本発明は、アイメークアップ化粧料に関し、更に詳しくは均一な皮膜ができ、伸びの良さ及びべたつきのなさ等の使用感の良さを持ち、また耐水性、耐皮脂性、付着性及び化粧持続性に優れるアイメークアップ化粧料に関する。

【従来の技術】
従来、アイライナー、マスカラ等のアイメークアップ化粧料には、汗、涙、皮脂などによる化粧膜のにじみやよれ、瞬きなどによるはがれ等を防止するために、合成樹脂エマルジョン、油溶性樹脂及びシリコーン樹脂等の各種皮膜形成剤が配合されている。
これら皮膜形成剤のひとつであるシリコーン樹脂は、耐水性耐皮脂性を向上させるため配合されてきたが、シリコーン皮膜がべたつく、高温での安定性が悪い等充分なものではなかった。また、他のシリコーン樹脂は、皮膜が、硬くて脆いため経時でひび割れを生じ、また付着性も不足しているため化粧持ちが劣るという問題点を有していた。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
上記の欠点を改良する方法として、シリコーン樹脂の化学構造を変える事がなされていたが、べたつき、安定性及びある程度の化粧持ちは改善されたものの、化粧料の中でも特にアイメークアップ化粧料に要求される皮膜の付着性や強度が充分なものは得られていなかった。また、皮膜の硬さや脆さをなくすために不揮発性のシリコーン油を使用する事も考えられるが、反面、べたつき等の使用感が悪くなった。そこで、皮膜の強度、付着性に優れ、べたつきもなく、耐水性、耐皮脂性も良好で使用感に優れたものが望まれていた。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本発明者は上記課題を解決すべく鋭意研究した結果、皮膜形成剤としてトリメチルシロキシケイ酸と特定のアクリル−シリコーン系グラフト共重合体を併用すると、それぞれ単品で配合したときに比べ、皮膜の付着性と強度が著しく向上し、これを配合したアイメークアップ化粧料は、均一な皮膜を形成し、伸びが良くしかも付着力の向上によって瞬きなどの影響も受けにくく、また耐水性耐皮脂性も良好で化粧持続性に優れたものであることを見いだし、この知見にもとづいて本発明を完成するに至った。

(a)トリメチルシロキシケイ酸
