Description

【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to an integrated toilet unit structure, and more particularly, to a pentahedral toilet unit structure with an open floor and a technique associated therewith.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, in buildings such as various public facilities and office buildings, the structures of which are relatively uniform and the floor heights and sections of each floor are almost uniform, toilet facilities and hot water supply facilities are included in such buildings. When installing so-called water-related facilities, the construction efficiency is improved by reducing the number of on-site construction processes, and the necessary material costs and various labor costs are achieved by mass-producing facilities with the same specifications in factories and the like. For example, in the case of toilets, toilet equipment such as sinks, washbasins, and toilets, and walls, ceilings, and floors that surround the entire toilet, should be stored in factories, etc. In many cases, an integrally formed toilet unit was employed.
[0003]
Such an integrated toilet unit has, as its structure, a box-shaped hexahedron composed of a wall, a ceiling, and a floor, a wall interior member inside the wall, various pipes near the wall, Various toilet devices were to be installed inside the toilet unit, and after completion, they were transported to the construction site by trucks or other transport means and installed.
[0004]
In recent years, in particular, a pentahedral structure with an open floor has been devised for the purpose of reducing the weight of the integrated toilet unit.
[0005]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, according to the pentahedral integrated toilet unit structure in particular, since there is no member constituting the floor, the structural strength of the floor in the entire toilet unit structure is zero. In order to do so, it is necessary to take measures such as increasing the size of members such as panels constituting the wall to secure structural strength.
[0006]
Therefore, by increasing the wall member size, the weight of the entire integral toilet unit structure increases, and as the wall thickness increases, the inner volume inside the toilet unit decreases, and the exterior finish is improved. The dimensions increase.
[0007]
This will increase the size of heavy equipment and other equipment for transporting and constructing the integrated toilet unit, as well as increasing the area required to install the integrated toilet unit, such as urban areas where a narrow construction area is required. In this case, the construction itself is extremely difficult, and a decrease in construction efficiency and an increase in cost are inevitable.
[0008]
When partitioning the interior of the integrated toilet unit for each toilet device, a member called a booth panel is joined to a wall or a ceiling to form various regions. Because the integrated toilet unit does not have a floor, it is difficult to support and easily fix the booth panel on the floor, so it is necessary to attach it to the booth panel during factory assembly and transport it to the construction site Will be difficult, and complicated on-site construction will be forced.
[0009]
In addition, it is necessary to install a plumbing storage unit for supplying water to toilet equipment such as sinks, wash basins, and toilets, and for storing various plumbing such as draining sewage generated from the toilet equipment, in an integrated toilet unit. If the floor of the body-type toilet unit does not exist, it becomes difficult to support and fix the piping storage unit on the floor at the time of assembling the factory, as described above, and installation will be performed by on-site construction, and work will be complicated This leads to a reduction in work efficiency.
[0010]
In addition, when installing wall interior materials such as screws and plaster boards inside the wall of the integrated toilet unit for the interior of the toilet, the mounting structure on the wall according to the mounting method of each wall interior material Therefore, it is difficult to unify the members to be used and the manufacturing procedure when manufacturing an integrated toilet unit, and the manufacturing cost is increased due to an increase in the purchase cost and inventory of the members and an increase in the number of assembly steps. It is easy to fall into the negative effects of so-called high-mix low-volume production, such as reduced efficiency.
[0011]
Therefore, the present invention has been made in view of such a conventional problem, and the pentahedral integrated toilet unit structure having an open floor has at least the same structural strength as that of the hexahedral toilet unit. In addition, it is possible to reduce both the member size and the weight, and it is possible to mount the booth panel and the piping storage unit at the time of factory production, and to use any wall interior material regardless of the type of wall interior material. It is an object of the present invention to provide an integrated toilet unit structure having a mounting structure on a wall portion which can be easily mounted, thereby making it possible to reduce costs in both production and construction and improve construction efficiency.
[0012]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The present invention has been made in order to achieve the above object, and a toilet device such as a sink, a basin and a toilet, and a wall and a ceiling surrounding the entire toilet are integrally formed in advance in a factory or the like, and a floor portion is formed. Pentahedral integrated toilet unit structure, wherein a reinforcing frame for reinforcing a bottom surface of the integrated toilet unit structure is fixed to a lower end of the integrated toilet unit wall with a plurality of detachable connecting tools. In this way, the integrated toilet unit structure is fixed in contact with the bottom of the integrated toilet unit structure, and a level adjusting bolt for the entire integrated toilet unit structure is provided at least at each corner of the lower part of the reinforcing frame structure.
[0013]
Also, a wall portion of the integrated toilet unit structure, and a booth panel that is joined and fixed to the wall portion to partition the inside of the integrated toilet unit structure are provided, and the booth panel is joined and fixed to the booth panel. A booth provided with a hook having a downwardly projecting portion on one of the wall and the booth panel, and a connecting hole or a reverse hook which can be fitted and fixed to the hook and a bolt communication hole. By providing a panel suspension fixing rail on the ceiling portion, inserting and fastening a bolt into the bolt communication hole and a bolt communication hole provided at the upper end of the booth panel that can be inserted into the bolt communication hole, The booth panel suspension fixing rail and the booth panel can be fixed to each other.
[0014]
Furthermore, the piping for supplying and draining water is stored in the toilet equipment, and the piping storage unit configured by a unit frame having a substantially U-shaped frame in side section faces the piping storage unit installation location on the wall. The reinforcing plate attached to the outside of the wall portion, and a fastener for inserting the reinforcing plate, the wall portion and the unit frame to fasten the unit frame integrally, are locked and fixed to the pipe storage unit installation location on the wall portion. I do.
[0015]
In addition, the wall interior material attached to the inside of the wall portion is fastened to an outer shell portion of the wall portion and the ceiling portion constituting the integrated toilet unit structure and fixed to a substantially square tubular mounting base material. Or at least two elongated openings parallel to each other are provided in the wall interior material, and the openings have a diameter substantially equal to the diameter of the mounting base material and are detachable from each other. A hook having a substantially U-shaped cross section and having a shape and a size that can be fitted into the elongated hole-like opening, so that the mounting base material is sandwiched in the hook opening. The fitting of the wall interior material is performed by inserting and fitting the hook and the mounting base material into the opening and fastening and fixing the hook and the mounting base material to each other by inserting a fastener.
[0016]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
[0017]
FIG. 1 is an explanatory view showing an embodiment of an integrated toilet unit structure T to which a reinforcing frame 10 of the present invention is attached. However, here, for the sake of explanation, only one section surrounded by the booth panel P is shown for convenience in the entire integrated toilet unit structure T.
[0018]
The reinforcing frame 10 of the present invention is manufactured in advance in a factory that forms the integrated toilet unit structure T, and takes into account the connection of the reinforcing members 11 constituting the reinforcing frame 10 at the connecting portion, for example, a steel square pipe. The reinforcing members 11 are connected to each other in a rectangular lattice by connecting metal fittings 12 (for example, L-shaped) according to the member size.
[0019]
In addition, the above-described reinforcing frame 10 is designed to reduce the weight as much as possible while considering the frame structure having sufficient strength to secure the required structural strength and the size of the reinforcing member in advance. Shall be manufactured.
[0020]
Further, the size of the reinforcing frame 10 is shown in FIG. 1 in comparison with a section formed by a booth panel P or a bottom outer shape of the entire integrated toilet unit structure T, which is placed and fixed on the upper portion thereof. As described above, it is assumed that at least the L-shaped bottom surface of the presser fitting 13 attached to the reinforcing frame 10 is enlarged outward.
[0021]
In the figure, the reinforcing frame 10 framed in a rectangular lattice shape is shown, but it is possible to express necessary strength, and the lower end of the integral toilet unit structure wall W and the booth panel P mounted on the upper part Any lattice shape may be used as long as the joining by the holding metal 13 is appropriately performed, and the reinforcing member 11 is not formed by connecting the reinforcing members 11 using various connecting tools, but a reinforcing frame integrally formed from the beginning. May be.
[0022]
On the reinforcing frame 10 of the present invention, a holding member 13 having a substantially L-shaped cross section manufactured by processing a channel material or the like, for example, so as to sandwich an appropriately positioned lower end portion of the assembled wall portion W and the booth panel P. , The wall portion W and the booth panel P are arranged facing each other with the center therebetween.
[0023]
