本発明は、給湯機等の家庭用燃焼機器のリモコンなど、機器の表示装置に関するものである。

従来の機器の表示装置のなかには、図3に示す構成のものがあった。すなわち図3に示す機器の表示装置は、外装ケース1の表面に窓部材2があり、外装ケース1内に収納されたプリント基板3と、窓部材2に対向した位置であって、プリント基板3上に設けられた表示部4と窓部材2との間に配設した透過部材5を通して上記窓部材2より表示部4を目視するようになっていた。そして前記する透過部材5は、半透明のシート6と接着剤層7とからなっていて、シート6の表示部4側全面に接着剤層7があり、表示部4に接着剤層7で接着されていた。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
上記する従来の機器の表示装置では、凹凸のある表示部4の全面に透過部材5が接着剤層7で接着しているため、透過部材5がひずみ、外装ケース1の窓部材2よりはプリント基板3上の表示部4の表示がひずんで見えるという課題があった。

そこで本発明は、上記従来の課題を解決し、表示がひずまないで明瞭に目視できる表示装置を提供しようとするものである。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本発明は前記する課題を解決するために、透過部材を半透明シートと透明シートとを接着して構成し、前記透明シートの裏面には、表示部に対向する部分を印刷抜き部として不透明印刷面とし、この不透明印刷面上であって前記不透明印刷抜き部の外周部分を表示部に接着したものである。

従って、透過部材は半透明シートと透明シートとの2シートの接着により剛性が従来より大きくて表面にひずみや湾曲を生じ難くなり、しかも透明シートの不透明な印刷面によって表示部以外の部分は窓部材より目視できず、表示部のみが浮き彫りして目視できる。また不透明印刷抜き部の外周部分が表示部に接着されるのみであるから接着面が全面に亘らず、この事からも透過部材のひずみや湾曲が少ないものである。

【発明の実施の形態】
本発明は、請求項1記載のように機器の外装ケース表面に設けた窓部材と、前記外装ケース内に収納したプリント基板と、前記プリント基板上であって、前記窓部材に対向する位置に設けた表示を有する表示部と、前記表示部と前記窓部材との間に介在された透過部材とを具備していて、前記透過部材は半透明シートと透明とを接着して構成されており、前記透明シートの裏面には前記表示部に対向する部分を不透明印刷抜き部として不透明印刷面上であって前記不透明印刷抜き部の外周部分を前記表示部に接着したものである。

従って、透過部材は不透明シートと透明シートとの2シートから構成されていて剛性が大きくなり湾曲やひずみが少ない。また、不透明印刷面によりプリント基板上の部品が窓部材より目に入ることがなく不透明印刷抜き部の透明部分を通じて表示部の表示のみが浮き上がる様に目視でき所期の作用を奏することができる。

また表示部には、凹凸のある表示を除いて透明シートの裏面の接着部が接着されるのでひずみや湾曲が少ない。

また、本発明は請求項2記載のように半透明シートと透明シートとを同じ熱膨張率を有する材質とすることができ、その場合は熱により透過部材が湾曲することがない。

また、本発明は請求項3記載のように透過部材の透明シートに印刷した不透明印刷面に設けた不透明印刷抜き部の面積は、表示部の表示よりは大きくし、不透明印刷面上に設けた接着剤印刷の接着剤抜き部の面積よりは小さくすることができる。そしてこの構成にした場合は、不透明印刷抜き部が接着されないで表示部の表示上に位置するため、凹凸のある表示によってひずむ事がない。また接着剤抜き部の面積よりは小さくすることにより接着剤印刷した部分は不透明印刷抜き部の外周に位置し、表示部に接着される事になり、本発明の作用を奏する実施が可能となる。

(実施例)
図1、2において、11は表面に窓部材12を設けたリモコンの外装ケースで、内部にプリント基板13を収納している。そしてプリント基板13上に固定された表示部14にはLED等の表示15がある。

上記窓部材12と表示部14の間には透過部材16があり、表示部14の表示15の外側に透過部材16は接着剤17により接着されている。

透過部材16は半透明シート18と透明シート19とを接着して作製されている。そして半透明シート18と透明シート19はいずれも、ポリエステルフィルムで作られており、どちらも同じ熱膨張率である。

上記のように、透明シート19の接着剤塗着部分22に接着17を印刷塗着した後、半透明シート18を透明シート19の表面に接着する。半透明シート18と透明シート19は接着層23で密着され、異物の混入、気泡の溜まり等がないように作製される。

次に作用、効果について説明する。透過部材16は、半透明シート18と透明シート19とが相互に接着されるので剛性が異なる一枚のシートよりも大幅に増加しており、湾曲を生じない。又、両シートともにポリエステルフィルムで作製され熱膨張率が小さいので温度が変化しても湾曲を生じない。不透明印刷面21の不透明印刷抜き部20は接着剤抜き部23より面積が小さくしてあるので、表示15のみが鮮明に目視できる。又、接着剤17は枠形状の接着剤塗着部分22のみに存在し、全面に塗着印刷されているものでないため、温度や湿度が大幅に変化しても半透明シート18と透明シート19と接着剤17との間に起きる熱又は温度による変形率の差が小さくて透過部材16に湾曲が起きない。

【発明の効果】
以上の説明から明らかなように本発明の機器の表示装置によれば、次の効果がある。

半透明シートと透明シートを接着することにより、透過部材の剛性が大幅に増加して、表面にひずみや湾曲を生じないので品位のある均一な表示を目視することができる。

また半透明シートと透明シートとは同一材料で作製すれば環境温度が変化しても湾曲がないので温度変化によるシートのひずみや、両シート間の接着剤のはがれがなく品位のある均一な表示が目視できる。

また透明シートの不透明印刷面によって表示部の外周や周りの部品が見えなく不透明印刷抜き部を通じて表示部の表示のみが目視できる。
