Description

【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a cosmetic container capable of stopping the opening and turning at this position when the cover is opened and turned until the lid becomes a substantially vertical posture.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Normally, in a process of manufacturing a cosmetic container, in a process of filling a cosmetic accommodating recess formed on an upper surface of the container main body with a cosmetic such as a liquid lipstick, a plurality of container main bodies are placed on a conveyor moving at a predetermined speed. A cosmetic is filled in the cosmetic accommodating recess from a filling nozzle which is placed at intervals and provided at a predetermined position so as to be movable up and down. This filling step is often performed in a state where the lid is attached to the container main body (the rear end of the lid is rotatably attached to the rear end of the container main body). In this case, there is an advantage that the cosmetic and the like filled in the cosmetic accommodating recess can be protected by closing the lid after the cosmetic is filled. In such a filling step, as shown in FIG. 23, the plurality of container bodies 31 are placed on the conveyor 35 at a predetermined interval with the lid 32 opened so as not to hinder the elevating and lowering of the filling nozzle 33 during filling. Each of the container bodies 31 is filled with a cosmetic 34 from a filling nozzle 33 in the cosmetic accommodating recess 31a.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, when the lid 32 is fully opened as described above, the rear end portion 32a of the lid 32 enters the lower side of the rear end portion 31b of the container main body 31, and the container main body 31 is lowered forward. Incline. For this reason, the upper edge of the front wall of the cosmetic storage recess 31a is lower than the upper edge of the rear wall, and even if the cosmetic 34 is filled in the cosmetic storage recess 31a, the cosmetic is not stored until the cosmetic 34 reaches a predetermined amount. It overflows from the upper edge of the front wall of the concave portion 31a, and a sufficient filling amount cannot be secured. Moreover, when the lid 32 is closed, the container body 31 is in a horizontal state, so that the liquid level of the cosmetic 34 in the cosmetic accommodating recess 31a fluctuates, and the trace of the cosmetic 34 on the front wall upper surface of the cosmetic accommodating recess 31a. There is also a problem that remains. In addition, there is a problem that the front-rear width of the cosmetic container is almost twice as long as the front-rear width of the container body 31, and the number of cosmetic containers that can be placed on the conveyor 35 is reduced to approximately half.
[0004]
The present invention has been made in view of such circumstances, and an object of the present invention is to provide a cosmetic container capable of stopping the opening and turning at this position when the cover is opened and turned to a substantially vertical posture.
[0005]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, a cosmetic container of the present invention comprises a container body having a cosmetic dish receiving recess formed on an upper surface, and a rear end of the container body hinged to a rear end of the container body so as to be rotatable. And a lid body that is connected to cover the upper surface of the container body, forming attachment portions on both left and right sides of a rear end portion of the lid body, inside each of the attachment portions. Shaft To Protrusion Form, the left and right sides of the rear end of the container body, Shaft Pivotally engage with Shaft hole To form A substantially U-shaped protrusion is formed on the outer periphery of each shaft hole with its opening facing upward, and a vertical U-shaped protrusion is formed from the upper part of each shaft hole through the opening of the substantially U-shaped protrusion. A guide groove extending to the upper end surface of the container body is formed, and the shafts are fitted into the guide grooves from the upper end surface of the container body, and then lowered along the guide grooves to form the shaft holes. By engaging with, the lid body is attached to the container body, and at the same time, the upper surface of the container body can be covered with the lid body, Forming a convex portion on at least one inside of the mounting portion, When the lid is opened rearward at the time of opening the lid, the protrusion is configured to rotate forward along the lower outer peripheral portion of the substantially U-shaped protrusion, and the substantially U-shaped protrusion is formed. Perimeter The lid is engaged with the convex portion in a state where the lid is opened and rotated until a vertical posture or a rearward inclined posture slightly inclined backward from the vertical posture is engaged with the lid. of a body The configuration is such that a stopper portion for preventing the opening rotation backward is formed.
[0006]
That is, the cosmetic container of the present invention has a convex portion formed on at least one of the inside of both mounting portions formed on the left and right sides of the rear end portion of the lid, and the rear end portion of the container body facing the convex portion. In this state, the lid is opened and rotated until it becomes a vertical posture or a rearwardly inclined posture in which the lid is slightly backwardly inclined from the vertical posture. A stopper portion for blocking is formed. Therefore, when the lid for covering the container body is opened and rotated rearward to a vertical position or a rearward inclined position slightly inclined backward from the vertical position, the convex portion of the lid engages with the stopper portion of the container body. The opening rotation stops. In this state, when the container body is placed on a conveyor, display shelf, or the like, the lid is held in a vertical posture or a rearward inclined posture. When the lid is held in this state, the lid does not hinder the elevating and lowering of the filling nozzle when filling the cosmetic. Moreover, when the lid is opened in the vertical posture or the rearward inclined posture, the rear end of the lid does not enter the lower side of the rear end of the container main body, and the container main body is held in a horizontal state. Therefore, even when the cosmetic is filled into the cosmetic dish receiving recess of the container body until the cosmetic dish reaches a predetermined height, the cosmetic does not overflow from the cosmetic dish receiving recess, and a predetermined filling amount can be secured. Furthermore, even when the lid is closed, the container body is held in a horizontal state, so that the liquid level of the cosmetic in the cosmetic dish housing recess does not fluctuate, and a mark of the cosmetic is formed on the upper front wall of the cosmetic dish housing recess. Not even. Furthermore, when the lid is in the vertical posture or the rearward inclined posture, the front-rear width of the cosmetic container becomes substantially the same as the front-rear width of the container body, and the number of cosmetic containers that can be placed on the conveyor does not decrease by half. . Note that, in the present invention, the backward inclined posture slightly inclined backward from the vertical posture means a posture inclined backward within a range of 0 ° to 5 ° from the vertical posture.
[0007]
Further, in the present invention, the lid is pressed rearward from the state where the engagement piece of the lid is engaged with the stopper portion of the container body and the lid is in the vertical posture or the rearward inclined posture. In a case where the engagement piece is configured to move over the stopper portion and the lid body can be opened and pivoted rearward, the lid body in the vertical posture or the like is further pushed rearward to open the lid greatly. It can be moved and can be used with the lid fully opened.
[0008]
Further, in the present invention, a window is formed at the rear of the bottom wall of the decorative dish receiving recess, and the rear side edge of the lid abuts on the rear side of the container body when the lid is closed, and the elastic force of the container itself. Forming an elastic claw piece for pressing the lid toward the container body side, and when the lid is fully opened and rotated, the distal end of the elastic claw piece enters the window of the container body from below. When the makeup dish in the makeup dish storage recess is removed, the cover in the closed state is opened backward and opened to the full limit when the makeup dish in the makeup dish housing recess is removed. In this case, the distal end of the elastic claw piece formed at the rear portion is inserted from below into a window opening at the rear of the bottom wall of the dish receiving recess, and is projected upward. As a result, the bottom surface of the decorative dish in the decorative dish receiving recess is pushed upward by the elastic nail pieces, and the pushed-up decorative dish can be lifted up with fingers, thereby removing the decorative dish from the container body. On the other hand, when closing the lid that has been fully opened, the lid is pressed toward the container body and rotated to close. Thereby, the elastic claw piece provided on the rear end edge of the lid abuts on the rear side of the container body during the closing rotation. In this state, the lid is further pressed toward the container body and closed and rotated. Thereby, the elastic claw portion slides while abutting on the rear side portion of the container main body, and when a predetermined inclination angle is reached, the elastic claw portion is pressed by the elastic force and the cover automatically falls down, It is closed. Therefore, the closing operation is simplified and can be performed quickly. Further, the lid can be prevented from being opened by the elastic force of the elastic claw pieces, and there is no need to provide a lid closing engagement means utilizing the front end of the container body and the front end of the lid. Therefore, there is also an advantage that the front and rear length of the cosmetic container can be shortened and the size can be reduced. Further, in the present invention, a part of a rear side portion of the container main body with which the elastic claw piece portion abuts is partially cut out, and the elastic claw piece portion and a rear side portion of the container main body are formed at the cutout forming portion. In a non-contact state, the contact area between the elastic claw portion and the rear side portion of the container main body is reduced, whereby the elastic claw portion slides while contacting the rear side portion of the container main body. When moving, there is an advantage that the friction noise between the two is small and no unpleasant noise is generated.
[0009]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
Next, an embodiment of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings.
[0010]
FIG. 1 shows an embodiment of the cosmetic container of the present invention. That is, this cosmetic container is for refilling, and is composed of a plastic container main body 1 in which a refill cosmetic dish 3 is stored, and a transparent plastic lid 2.
[0011]
More specifically, the container main body 1 is formed in a substantially symmetrical substantially quadrangular frame-shaped body, and as shown in FIGS. At the center of the rear end of the bottom wall of the dish-receiving recess 1a, there is provided a dish-shaped portion 1b having a window 6 formed therein, and a lid mounting frame 1c is integrally formed on the rear surface of the dish-shaped portion 1b. . The lid mounting frame 1c hangs from a ceiling wall 7 extending horizontally rearward from an upper edge of a rear wall of the dish-shaped portion 1b, and right and left side edges of the ceiling wall 7 (that is, from the left and right edges). The left and right side walls 8 extend straight rearward from the left and right side edges of the rear wall of the dish-shaped portion 1b), and the right and left side walls 8 hang down from the convex curved rear edge of the ceiling wall 7. The rear wall 9 is formed. The lower end of the rear wall 9 does not hang down to the lower end of the left and right side walls 8. Thus, when the lid 2 is largely rotated, the rear wall 9 does not hinder the rotation of the lid 2.
[0012]
A tapered ridge 10 is formed on the upper surface of the ceiling wall 7 along the rear edge of the convex curved surface on the rear upper surface. As shown in FIG. From the center to the center of the lower end of the rear wall 9, a cutout portion 11 cut out to the same width is formed. When the elastic claw portion 25 of the lid 2, which will be described later, comes into contact with the ridge 10 and the rear wall 9, the notch portion 11 is a portion of the elastic claw portion 25 facing the notch portion 11 (ie, , The central portion of the elastic claw portion 25) is brought into a non-contact state with the ridge 10 and the rear wall 9, whereby the elastic claw portion 25 is attached to the ridge 10 and the rear wall 9. (See FIG. 17).
[0013]
As shown in FIG. 8, the left and right side walls 8 have notches formed on the outer side surfaces of the rear portions in the form of paragraphs. A bearing shaft hole 16 is coaxially formed in the cutout surface 15 and a guide groove 17 extending vertically from the upper portion of the shaft hole 16 toward the upper surface of the ceiling wall 7. Are formed respectively. As shown in FIG. 8, these two guide grooves 17 are formed on an inclined surface in which the groove depth becomes deeper toward the upper side, thereby shortening the left and right widths at the upper end portions of both the guide grooves 17, The work of fitting the two shafts 23 of the lid 2 described later into the two guide grooves 17 is facilitated. In addition, a substantially U-shaped projection 18 is formed on the outer peripheral portion of the shaft hole 16 (excluding a portion connected to the guide groove 17) on the cutout surface 15. The upper and lower two stopper portions 19 and 20 projecting horizontally from the front surface of the protruding portion 18 toward the front edge of the cutout surface 15 as the above paragraph are provided. Of these two stopper portions 19, 20, the lower stopper portion 19 opens and rotates the lid 2 to a substantially vertical posture inclined backward by about 5 ° from the vertical posture, and the protrusion 24 of the lid 2 described later. The upper stopper portion 20 contacts the projection 24 to rotate the cover 2 in the backward inclined position of about 135 °. Acts to stop movement.
[0014]
The lid 2 is formed symmetrically to the left and right, and as shown in FIGS. 9 to 12, a ceiling 2 a that covers the decorative dish accommodating recess 1 a of the container body 1, and an outer peripheral portion of the ceiling 2 a. A left and right pair of right and left side edges and a vertical wall 21 hanging down from a lower surface of a front side edge following the left and right sides are provided on the vertical wall 21 so as to hang down from the rear half portions of the left and right side portions and have elasticity (which can be spread right and left). Is formed. Both of the mounting portions 22 project rearward from the ceiling portion 2a, and the upper corners of the projecting portions are cut out in a substantially triangular shape. The notch forming portion 22a prevents the two mounting portions 22 from protruding much below the container body 1 when the lid 2 is largely rotated. In the protruding portion, a shaft body 23 rotatably engaging with the shaft hole 16 is formed coaxially and protrudingly at the center of the opposing inner surface and slightly below the lower surface. The protrusions 24 are formed so as to face each other at the corners. The projection 24 is set to have a size that allows it to pass over both the stopper portions 19 and 20. On the other hand, an elastic claw portion 25 (which can be bent up and down) extends integrally from the center of the rear end of the ceiling portion 2a toward the rear, and the lower surface of the elastic claw portion 25 is closed when the lid is closed. The rear part of the part 25 is formed on a rearwardly inclined surface which can contact the top of the ridge 10 of the ceiling wall 7 of the container body 1.
[0015]
As shown in FIGS. 13 and 14, the makeup dish 3 is a rectangular dish-like body made of a thin metal plate filled with a cosmetic material 4, and has a folded portion 3 a formed on the upper edge thereof over the entire circumference. ing.
[0016]
When assembling the cosmetic container in the above-described configuration, first, the cosmetic dish 3 is accommodated in the cosmetic dish accommodating recess 1a of the container body 1 and temporarily fixed using a hot melt adhesive. Next, as shown in FIG. 15, the lid 2 is disposed on the upper side of the container main body 1, and each shaft 23 of the lid 2 is positioned at the upper end of each guide groove 17 of the container main body 1. The projections 24 are set as paragraphs and are positioned on the cutout surfaces 15. Next, the lid 2 is pressed from above, and each shaft 23 is fitted into each guide groove 17 while slightly bending both mounting portions 22 outward. , And each projection 24 is made to be a paragraph and lowered along the cutout surface 15. In this state, the shafts 23 are engaged with the shaft holes 16 by further pressing. Thus, the lid 2 is attached to the container body 1 and the upper surface of the container body 1 is covered at the same time, and the assembly of the cosmetic container is completed (see FIG. 16). In this state, as shown in FIG. 17, the central portion of the elastic claw piece 25 of the lid 2 is not in contact with the ridge 10 because of the notch 11 formed in the ridge 10 of the container body 1. Only the left and right side portions 25a of the elastic claw piece portion 25 are in contact with the ridge 10. Also, even when the lid 2 is largely opened and rotated so that the elastic claw pieces 25 come into contact with the rear wall 9 of the container body 1, the center of the elastic claw pieces 25 The portion does not come into contact with the rear wall 9 because of the cutout portion 11, and only the left and right side portions 25 a of the elastic claw piece 25 come into contact with the rear wall 9.
[0017]
When placing the thus-assembled cosmetic container on a conveyor (not shown), first hold the container body 1 with one finger, and then put the lid 2 covering the container body 1 on the other side. Hold with your fingers. Then, when the lid 2 is opened and rotated backward, as shown in FIG. 18, the left and right side portions 25 a of the elastic claw pieces 25 of the lid 2 are brought into contact with the ridges 10 of the container body 1 during the opening and rotating. Come into contact. When the lid 2 is brought into the substantially vertical position by continuing the opening rotation, as shown in FIG. 19, the projection 24 of the lid 2 comes into contact with the lower stopper 19 of the container body 1 and the opening rotation is performed. It stops (see the projection 24 shown by a solid line in FIG. 20. In this figure, the dashed line indicates the position of the projection 24 in the closed state). After that, the container body 1 is placed on a conveyor (not shown) while holding the lid 2. In this mounting state, the lower end surface of the elastic claw piece portion 25 of the lid 2 abuts on the upper surface of the conveyor, and the rearwardly inclined posture of the lid 2 is stably held. In this embodiment, since the elastic claw pieces 25 are formed slightly longer, the container main body 1 assumes a slightly downwardly inclined posture when placed on a conveyor. There is no significant effect on the filling amount of the ingredients.
[0018]
In the case where the cover 2 is used instead of the compact, the cover 2 is first rotated rearward to the above-described substantially vertical position as described above, and then the cover 2 is further pressed rearward. As a result, the projection 24 of the lid 2 rides over the lower stopper 19 of the container body 1 and the lid 2 rotates backward. Then, when the lid 2 is in the above-described backward inclined posture, as shown in FIG. 21, the projection 24 of the lid 2 comes into contact with the upper stopper portion 20 and the opening rotation is stopped (in FIG. 20, the two-dot chain line). (See protrusion 24). In this state, the projection 24 of the lid 2 is positioned between the upper and lower stopper portions 19 and 20, and the above-described backward tilt posture is maintained. Therefore, it is not necessary to hold the lid body 2 with fingers when performing makeup using a puff or the like, which is convenient. On the other hand, when the makeup is completed, the lid 2 is pressed forward and closed and rotated (the projection 24 rides over the lower stopper portion 19 during the opening rotation), and is returned to the above-described substantially vertical posture. Then, when the lid 2 is slightly tilted forward, the left and right side portions 25a of the elastic claw pieces 25 slide while abutting on the rear wall 9 and the ridge 10 of the container main body 1, and when a predetermined inclination angle is reached, the elastic claws 25 Due to the elastic force generated by the warpage of the claw piece portion 25 (see FIG. 18), the lid 2 vigorously falls down to the container body 1 side and is automatically covered.
[0019]
When removing the makeup dish 3 from the cosmetic container, first, as described above, the lid 2 is brought to the above-mentioned backward inclined posture, and then further pushed backward. As a result, the projection 24 of the lid 2 gets over the upper stopper 20 of the container body 1. Next, the lid 2 is pivotally opened to a maximum extent, and the lid is fully opened. Thereby, as shown in FIG. 22, the distal end of the elastic claw piece 25 formed at the rear of the lid 2 enters the window 6 opened in the bottom wall of the dish receiving recess 1a from below and projects upward. Then, the dish 3 is pushed up. Thereafter, by lifting the pushed-up makeup dish 3 with fingers, the makeup dish 3 can be removed from the container body 1.
[0020]
As described above, in the above embodiment, in the step of filling the cosmetic dish accommodating recess 1a of the container main body 1 with the cosmetic such as the liquid lipstick, the lid 2 is placed on the conveyor in a state where the lid 2 is positioned in the above-described backward inclined posture. Since the cover 2 can be placed, the lid 2 does not hinder the elevation of the filling nozzle. Moreover, when the lid 2 is positioned in the substantially vertical position, the container body 1 is held in a substantially horizontal position. The material does not overflow from the makeup dish receiving recess 1a, and a predetermined filling amount can be secured. Further, even when the lid 2 is closed, there is almost no change in the liquid level of the cosmetic, and there is no trace of the cosmetic on the upper portion of the front wall of the concave portion 1a. In addition, the front-rear width of the cosmetic container is substantially the same as the front-rear width of the container body 1, and the number of cosmetic containers that can be placed on the conveyor does not decrease by half. Further, when used by the customer, the decorative dish 3 can be removed from the container body 1 by opening and rotating the lid 2 to the maximum. Moreover, the elastic claw piece portion 25 also serves as an elastic piece for pressing the container body 1 and an operation piece for pushing up the decorative dish 3, so that the structure is simplified. Furthermore, since there is no need to provide a closing engagement means using the front end of the container body 1 and the front end of the lid 2, the front and rear length of the cosmetic container can be shortened and reduced in size. . In addition, since the lid 2 is temporarily fixed in the above-mentioned backward tilted posture, there is no problem that the lid is opened and rotated to the full extent at a stretch to lift the decorative dish 3. Moreover, even if the customer uses it instead of the compact, the lid 2 can be temporarily fixed in the above-mentioned backward inclined posture, so that it is not necessary to hold the lid 2 with a finger and the lid 2 is in a vertical state. The lid 2 is automatically turned down to the container main body 1 side and closed by the elastic force of the elastic claw piece portion 25 just by slightly rotating the lid 2 from the front side. Furthermore, when the lid 2 rotates, only the left and right side portions 25a of the elastic claw piece 25 abut on the ridges 10 of the container body 1, so that the contact area between them is small and no loud friction noise is generated. In addition, since the guide grooves 17 capable of slidably guiding the shaft 23 are formed in the left and right sides of the container body 1 in a vertical direction, the operation of assembling the lid 2 to the container body 1 and the operation of closing the lid are performed simultaneously. And the assembly work is simplified.
[0021]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the cosmetic container of the present invention, when the lid that covers the container body is opened and rotated rearward to the vertical posture or the rearward inclined posture slightly inclined backward from the vertical posture, the lid Is engaged with the stopper portion of the container body, and the opening rotation stops. Not even. Furthermore, when the lid is in the vertical posture or the rearward inclined posture, the front-rear width of the cosmetic container becomes substantially the same as the front-rear width of the container body, and the number of cosmetic containers that can be placed on the conveyor does not decrease by half. . On the other hand, when closing the lid which has been fully opened, the lid is closed and rotated so that the elastic claw piece provided on the rear end edge of the lid comes into contact with the rear side of the container body. Further, the lid is pressed toward the container body to be closed and rotated. Thereby, the elastic claw portion slides while abutting on the rear side portion of the container main body, and when a predetermined inclination angle is reached, the lid is pressed forward by the elastic force of the elastic claw portion, and the container is automatically turned off. It falls down to the main body and is closed.
