【0001】
被制御量yの、目標値refに対する偏差を零にするための出力値を発生するフィ−ドバック制御器(22);
目標値refに対する、第3補正値の偏差を零にするための第1補正値を発生する、前記フィ−ドック制御器(22)と伝達関数が実質上同一の補正制御器(32),この第1補正値より第2補正値を算出する、制御対象機器の被制御量yのフィ−ドバック伝達関数と伝達関数が実質上同一の第1補正演算器(33)、および、第2補正値より第3補正値を算出する、制御対象機器と伝達関数が実質上同一の第2補正演算器(34)、を含む第1補償器(30);
前記フィ−ドバック制御器(22)が発生する出力値と第4補正値の和を、制御対象機器に指令値として与える手段(60);

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a feedback control device, and more particularly, but not exclusively, to a two-degree-of-freedom control device for controlling driving of a servo mechanism.
[0002]
[Prior art]
For example, in a speed control system of a roll driving device for rotating a roll such as a rolling mill, generally, a result obtained by comparing a speed signal from a speed detector attached to a driving motor with a target speed. The control is performed by controlling the driving state of the electric motor according to.
[0003]
However, in this type of apparatus, when a load disturbance such as a bite of a steel sheet or a change in the tension of the steel sheet is applied, a speed fluctuation occurs, and the target speed deviates. In order to perform a stable operation, it is important to enhance the function of the speed controller to reduce the influence of such load disturbance and quickly return the fluctuated speed to the target speed (reduction of recovery time). . However, if the gain of the controller is increased in order to shorten the recovery time, the amount of overshoot at the time of responding to the target value following the change in the target value increases, and the stability is impaired. Therefore, a two-degree-of-freedom controller that simultaneously satisfies the effect of reducing load disturbance (improving load response) and stabilizing target value response is required.
[0004]
For example, a generally known PID control system has an established adjustment method and is easy to adjust. On the other hand, since it is a single-degree-of-freedom system, the load response and the target value response cannot be independently controlled. . FIG. 10A shows a PID control system which is a typical example of a control system that causes a feedback signal to follow a target value. In this PID control system, a transfer function Gref-y from the input side of the target value ref to the output side of the controlled variable y is expressed as follows.
[0005]
Gref-y = Kca.Ga / (1 + Kca.Ga.Ha)

In order to simultaneously improve the load response and the target value response, the feedback control device must have two degrees of freedom. However, generally, it is not easy to adjust the control parameters of the two degree of freedom control system. For example, in the feedback system of the two-degree-of-freedom system shown in FIG. 10B, the load response is optimized by adjusting the parameters of the

An object of the present invention is to provide a feedback control device which is easy to adjust the control characteristics as well as a feedback control system such as a PID which has a well-known adjustment method, although it is an advanced two-degree-of-freedom control system. With the goal.
