Description
【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to an outlet chute for a belt conveyor.
[0002]
[Prior art]
The exit chute of the belt conveyor is generally formed in a box shape, and the goods unloaded from the belt conveyor collide with the vertical plate in front of the exit chute while drawing a parabola, are repelled and fall below the exit chute. . In this case, a shelf is provided on the collision portion or on the inner surface of the chute below the collision portion from the viewpoints of wear prevention of the chute, impact reduction and the like, and so-called self-lining by luggage is formed on the shelf. However, in the case of a conveyed product having adhesiveness, the above cell lining is rather harmful.
[0003]
In the case of sticky goods, the luggage that adheres and scatters inside the exit chute adheres and grows on the inner surface of the exit chute, and the deposited large lump falls and causes clogging of the chute or hopper. However, there is a problem that the belt may be caught in the middle of the belt conveyor, fall off the belt conveyor and deteriorate the working environment, or cause a serious accident such as meandering, cutting, and vertical tearing of the belt.
[0004]
As means for preventing the luggage from adhering and growing on the exit chute of the belt conveyor, a technique of providing a vibration source such as a vibrator or a hitting source such as a hitting hammer to the chute or the like (Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 55-41683 and Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 56-56). A technique of applying an elastically supported lining or a shrinkable rubber lining to the inner surface of a chute is known. However, the effect of preventing adhesion growth is small in the case of a conveyed material having high adhesiveness.
[0005]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION It is an object of the present invention to provide a novel technique for preventing the attachment growth of luggage in a drop chute of a belt conveyor device for transporting a highly scatterable and highly adhesive transported object.
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The present invention has been developed in order to solve the above-mentioned problem, and a technical means thereof is a chute having a three-dimensional curved surface, and a chute inner surface shape of a central vertical vertical section of the chute is formed of a first circular arc. The first arc is substantially concentric with the head pulley of the belt conveyor, and the inner shape of the chute having all cross sections orthogonal to the first arc collects the baggage unloaded from the belt conveyor head at the center of the chute. A falling conveyor chute having a shape formed by a second arc that is curved as described above . Here, the section orthogonal to the first arc refers to a plane cut by a plane orthogonal to a tangent at each point of the first arc.
[0007]
In the present invention, the luggage that collides with the inner surface of the chute is not scattered, and even if the inner surface of the chute adheres, the following luggage separates and removes the luggage at the initial stage of the adhesion to drop. The chute of the present invention has a three-dimensional curved surface, and a central vertical cross section of the inner surface of the chute is a first arc, which is substantially concentric with the head pulley of the belt conveyor and is curved in the vertical plane. Then, the above-described operation is achieved by guiding the load so that the baggage unloaded in a parabolic manner from the head of the belt conveyor comes into sharp contact with the first arc of the chute surface.
[0008]
Further, the inner surfaces of the chutes of the cross section of the chute of the present invention which are all orthogonal to the first arc all have the same second arc, and the surfaces of both sides of the second arc correspond to the center of the chute. It is curved to converge. Therefore, when the baggage collides with the inner surface of the chute, the baggage easily changes its direction in the direction along the first arc and the impact is reduced, and the baggage is collected and dropped in a direction gathered toward the center of the chute, It acts so that the amount scattered in all directions is significantly reduced. The scattered luggage is less likely to adhere to the chute because the chute surface is curved downward and toward the center. In addition, even if a small amount of adhesion occurs, the subsequent luggage acts to peel it off along the chute surface, so that the baggage comes off without growing.
[0009]
The chute according to the present invention prevents the growth of deposits on the chute surface when the chute is disposed in the casing such that the first arc is substantially concentric with the head pulley of the belt conveyor and the lower end of the first arc is substantially vertical. It is preferred.
Also, the lower end of the chute is attached to the casing so that the angle between the unloading curve and the tangent of the first arc at a position where the unloading curve of the conveyed material discharged from the belt conveyor and the first arc are in contact with each other can be adjusted. the chute surfaces against conveyed object to be Honi the most appropriate to be able to adjust the elevation position, the upper end of the sheet chute forward and backward movably relative to the conveyed object to be Honi about said pin When the mounting so that the casing may be the most suitable place sticky other properties of the transport object.
