Description

【0001】

[Industrial applications]
The present invention relates to a liquid dispensing pump, and more particularly, to a liquid dispensing pump used by being attached to a container body provided with a flexible liquid-filled bag.
[0002]
[Prior art]
2. Description of the Related Art Generally, as a liquid injection pump for discharging a high-viscosity or anaerobic stored liquid in a fixed amount, there is a liquid injection pump which is attached to a container body provided with a flexible liquid-filled bag. These pumps have a cylinder suspended from the upper part of the container body, an annular piston slidably fitted in the cylinder at the lower part, and a downwardly pressing head at the upper end part is protruded above the container body to urge upward. And a vertically movable member provided to be vertically movable in the state.
[0003]
Further, a suction port is formed in the bottom wall of the cylinder, and a cylindrical suction pipe whose upper end is fitted to a fitting cylinder portion vertically provided from the back surface of the bottom wall around the suction port is provided in a lower portion of the liquid filling bag. Hanging.
[0004]
Then, the liquid in the container body is sucked up into the cylinder through the suction port from the lower end opening of the pipe by moving the vertical movement member up and down, and the liquid in the cylinder is discharged from the outlet of the head. ing.
[0005]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, in the above-mentioned conventional apparatus, there is no problem at the beginning of use, but when the stored liquid is reduced, the liquid filling bag becomes easily adhered to the suction pipe or the like, and the lower end opening of the suction pipe is closed. Then, the stored liquid cannot be sucked. For this reason, there has been a problem that the pump cannot be completely restored, and the stored liquid remains.
[0006]
In addition, the liquid filling bag is in close contact with the suction pipe, etc., thereby preventing the stored liquid at the top of the liquid filling bag from flowing down to the bottom opening of the suction pipe, and in addition, the bottom of the liquid filling bag is mainly deflated. The stored liquid will pool at the top. Thus, it is uneconomical for the stored liquid to remain on the upper part of the liquid filling bag.
[0007]
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION The present invention has been made in view of the above-described drawbacks of the related art, and a liquid-filled bag can smoothly and reliably pour out a liquid without disturbing suction of a stored liquid into a cylinder. An object of the present invention is to provide a liquid infusion pump capable of injecting substantially the entire amount of liquid and having excellent productivity and inexpensive production.
[0008]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to solve the above problem, as a first means of the present invention, it is used by being attached to a container body 3 having a liquid filling bag 2 for sealing a stored liquid, which contracts due to internal negative pressure caused by taking out the stored liquid. A pump, which has a cylinder 4 having a suction port 15 opened at the center of a bottom wall 14 of the cylinder, and an annular piston 22 slidably fitted in the cylinder at the lower portion. A vertically moving member 5 provided with a pressing head 23 at an upper end portion protruding above the container body so as to be vertically movable in an upwardly biased state, and the liquid in the container body is moved into the cylinder 4 by the vertical movement of the member 5. In the liquid pouring pump configured to suck up and pour out from the pouring port of the head 23, the outer surface of the peripheral wall 13 and the lower surface of the bottom wall 14 of the cylinder 4 are formed on the uneven surface A, and the cylinder bottom around the suction port 15 is formed. Connect the upper end to the lower surface of the wall and fill the lower end with liquid. The liquid discharging pump is characterized by being formed integrally with the cylinder 4 and a gap holding body 6 for hanging down on the inner bottom portion of the filling bag 2 and preventing the suction port from being closed by the liquid filling bag. .
[0009]
Further, as a second means, in the first means, the gap holding member 6 is formed by vertically extending a plurality of legs 29 around the suction port 15 on the lower surface of the cylinder bottom wall 14 at equal intervals in the circumferential direction. It was configured as a liquid injection pump. (Claim 1)
[0010]
Further, as a third means, in the first means, the gap holding member 6 is integrally connected to the upper end around the suction port 15 on the lower surface of the cylinder bottom wall 14 and is connected to the lower end of the liquid filling bag 2. It has a cylindrical shape hanging down from the bottom, a plurality of circumferentially extending ridges 32 extending from the upper end to the lower end of the outer surface are vertically provided, and a through hole 33 penetrating through the ridge in the vertically provided portion of the cylindrical wall. Was constructed as a liquid injecting pump having a plurality of holes. (Claim 2)
[0011]
Further, as a fourth means, in the first means, the gap holding member 6 vertically suspends a support plate portion 34 having an upper end integrally connected around the suction port 15 on the lower surface of the cylinder bottom wall 14, The liquid injection pump is constituted by integrally connecting the upper surface of the vertically long radial plate portion 35 to the lower surface of each support plate portion 34.
[0012]
Further, as a fifth means, in the first means, the gap holding member 6 has a pair of support rod portions 36 vertically provided on both sides of the suction port 15 on the lower surface of the cylinder bottom wall 14 and each support rod The liquid injection pump is configured by connecting the peripheral edge of the upper surface of the donut plate-shaped portion 37 to the lower surface of the portion 36, and by bridging a plurality of arc plate-shaped portions 38 between the front surface and the rear surface of each support rod portion 36. (Claim 3)
[0013]
[Action]
Even if the liquid in the liquid filling bag 2 is reduced due to the decrease in the liquid in the liquid filling bag 2, the suction port 15 is not closed by the presence of the gap holding member 6.
[0014]
Further, since the outer surface of the cylinder peripheral wall 13 and the lower surface of the bottom wall 14 are formed on the uneven surface A, the deflated liquid filling bag 2 does not adhere to the outer surface of the cylinder.
[0015]

In the present embodiment, an inner peripheral edge of an annular piston 22 having an H-shaped cross section in which an outer peripheral edge is fitted to the inner periphery of the cylinder 4 so as to be vertically slidable is vertically inserted into a central portion of the cylinder 4 in a stem 24. The upper end of the stem 24 is fitted with and fixed to a lowering head 23 with a nozzle 25 so that the upper end of the stem 24 communicates with the inside of the nozzle 25. The coil spring 26 interposed between the back surface of the top wall of the press-down head 23 and the top surface of the top wall of the mounting cap constantly urges the head upward. Further, the peripheral wall of the head 23 is fitted to the outer periphery of the guide cylinder 20 so as to be vertically movable and not to come out.
[0025]
A through hole 27 is drilled in the stem 24 where the annular piston 22 is fitted, and when the inner peripheral lower edge of the annular piston 22 presses against the upper surface of the flange portion 28 projecting below the through hole 27, The through hole 27 is closed to shut off the inside of the cylinder 4 and the stem 24, and when the annular piston 22 rises relatively to the stem 24, the inside of the cylinder 4 and the inside of the stem 24 via the through hole 27. Are configured to communicate with each other.
[0026]
When the head 23 is pushed down, the inside of the cylinder 4 is pressurized, and the annular piston 22 is pushed up relatively to the stem 24, so that the pressurized liquid passes through the through hole 27 from the cylinder 4, It is poured out from the 25 outlets. On the other hand, when the vertically moving member 5 rises, the inside of the cylinder 4 becomes negative pressure, the annular piston 22 relatively lowers to close the through hole 27, and the suction valve 21 is opened to move the liquid in the container into the cylinder 4. 【The invention's effect】
As described above, in the pump of the present invention, since the outer peripheral surface and the lower surface of the bottom wall of the cylinder are formed with uneven surfaces, when the liquid decreases and the liquid filling bag is deflated, the liquid filling bag comes into close contact with the outer surface of the cylinder and the upper portion of the upper portion thereof. The upper end is connected to the lower surface of the cylinder bottom wall around the suction port so that the lower end hangs down on the bottom of the liquid filling bag, and the suction port formed by the liquid filling bag can be prevented. Since the gap holding body is provided to obstruct the closure, even when the liquid filling bag is deflated, the operation of the up-down moving member does not occur, and the operation can be performed smoothly. The whole amount can be poured out.
[0043]
In addition, since the gap holding member and the cylinder are integrally formed, the manufacture is easy, and the assembling operation is also simple, so that the gap holding body and the cylinder can be manufactured at low cost.
[0044]
Further, in the second means, since the liquid is introduced into the suction port also from between the legs of the gap holding member, the operation of the vertically moving member can be performed more smoothly.
[0045]
Further, in the third means, even if the liquid filling bag closes the lower end opening, the through hole formed in the cylindrical wall is not closed by each ridge, so that the liquid can be surely supplied to the suction port. Can be introduced.
[0046]
Further, in the fourth means, each support plate prevents the suction port from being closed, and the liquid is reliably introduced into the suction port by passing between the plates of the radiating plate.
[0047]
In the fifth means, the blocking of the suction port is prevented by the respective support rods and the respective arc-shaped plate portions, and the liquid can be reliably introduced into the suction port.
