【発明の属する技術分野】
この発明は、所定条件が成立することにより遊技者に不利な第1状態から遊技者に有利な第2状態に変換可能な入賞装置を備えるパチンコ機に関するものである。

【従来の技術】
所定条件が成立することにより遊技者に不利な第1状態から遊技者に有利な第2状態に変換可能なパチンコ機は、一般に、遊技盤に形成した遊技部に始動口を設けると共に、開閉部材により遊技部と区画可能な大入賞口を有する入賞装置を設け、上記大入賞口には特別入賞口と一般入賞口とを設け、打球が上記始動口へ入球した場合には、開閉部材を回動させて入賞装置の大入賞口と遊技部とを連通させることにより大入賞口への流入を許可すると共に、大入賞口へ流入した球が更に特別入賞口に入球した場合には、遊技者に有利な特別ゲームへ移行するように構成してある。この特別ゲームは開閉部材を所定回数開閉するか、または大入賞口へ所定個数流入することを1サイクルとし、特別入賞口への更なる入球により許容される範囲内でサイクルの更新が可能なように設定してある。しかしながら、この種のパチンコ機はゲームが均一で陳腐化しているのが現状である。
そこで、例えば、実開昭63−59683号公報は、特別入賞口を上下に移動可能に構成して、パチンコ遊技の興趣を高めるようにしてある。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかしながら、上記した従来の改良されたパチンコ機にあっても、開閉部材が開放しなければ、大入賞口に入球できないし、特別入賞口に入球できないので、ゲーム性に乏しい。
また、大入賞口と他の入賞口との関連性が低く、当該他の入賞口に対する期待感が低い。
本発明は上記に鑑み提案されたもので、大入賞口と他の入賞口との関連性が高く遊技性の向上したパチンコ機を提供することを目的とする。

【課題を解決するための手段】
上記目的を達成するため請求項1に係る発明は、取付基板に回動可能に設けた開閉部材により遊技部と区画可能な大入賞口に、継続信号発生手段が臨む特別入賞口と一般入賞口とを設け、上記開閉部材を駆動源により駆動して、打球が大入賞口に流入できずに遊技者に不利な第1状態と、打球が大入賞口へ流入可能となって遊技者に有利な第2状態とに変換可能な入賞装置を備えるパチンコ機において、大入賞口内に設けた傾斜板から流下する球を、特別入賞口または一般入賞口へ上昇及び下降状態において振り分ける可動片と、可動片を駆動する駆動ソレノイド及び駆動部材を有した駆動機構と、可動片の下方に設けられて、球入口及び球を遊技盤面に戻す球出口を備える通過装置と、可動片と通過装置の間に揺動自在に設けられて、可動片と係止可能な係止爪、及び球当板を備えた制御部材と、制御部材の近傍に設けられて、遊技盤面を流下する球が飛び込み可能な飛込口と、飛込口に飛入した球を、遊技盤面に戻す外れ口と、駆動部材に設けられたロック突起に係合可能なロック爪を有するロック部材と、ロック部材に連動し、駆動ソレノイドに連絡したロック連動扞を有するロック機構と、を備え、駆動部材及びロック連動扞が下降した状態では、可動片と係止爪とが係止する一方ロック爪がロック突起に係合することにより、制御部材の揺動が拘束され、飛込口から飛入した球が球当板に衝突して外れ口から遊技盤面に戻り、駆動部材及びロック連動扞が上昇した状態では、可動片と係止爪との係止が外れると共にロック爪とロック突起との係合が外れて、制御部材が揺動自在となり、飛込口に飛入した球が球当板を揺動させて、通過装置へ入球可能となるパチンコ機である。
請求項2に係る発明は、請求項1の構成に加えて、遊技部には、大入賞口を遊技者に不利な第1状態から有利な第2状態に変換させる始動口が、通過装置の球を遊技盤面に戻す球出口の下方に位置して設けられたパチンコ機である。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、本発明を図面の実施形態について説明すると、図1はパチンコ機1の正面図で、パチンコ機1の概略は、外枠2の一側に前枠3をヒンジにより開閉可能に蝶着すると共に、上記前枠3に開設した窓部に金枠4を設け、窓部の上方部分にはガラスを装着したガラス枠5を蝶着すると共に、上記窓部に遊技盤6を後方から臨ませ、窓部の下方部分には球を貯留する上皿7を有する上皿セット8を設け、また前枠3の下方部分には発射杆(図示せず)を駆動して球を遊技盤6の表面のガイドレール9で囲まれる遊技部10内へ打ち込むためのグリップ11と上皿7から溢れた球を貯留する下皿12等が配設された下皿セット13を設けてなる。尚、前枠3には施錠装置14を設けて、当該前枠3及びガラス枠5を施錠可能とする。

開口部27の側縁には開閉部材34を回動可能に設け、該開閉部材34を駆動源と連結する。即ち、開閉部材34の羽根軸35を取付基板28に軸着すると共に、羽根軸35の後端にクランク部材36を設ける。このクランク部材36のクランクピン36aを、駆動源として取付ベース板37に設けた羽根ソレノイド38のプランジャ39に連結した連動部材40の長孔に遊嵌する。上記連動部材40は、L字状の部材であって、短片の先端部分にプランジャ39を枢着すると共に、長片の途中に長孔が開設してある。尚、長片の先端部分にはガイドボスが延出すると共にスライド方向にガイド孔が設けてあり、上記ガイドボスがリヤケース30の背面と羽根ソレノイド38のフレームとの間でガイドされると共に、ガイド孔にリヤケース30から突出するガイドピンが遊嵌している。

即ち、大入賞口45の下方の下飾り部材42に透視窓を開設し、該透視窓の後方に遅延手段を設けて構成してある。遅延手段は、図10に示すように、中央に球1個が通過可能な落下口70を開設すると共に、該球落下口70の周囲に当該球落下口70へ向う緩い下り傾斜を有する周回路71を形成した遅延部材72によって構成してある。また、この遅延部材72には、周回路71に球を導くと共に、回転付勢を与える助走路73が設けてある。更に、上記助走路73の上流には、後述する球入口から球を取り込む球取込樋74が設けてあり、この球取込樋74に開設した球落下孔75から球が助走路73に落下する。従って、この助走路73に後述する球入口から球が流入すると、この球は助走路73を曲面壁73aに沿って流下して周回路71に入り、球に勢いがある間は周回路71の周回壁71aに沿って周回し、勢いが衰えて来ると、次第に内側の落下口70に近付き、ついには落下口70から落下する。即ち、周回路71を周回させることによって落下までの時間を遅延させることができる。

制御部材26は、例えば図5に示すように、球当板79の上方に筒軸80を形成し、この筒軸80を取付基板28の前面側に突設した軸柱81に遊合し、軸止め板82で抜け止めしてある。また、上記球当板79の下方には、飾り円盤83を偏心位置に設けて、当該制御部材26の重心を下方に設定し、通常の状態では球当板79を鉛直方向に起立させている。更に、制御部材26の上方内側、即ち筒軸80の外面やや内側に偏心した位置には、係止爪84を突設し、この係止爪84を上記軸止め板82の側縁に係止可能とすると共に、可動片59の球受腕61の基端部分に係止可能とする。即ち、制御部材26と前記振分手段を構成している可動片59とを連係させるのである。従って、可動片59が下降した状態では、制御部材26の係止爪84が可動片59に係止して、当該制御部材26が内側へ揺動することができない。尚、取付基板28の下方に設ける下飾り部材42には、上記飾り円盤83が見えるように開口窓85が形成してあり、制御部材26の状態を監視できる。

また、上記制御部材26の近傍には、飛込口86を形成する。この飛込口86は、図示の実施形態によれば、可動片59及び球受枠41の下方に、球の直径以上の間隔を開けて、取付基板28の前面側に突設した球受板87との間に形成してある。この球受板87は通過装置25の球入口78に向けて緩く下り傾斜している。また、この球受板87の下端と球当板79との間は、球が通過可能な間隔で開口しており、この開口の下方には前記した通過装置25の上方を封止する円弧状の囲繞壁88が設けてあり、この囲繞壁88によって上記開口に流入する球を遊技盤6の盤面に再び戻すようになっている。即ち、上記開口は外れ口89を構成している。一方、上記一対の制御部材26の直下の囲繞壁88を開口させて通過装置25の球入口78とする。尚、上記開口間隔は上記係止爪84が可動片59に係止することにより拡幅することがない。
