶製品接着用の接着剤を用い、木製タイルの場合にはリング係止部32内の中心孔36でビス止めした上に、木工用接着剤で接着固定することが好ましい。

そして、上記タイルパネル1に形成してある透孔窓17の中間リングリブ15の外側(即ち、外側リングリブ16の内側)で、タイルパネル1の裏面側122より、図1に示す破線部で直線リブ13を切断し、図2に示す如く、切断された中心リングリブ14及び中間リングリブ15を巻き込み固着部21が付いたままのタイル2をタイルパネル1より取外す。
しかるのち、取外した跡の上記台盤11の凹溝111及び透孔窓17に、上記交換用タイル3のジョイナー31の係止バー311及びリング係止部32を係着すると共に、掛止片33をタイルパネル1の外側リングリブ16の内側に掛止して、破損したタイル2を交換用タイル3に差替え補修することができる。

本発明は、上記構成のタイルパネル1の一部のタイル2が汚染或いは破損した場合に、そのタイル2を簡単に取外し、その跡に上記構成の交換用タイル3を用い、上記手順に準じ容易に差替え補修することができて極めて便利である。

【発明の効果】
本発明は上記構成よりなるので下記効果を奏する。
即ち、本発明によれば、下地材の台盤に接着固定された一部のタイルが汚染されたり破損した場合であっても、そのタイルのみを簡単に取除くことができると共に、そこへ新たなタイルを容易に差替えできるので、補修工数並びに補修費用が少なくて済む。
