本発明は、ケース内に収納したＣＤ（コンパクトディスク）、ビデオテープ等の光学式又は磁気式記録媒体を販売店やレンタルビデオ店などに展示し、この展示された光学式又は磁気式記録媒体をケースごと店外に持ち出そうとして、店の出入り口に設けたゲートを通過しようとすると、ケース内面に設けられた防犯タグ等がこれを検出し、光学式又は磁気式記録媒体の不当な持ち出しを防止するようにした盗難防止ケースに関するものである。

上記盗難防止ケースにおいては、不当な持ち出しを防止するために検出用の防犯タグ（シール式のもの等）が備えられているケースから光学式又は磁気式記録媒体を取り出すことができないようにロック機構を備えさせたものが、多数提案されている。

しかしながら、どれもドライバー等の汎用な工具を用いてロック機構のロックを容易に解除することができ、ケースから光学式又は磁気式記録媒体を取り出して、外部に持ち出されることを確実に阻止することができず、改善の余地があった。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
本発明が前述の状況に鑑み、解決しようとするところは、ケース本体から光学式又は磁気式記録媒体を収納した収納ケースを容易に取り出すことができない盗難防止ケースを提供する点にある。

本発明は、前述の課題解決のために、ＣＤ等の光学式記録媒体等を収納する収納ケースを出し入れ可能な開口部が表面又は裏面に形成され、かつ、該収納ケースの外周面を覆う外周縁を備えたケース本体と、このケース本体に前記開口部を通して該ケース本体からの前記収納ケースの取り出しを阻止するためのロック機構を備えさせ、前記ロック機構が、前記ケース本体の外周縁の特定範囲に渡って設けられ、かつ、該特定範囲の一端側に被係止部を備えた収容部と、この収容部の他端側から一端側に移動して前記被係止部に係止する係止部を備えたスライダーとからなり、前記被係止部と係止部の係止状態において前記スライダーの進入方向後端側に形成の開口を通して入り込ませることにより該係止部を該被係止部から離間する側に操作して該係止状態を解除するための操作具を設け、前記係止部が前記スライダーに備えさせた上下一対の金属製のものでなり、かつ、前記被係止部が前記係止部と係止するために前記収容部の上下にそれぞれ備えさせた上下一対のものでなり、前記操作具を、前記スライダーの開口を通して前記上下一対の係止部間に入り込ませる棒状部と、前記両係止部を接近側に操作するために前記棒状部のうちの少なくとも前記係止部間に位置する先端部に備えさせた磁石とから構成している。

図１（ａ），（ｂ）及び図２に、ＣＤ等の磁気記録媒体を収納した透明な合成樹脂製の収納ケース１を出し入れ可能なケース本体２と、このケース本体２からの収納ケースの取り出しを阻止するためのロック機構３とからなる盗難防止ケースが示されている。本発明は、ＣＤ（コンパクトディスク）等の光学式記録媒体の他、ビデオテープ等の磁気式記録媒体を出し入れするための盗難防止ケースに利用することができる。

【発明の効果】
