Description

【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は、例えばマンションや戸建等の一般住宅家屋において、戸枠に網面を張着して成る網戸に対し、屋外から屋内を透視不可能な目隠し用板体を屋内側から取り付けられるようした目隠し装置に関するものである。

【従来の技術】
従来から、この種の網戸における目隠し装置としては、例えば実開昭54−119249号公報に開示されているように、戸枠に網面を張着して成る網戸において戸枠の左右両縦框間に複数の帯状の不透視体を上下方向に積み重ねるように嵌挿して網面全体を覆うようにした構成のものがある。

また、実開昭56−148500号公報に開示されているように、外面に網体を張設した戸枠の内周縁部に断面略逆F字形の溝枠部を連設して当該溝枠部の内側にすだれ体の端部を介在させ、前記溝枠部に嵌着させるようにしてすだれ体の端部外面に受け縁付きすだれ縁押さえを被着させることで戸枠にすだれ体を保持させるようにした構成のものがある。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかしながら、上述した従来例において例えば実開昭54−119249号公報に開示さている目隠し付網戸では、複数の帯状の不透視体自体はメクラ板であるため換気性、通気性が全く無いのである。また複数の帯状の不透視体を単に上下方向に積み重ねるようにして左右両縦框間に嵌挿させているだけであり、また、網面側には不透視体を支持するものが何もないため、不透視体自体が網面に直接当ってしまいこれを変形させたり傷つけたりしてしまう。さらに不透視体自体にフード付開口部を備えた場合には、一般にフード部自体は開口部の上縁から横方向に突出させ且つ下方に向けて湾曲させた状態となって網面側に突出し全体的に奥行長さが大きくなっているので、不透視体と網戸との僅かなスペースでは不透視体のフード部が網面に直接当ってしまう等の問題点を有していた。

一方、実開昭56−148500号公報に開示されているすだれ付き網戸では、断面略逆F字形の溝枠部を戸枠の内周縁部に連設させたり、すだれ体の端部外面に受け縁付きすだれ縁押さえを被着させたりする等の構造が非常に複雑な構造となるから高価な網戸となってしまい、しかも一般に使用されている網戸に対してこのようなすだれ体を取り付けるための構造を設けることは不可能である等の網戸に対する汎用性に乏しい等の問題点を有していた。

そこで本発明は叙上のような従来存した諸事情に鑑み創出されたもので、戸枠に網面を張着して成る網戸において、フード付開口部を備えた不透視体自体の簡単な変形構成によりプライバシーを保護しながら換気性、通気性、採光性等を可能にさせ、また従来のようにすだれ体を取り付けるための溝枠部を連設したり、すだれ縁押さえを被着させたりする等の複雑な構造としなくても一般に使用されている網戸に対して戸枠の屋内側の左右両縦框間に容易に、しかも戸枠の縦横の大きさに対応調整して透視不可能な目隠し用板体を取り付けることができ、また従来の如く不透視体のフード部が網面に直接当ってしまうことがなくしっかりと戸枠に保持できるものとした目隠し装置を提供することを目的とする。

【課題を解決するための手段】
上述した課題を達成するため、本発明にあっては、戸枠の屋内側の左右両縦框間に装着された屋外から透視不可能な目隠し用板体1に、板片に並列配置した複数段の折込部21を交互に逆向きに折り込むことにより第1傾斜面部22、第2傾斜面部23それぞれを交互に連続して成る蛇腹状の折込板面部2と、折込板面部2の各第1傾斜面部22もしくは各第2傾斜面部23のいずれかに切り起こし状に突出して成るフード付開口部Pとを形成したものであり、目隠し用板材1自体は透視性が低い、いわゆる半透明な肉薄素材によって形成されている。
フード付開口部Pは、折込板面部2における折込部21に形成された折曲縁から第1傾斜面部22もしくは第2傾斜面部23のいずれかの面内を折込板面部2自体に平行となるように切り起こすことによりフード部25が形成されているものとできる。
折込板面部2の左右両縁端部には、戸枠の屋内側の左右両縦框に装着されるスライド着脱式の複数の保持枠部3を適当な間隔をおいて配装してあるものとできる。
保持枠部3は、戸枠の屋内側の縦框を咬持させるよう一側端に一体形成した略コ字枠状の縦框側保持アーム部31と、折込部21を介して山型状に形成された第1傾斜面部22および第2傾斜面部23に弾発的に圧接保持させるよう他側端の左右内壁面縦方向に沿って内側に向けて山型状に折曲した板発条から成る複数の取付係合部33を備えて一体形成した略コ字枠状の折込板面部側保持アーム部32とを有する全体略H型を呈する短尺帯枠形状に形成したものとできる。
2枚の折込板面部2を裏表且つ上下を逆向きにして配置させ、それぞれの第1傾斜面部22同士および第2傾斜面部23同士を合致させるようにして互いに横方向にスライド可能に接合配置させたものとできる。
折込板面部2同士の接合位置における前面側または後面側のフード部25先端部から合致した第1傾斜面部22同士もしくは第2傾斜面部23同士にかけて嵌挿配置されて第1傾斜面部22同士もしくは第2傾斜面部23同士を圧接固定させる2枚折帯板状の保持部材61を備えたものとできる。
複数の折込板面部2を開口部24同士およびフード部25同士の適数を合致させて上下方向に連結可能にして構成することができる。
折込板面部2同士の連結位置における合致した第1傾斜面部22縁端部もしくはフード部25先端部から嵌挿配置されて第1傾斜面部22同士もしくはフード部25同士を咬持させる2枚折帯板状の保持部材51を備えたものとできる。

以上のように構成された本発明に係る目隠し装置において、蛇腹状の折込板面部2の各第1傾斜面部22もしくは各第2傾斜面部23のいずれかに形成されたフード付開口部Pは、屋内をフード部25によって隠させながらも開口部24を介しての屋内の換気や屋外との通気、あるいは屋外から屋内への採光等を容易に行わせる。
折込部21の折曲縁から第1傾斜面部22もしくは第2傾斜面部23のいずれかの面内を切り起こして突出形成されたフード部25は、網面側に突出せずに折込板面部2自体に平行であるため、不透視体のフード部25の網面に対する当接突っ掛かりを防止させる。
全体略H型の短尺帯枠形状を呈して成る保持枠部3の略コ字枠状の折込板面部側保持アーム部32は、自体を折込板面部2の左右両縁端部にスライド装着させ、折込板面部側保持アーム部32の複数の取付係合部33に第1傾斜面部22および第2傾斜面部23を弾発的に圧接保持させる。
一方、保持枠部3の略コ字枠状の縦框側保持アーム部31は、自体を縦框に咬持させるようにして戸枠の屋内側の左右両縦框間に折込板面部2を装着させる。複数の折込板面部2を裏表且つ上下を逆向きにして配置させ、第1傾斜面部22同士および第2傾斜面部23同士を合致させた状態で互いに横方向にスライド可能に接合配置させて成る目隠し用板体1は、戸枠の左右幅寸法の大きさに対応調整可能にさせる。
2枚折帯板状の保持部材61は、折込板面部2同士の接合位置における前面側または後面側のフード部25先端部から合致した第1傾斜面部22同士もしくは第2傾斜面部23同士にかけて嵌挿配置されて第1傾斜面部22同士もしくは第2傾斜面部23同士を圧接固定させることにより、接合位置における折込板面部2同士の前後のバタつきを防止させる。
複数の折込板面部2を開口部24同士およびフード部25同士の適数を合致させて上下方向に連結して成る目隠し用板体1は、戸枠の上下幅寸法の大きさに対応調整可能にさせる。
2枚折帯板状の保持部材51は、折込板面部2同士の連結位置における合致した第1傾斜面部22縁端部もしくはフード部25先端部に嵌挿配置されて第1傾斜面部22同士もしくはフード部25同士を咬持させることにより複数の折込板面部2同士をしっかりと保持固定させる。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下図面を参照して本発明の一実施の形態を説明すると、図において示される符号1は、例えばマンションや戸建等の一般住宅家屋において網戸とガラス戸との間に配される主としてプライバシー保護を目的とし、さらに通気性、換気性、採光性等を兼ね備えた目隠し用板体である。この目隠し用板体1は、図1に示すように、屋外からは透視不可能な不透明体または半透明体すなわち透視性が低い肉薄素材により形成され、互いに横方向にスライド可能に接合配置した左右の蛇腹状の折込板面部2と、折込板面部2の左右両縁端部の例えば3箇所に適当な間隔をおいてスライド装着させた全体略H型の短尺帯枠形状を呈し、例えば折込板面部2の左右側縁の上部、ほぼ中央部、下部それぞれに配装して成る合計6個の保持枠部3とを備えている。そして、戸枠に網面を張着して成る網戸における当該戸枠の内周縁部を形成する屋内側の左右両縦框間に保持枠部3を介して当該折込板面部2が装着されるものとしてある。

図2、図3に示すように、折込板面部2は、肉厚の薄い板片に並列配置した複数段の折込部21を交互に逆向きに折り込むことにより横長矩形状の第1傾斜面部22、横長矩形状の第2傾斜面部23それぞれを交互に連続した全体面が蛇腹状またはジグザグ状に形成してある。このとき折込部21を介しての第1傾斜面部22と第2傾斜面部23との間の挟角度βを鈍角例えば約120°に設定してある。そして、折込板面部2における折込部21の中央横長部分を折曲縁とし、折曲縁を介して第1傾斜面部22もしくは第2傾斜面部23のいずれかの面内に横長U字状の切込部を形成して当該折曲縁から第1傾斜面部22もしくは第2傾斜面部23のいずれかの面内を折込板面部2自体に平行となるように例えばその起立する狭角度αを約30°に設定して扉状に切り起こし開放させることでフード部25を形成してある。

これにより折込板面部2の各第1傾斜面部22もしくは各第2傾斜面部23のいずれか一方に横長矩形状の開口部24が形成されると共に、開口部24と等しい面積を有する切片状のフード部25を開口部24上縁から鉛直下方へ向けて突出させた状態となった換気・通気用のフード付開口部Pが形成されるものとしてある。このとき開口部24面とフード部25との間の挟角度αは約30°となるので、折込板面部2を正面から見れば、開口部24はフード部25によってすっぽりと覆われるものとなり、開口部24の下縁部自体がフード部25によって隠れてしまうものとし、しかもフード部25、開口部24自体は切り起こし形成後でも左右の保持枠部3の幅内に収まるようにしてある。尚、このような折込板面部2の第1傾斜面部22、第2傾斜面部23、開口部24、フード部25の形状は、例えばプレス成形用型枠による加工成形の際に同時に一体形成されるものとしてある。

このように形成された折込板面部2の2枚を、図5に示すように、裏表を逆にし且つ上下を逆にして配置させ、それぞれの第1傾斜面部22同士および第2傾斜面部23同士を接合させて互いに横方向にスライド可能となるように配置させることにより戸枠の左右幅寸法の大きさに対応調整できるものとしてある。そして、戸枠の左右幅寸法の大きさに対応調整した後に、2枚の折込板面部2の接合部同士を前後にバタつかないように連結させるための2枚折帯板状に形成された保持部材61を備えている。すなわち保持部材61は、図8(b)に示すように、帯板を折返部62を介して略U字形に折り曲げると共に、その一端を折曲部63を介して外側に略くの字形に折り曲げて形成してある。

尚、目隠し用板体1の折込板面部2に使用される不透明体としては、着色または乳白色等の例えばポリプロピレン、ポリエチレン、ポリカーボネート等の熱可塑性樹脂、不透明加工されたガラス繊維等によって、いわゆる半透明状の肉薄例えば約1mm以下の肉厚とした板状体等としてある。

図4に示すように、保持枠部3は、戸枠の屋内側の縦框を咬持させるための略コ字枠状の縦框側保持アーム部31を一側端に一体形成し、薄肉の折込板面部2の左右縁端部を保持するための略コ字枠状の幅狭な折込板面部側保持アーム部32を他側端に一体形成した全体略H型を呈する短尺帯枠形状に形成してある。この折込板面部側保持アーム部32の左右内壁面には縦方向に沿って互いに所定の間隔をおいて複数の取付係合部33を備えることで折込板面部側保持アーム部32に対する薄肉の折込板面部2の脱着を容易なものとしてある。

また、折込板面部側保持アーム部32の左右側面に略H形の切込部34を形成しておき、この切込部34によって形成された相対峙する矩形面部を互いに内側に向けて折曲することにより板発条性を付与した山型状の取付係合部33を形成してあり、折込部21を介して山型状に形成された第1傾斜面部22および第2傾斜面部23を山型状の取付係合部33に合致係合させるべく折込板面部側保持アーム部32のコ字枠内に横方向から挿入させることで第1傾斜面部22および第2傾斜面部23自体を弾発的に圧接保持させるものとしてある。

そしてまた、戸枠の屋内側の縦框が幅狭な場合でも当該縦框に保持枠部3が容易に取り付けられるようにするために、縦框側保持アーム部31のコ字枠内には、略コ字枠状のスペーサ枠部4が例えば両面粘着テープ材5を介在させて、または接着等により固定配置してある。すなわちスペーサ枠部4は、縦框の外形状に対応すべく縦框側保持アーム部31のコ字枠内径サイズよりも小さい内径を有するコ字枠状の縦框側嵌合用側面部41と、縦框側嵌合用側面部41の上下両端部に横方向に突出形成され、縦框側保持アーム部31のコ字枠内にて左右に所定の間隙を空けて保持固定させるものとしたセパレータ鍔部42とを備え、縦框側嵌合用側面部41のコ字枠背面側には接着剤を塗布するかあるいは表面に剥離紙を貼着させた両面粘着テープ材5を貼着してある。これによりスペーサ枠部4のコ字枠状の縦框側嵌合用側面部41内に戸枠の屋内側の縦框を隙間なく嵌合咬持させることで縦框側保持アーム部31自体をガタつくことなくしっかりと固定させるようにしてある。

尚、戸枠の屋内側の縦框が幅広な場合では、スペーサ枠部4を使用しないで保持枠部3のみを使用すれば良い。さらに戸枠の屋内側の縦框が縦框側保持アーム部31のコ字枠内幅よりも幅広な場合では、縦框側保持アーム部31に対してスペーサ枠部4の縦框側嵌合用側面部41のコ字枠背面側を外側に向けて嵌め込み、当該コ字枠背面側に貼着した両面粘着テープ材5または塗布した接着等によって縦框に固定させれば良い。すなわち、スペーサ枠部4背面に両面粘着テープ材5を貼着しておくことで、戸枠の縦框の突部の幅員が大きい場合には内法幅員が大きい保持枠部3によって、同様に戸枠の縦框の突部の幅員が小さい場合には内法幅員が小さくなるよう保持枠部3に両面粘着テープ材5を介在させて嵌め合わせたスペーサ枠部4によって、さらに戸枠の縦框に突部がない場合には、保持枠部3に逆向きに嵌め合わせたスペーサ枠部4背面の両面粘着テープ材5によって夫々の態様で装着可能にしてあり、このように種々な取付形態を選定して取付けることができるようにしてある。

尚、図示による説明を省略するが、保持枠部3の他の例として、中央に横長のガイド用長孔を形成した帯板状の取付基部と、この取付基部の一側端に二股となって一体形成して縦框内周縁部を咬持させる略コ字形を呈する保持アーム部とから形成し、目隠し用板体1の例えば左右の縁端部における上部と下部との合計4箇所にネジ孔を形成し、このネジ孔に対し取付基部のガイド用長孔をあてがっておき、これにネジ体を挿入させておいてからネジ孔に捩じ込むことで保持枠部3が取り付けられるようにしても良い。

また、図6に示すように、折込板面部2の開口部24同士およびフード部25同士の適数を合致させることにより複数の折込板面部2を上下方向に連結可能にして目隠し用板体1全体の大きさを拡張することで戸枠の上下幅寸法の大きさに対応調整できるものとしてある。そして、複数の折込板面部2の略縁端部同士を連結させる2枚折帯板状に形成された保持部材51を備えている。すなわち保持部材51は、図8(a)に示すように、帯板を折返部52を介して略U字形に折り曲げると共に、その一端を折曲部53を介して略くの字形に折り曲げて形成してある。そして図7、図9に示すように、複数の折込板面部2の第1傾斜面部22および第2傾斜面部23の複数を接合させて開口部24同士およびフード部25同士を合致させておいてから、合致した第1傾斜面部22縁端部側からフード部25にかけて保持部材51を嵌挿して第1傾斜面部22同士を折返部52を介して咬持させ且つ折曲部53を折込板面部2の折込部21に圧接保持させることで複数の折込板面部2の縁端部同士を接合可能にしてある。

尚、保持部材51を逆に使用し、合致したフード部25先端部から第1傾斜面部22にかけて保持部材51を嵌挿してフード部25同士を折返部52を介して咬持させ且つ折曲部53を折込板面部2の折込部21に圧接保持させるようにしても良い。

複数の折込板面部2を上下方向に連結させる具体的な組合わせとしては、例えば15個の折込部21を有する折込板面部2が3枚と、7個の折込部21を有する折込板面部2が1枚とで片面を構成し、例えば両面に使用することで15個の折込部21を有する折込板面部2が合計6枚と、7個の折込部21を有する折込板面部2が合計2枚となる。このとき、縦方向の組綴じが片面6個で上下4個となり、例えば両面に使用すれば予備として2個の折込部21を含む合計18個となる。また、横方向の組綴じが片面3個で左右6個となり、例えば両面に使用すれば予備として2個の折込部21を含む合計8個となる。折込板面部2の桟寸は、15個の折込部21の場合では、縦30mm×15+15mm=465mmとなる大型サイズと、7個の折込部21の場合では、縦30mm×7+15mm=225mmとなる小型サイズとが形成される。折込板面部2の型寸は、15個の折込部21の場合では、縦26mm×15+13mm=403mmとなる大型サイズと、7個の折込部21の場合では、縦26mm×7+13mm=195mmとなる小型サイズとが形成される。これによって例えば折込板面部2の組立サイズは、縦26mm×14×3+195mm=1287mmとなる。

次に以上のように構成された実施の形態についての組付、使用の一例を説明するに、戸枠の左右幅寸法の大きさに対応すべく目隠し用板体1全体の左右方向の大きさを拡張するために、図1、図5に示すように、例えば左右2枚の折込板面部2同士を裏表を逆にし且つ上下を逆にして配置させ、それぞれの第1傾斜面部22同士および第2傾斜面部23同士を合致した状態で互いに横方向にスライド可能となるように配置させる。そして、戸枠の左右幅寸法の大きさに対応調整した後に、前面側または後面側のフード部25から折込板面部2の接合部同士にかけて2枚折帯板状に形成された保持部材61を嵌込む。このときフード部25は合致される開口部24を中央にしてそれぞれ反対側に位置し、しかも互いに上下逆向状態となって相対峙して配置されるため、左右の目隠し用板体1が互いに内側にスライド移動しても両フード部25は互いに干渉しないのである。

また、戸枠の上下幅寸法の大きさに対応すべく目隠し用板体1全体の上下方向の大きさを拡張するために複数の折込板面部2同士を上下に連結させる。この場合には、図7に示すように、複数の折込板面部2の第1傾斜面部22および第2傾斜面部23の適数を接合させて開口部24同士およびフード部25同士を合致させておく。そして、合致した第1傾斜面部22の例えば左右縁端部側から2枚折帯板状に形成された保持部材51を嵌挿させて第1傾斜面部22同士を咬持させることで複数の折込板面部2の縁端部同士が連結されるのである。尚、必要に応じて、保持部材51を逆さにして、合致したフード部25先端部から第1傾斜面部22にかけて嵌挿し、フード部25同士を折返部52を介して咬持させ且つ折曲部53を折込板面部2の折込部21に圧接保持させる。

こうして、網戸に目隠し用板体1が装着されることにより屋内が隠蔽され、屋外から網戸ごしに屋内が見えずプライバシーが保たれるのである。しかもこのように網戸の戸枠に目隠し用板体1を装着した状態でガラス戸を常時開けておきさえすれば、目隠し用板体1の複数のフード付開口部Pにより、屋内をフード部25によって隠しながら開口部24を介して屋内の換気や屋外との通気を容易に行わせるのである。

【発明の効果】
本発明は以上のように構成されているために、戸枠に網面を張着して成る網戸において、フード付開口部Pを備えた不透視体自体の簡単な変形構成によりプライバシーを保護しながら換気性、通気性、採光性等を可能にさせ、また従来のようにすだれ体を取り付けるための溝枠部を連設したり、すだれ縁押さえを被着させたりする等の複雑な構造としなくても一般に使用されている網戸に対して戸枠の屋内側の左右両縦框間に容易でしかも戸枠の縦横の大きさに対応調整して透視不可能な目隠し用板体1を取り付けることができる。また、従来の如く不透視体のフード部25が網面に直接当ってしまうことがなくしっかりと戸枠に保持することができる。
