【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は、例えば自動販売機などの透明な前面パネルの裏面などに販売商品を表示したラベルなどを取り付けるためのラベル取付装置に関するものである。

【従来の技術】
従来、殆どの自動販売機では、購買意欲を喚起するなどの目的で、販売している商品をイメージして作成した絵柄を商品選択ボタン付近に配置している。こうした絵柄は一般に所定の大きさのラベルに描かれて、自動販売機に設けた透明な前面パネルの裏側に設置される。ラベルを前面パネルの裏側に設置する技術として、本願出願人は、特願平１０−２９７１７３号「ラベル取付装置とその利用装置」を既に出願済みであり、以下、その技術について図９、図１０、図１１及び図１２に基づいて説明する。

図９〜図１２に示したラベル取付装置１００は、透明な前面パネル２０１の裏側の下側に設置される第１の保持部材１と、その上側に設置される第２の保持部材２とから構成されている。

第１の保持部材１は、前面パネル２０１に商品選択ボタン２０２を取り付けている複数のボタン取付部材２０３の内の、下側に位置するボタン取付部材２０３の立板部分２０４の上部からなる。すなわち、ボタン取付部材２０３は前面パネル２０１の裏面に密着されている立板部分２０４の上部の一部が後方上向きに傾斜、すなわち後傾して、前面パネル２０１との間に表示ラベル１０１を受け止める溝３を形成している。また、この溝３の左右両側に一対の位置決め手段４Ｌ・４Ｒが設けられて、この間に表示ラベル１０１の下端が挿入され、保持されるようになっている。

また、第２の保持部材２は、上側に位置するボタン取付部材２０３の下板部分２０５と、この下板部分２０５に組み付けられた操作部材５とからなる。操作部材５は、後方の摘み部６と、この摘み部６から前方に延設された左右一対の下板７Ｌ・７Ｒと、上板８とを有し、この左右一対の下板７Ｌ・７Ｒと上板８との間にボタン取付部材２０３の下板部分２０５が差し込まれ、下板部分２０５に開設された左右一対の長穴９Ｌ・９Ｒに下板７Ｌ・７Ｒそれぞれの上面に設けられた突起１０Ｌ・１０Ｒが係合し、長穴の範囲で前後方向に移動できるが下板部分２０５との係合は崩れないように、すなわち脱落しないように取付けられる。

そして、表示ラベル１０１の下側を第１の保持部材１の溝３に嵌め込んだ状態でその上部を前面パネル２０１側に押し付けることにより、表示ラベル１０１を固定し、操作部材５の摘み部６を摘んで後方に引っ張ることにより、表示ラベルを取り外していた。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかし、図１０及び図１１に示した表示ラベル１０１の下端を保持する第１の保持部材１において、ボタン取付部材２０３に複数の商品選択ボタンを並設させる場合は、ボタン取付部材２０３は前面パネル２０１の裏面に密着されて表示ラベル１０１の下端が、ずれることなく保持されるようになっているが、個々の表示ラベル１０１の下部を保持すべきボタン取付部材２０３に対して商品選択ボタン２０２が１個しか設けられないと下側に位置するボタン取付部材２０３の立板部分と前面パネル２０１の一部に隙間が生じ、表示ラベル１０１が下へずれたり傾きやすくなる。また、ボタン取付部材２０３に商品選択ボタン２０２が取付かない場合、より一層隙間が生じ、表示ラベル１０１が完全に下へずれてしまうといった問題点があった。

そこで、本発明は、表示ラベルの保持位置を一定に保つ改善をしたラベル取付装置を提供することを目的とする。

【課題を解決するための手段】
上記課題を解決するため、請求項１にかかる発明は、パネル部材の片面と対向する立板部分および前記立板部分の一端にて前記パネル部材の片面から離れる方向に傾斜した傾斜部分より溝部を形成し、ラベルの対向する一対の辺の一方の辺を前記溝部と係合させて前記ラベルの一方の辺の位置を固定する第１の保持部材と、前記ラベルの他方の辺と係合して前記ラベルの他方の辺の位置を固定する第２の保持部材とを、前記パネル部材の片面に設けたラベル取付装置であって、
前記第１の保持部材は、前記ラベルの一辺より短い傾斜部分と、前記パネル部材の片面と前記立板部分との間に介在すると共に前記パネル部材の片面および前記立板部分に接するシート部材とを備え、
前記シート部材は、前記ラベルの一辺に、傾斜部分を設けた溝部の所定位置から延長されて前記傾斜部分まで後傾する後傾部と、前記傾斜部分を設けない所定位置から延長されて前記パネル部材に接する接触部とを有するものである。

請求項２にかかる発明は、前記第１の保持部材における傾斜部分は前記ラベルの一辺の中央部に対応して設けられ、前記シート部材の後傾部は前記傾斜部分に設けられ、前記シート部材の接触部は前記ラベルの一辺の両端部に対応して設けられたものである。

上記の請求項１、２、３または４に記載のラベル取付装置を、透明な前面パネルの裏面に設けるようにした自動販売機を提供することができる。また、第１の保持部材の前記ラベルの一辺の位置を固定する部材を備えることによって、ラベルの保持位置を一定に保つこと、また、ボタン取付部材の取付け時及びラベル取付け時等の前面パネル裏面への傷付きを防止することが可能になる。

前記第１の保持部材は、前記ラベルの一辺より短い傾斜部分と、前記立板部分および前記傾斜部分で形成される溝部の長手方向に設けた穴部と、前記パネル部材の片面と前記立板部分との間に介在すると共に前記パネル部材の片面および前記立板部分に接するシート部材とを備え、
前記シート部材は、前記ラベルの一辺に、傾斜部分を設けた溝部の所定位置から延長されると共に前記穴部を通ってほぼ直角に屈折される曲げ部と、前記傾斜部分を設けない所定位置から延長されて前記パネル部材に接する接触部とを有するものである。

上記の請求項５、６、７または８に記載のラベル取付装置を、透明な前面パネルの裏面に設けるようにした自動販売機を提供することができる。また、第１の保持部材の前記ラベルの一辺の位置を固定する部材を備えることによって、ラベルの保持位置を一定に保つこと、また、ボタン取付部材の取付け時及びラベル取付け時等の前面パネル裏面への傷付きを防止することが可能になる。また、前記シート部材の曲げ部を前記立板部分に設けた穴部に通して組むことで、前記シート部材と前記立板部分のずれが少なくボタン取付部材を容易に組み付けることが可能となる。

【発明の実施の形態】
本発明の第１の実施の形態を図１〜図７に基づいて説明する。なお、従来と同一構成に関しては同一符号を用いる。これらの図に示したラベル取付装置１０２は、自動販売機２００の透明な前面パネル２０１の裏面に組み付けられて、購買意欲を喚起するなどの目的で販売商品をイメージして作成した表示ラベル１０１（前記ラベル）を取り付けるためのものである。

この自動販売機用のラベル取付装置１０２は、透明な前面パネル２０１（前記パネル部材）の裏側の下側に設置される第１の保持部材２０と、その上側に設置される第２の保持部材２とから構成されている。

第１の保持部材２０は、前面パネル２０１に商品選択ボタン２０２を取り付けている複数のボタン取付部材２０７の内の、下側に位置するボタン取付部材２０７の立板部分２０８の上部に形成された傾斜部分２０８Ａと、前面パネル２０１と立板部分２０８の間に取付く前面パネル保護シート２０６（前記シート部材）からなる。すなわち、ボタン取付部材２０７と前面パネル保護シート２０６は前面パネル２０１の裏面に密着されている。ボタン取付部材２０７の立板部分２０８と前面パネル保護シート２０６のそれぞれの表示ラベル１０１下部中間部に当たる位置が後傾した後傾部２０９と、前面パネル２０１との間に表示ラベル１０１を受け止める溝２１を形成している。また、この溝２１の立板部分２０８左右両側に一対の表示ラベル１０１の左右の位置決め手段４Ｌ・４Ｒが設けられ、また表示ラベル１０１左右の下隅に当たる位置に前面パネル保護シート２０６には前面パネル２０１と接するように左右両側に一対の接触部１９Ｌ・１９Ｒを設けられ、この前面パネル保護シート２０６の後傾部２０９と左右両側に一対の接触部１９Ｌ・１９Ｒの間に表示ラベル１０１の下端が挿入され、保持されるようになっている。

また第２の保持部材２は、上側に位置するボタン取付部材２０７の下板部分２０５と、この下板部分２０５に組み付けられた操作部材５とからなる。操作部材５は、後方の摘み部６と、この摘み部６から前方に延設された左右一対の下板７Ｌ・７Ｒと、上板８とを有し、この左右一対の下板７Ｌ・７Ｒと上板８との間にボタン取付部材２０７の下板部分２０５が差し込まれ、下板部分２０５に開設された左右一対の長穴９Ｌ・９Ｒに下板７Ｌ・７Ｒそれぞれの上面に設けられた突起１０Ｌ・１０Ｒが係合し、長穴の範囲で前後方向に移動できるが下板部分２０５との係合は崩れないように、すなわち脱落しないように取付けられる。

また、左右一対の下板７Ｌ・７Ｒそれぞれから横方向に、中間部に屈曲部１１Ｌ・１１Ｒを有する棒状のばね部材１２Ｌ・１２Ｒが延設され、それぞれの先端上側に設けた突起１３Ｌ・１３Ｒを下板部分２０５に開設した左右一対の穴１４Ｌ・１４Ｒにそれぞれ係合して取付けられる。

したがって、摘み部６を指３００で摘んで後方に引っ張ると、ばね部材１２Ｌ・１２Ｒの屈曲部１１Ｌ・１１Ｒに延びる（拡がる）方向に撓んで操作部材５が長穴９Ｌ・９Ｒの範囲で後方に移動し、指３００が離されるとばね部材１２Ｌ・１２Ｒの屈曲部１１Ｌ・１１Ｒに貯えられたエネルギーによって操作部材５は元の位置に戻される。

一方、操作部材５の上板８は、ボタン取付部材２０７の下板部分２０５に開設された角穴１５に上側から嵌め込まれる突起１６を前端下側に備えて形成されている。この突起１６は後方に傾斜面１７を有して形成され、その下側に表示ラベル１０１の上端が嵌め込まれる溝１８が設けられている。

したがって、表示ラベル１０１の下端を下側に位置する第１の保持部材２０の溝２１に嵌め込んだ状態でその上部側を前面パネル２０１側に押し付けると、表示ラベル１０１は前面パネル２０１側に撓んでその上端が上側に位置する第２の保持部材２の溝１８に嵌め込まれるので、表示ラベル１０１の前面パネル２０１の裏面への取り付けが極めて簡単に行えると共に、表示ラベル１０１の保持位置を一定に保つこと、また、接触部１９Ｌ・１９Ｒを設けたことにより前面パネル２０１裏面への表示ラベル１０１の左右下隅角による傷付きを防止することが可能になる。

一方、表示ラベル１０１の上下がそれぞれの溝に嵌め込まれたラベル取付装置１０２の操作部材５が指３００に摘ままれて後方に引っ張られると、表示ラベル１０１は操作部材５によって上端だけが後方に引き出され、且つ、操作部材５の上板８の前側が上方に屈曲して傾斜面１７が下板部分２０５に乗り上げ、下側に位置する第１の保持部材２０の溝２１と、上側に位置する第２の保持部材２の溝１８との距離が長くなるので、表示ラベル１０１の上端が第２の保持部材２の溝１８から抜け出て重力により後傾回動し、指先３００に当たって受け止められる。したがって、表示ラベル１０１の取り外し作業も極めて簡単に行える。

なお、商品選択ボタン２０２の下側に表示ラベル１０１を設置する場合には、一番下側に設置される商品選択ボタン２０２の下側に、ボタン取付部材２０７の溝２１などを有する立板部分２０８に相当する部材を配置して第１の保持部材２０を構成し、商品選択ボタン２０２の上側に表示ラベル１０１を設置する場合には、一番上側に設置される商品選択ボタン２０２の上側に、ボタン取付部材２０７の操作部材５が組み付けられた下板部分２０５に相当する部材を配置して第２の保持部材２を構成し、それぞれの位置に表示ラベル１０１を配設する。

また、本発明は上記実施例に限定されるものではないので、特許請求の範囲に記載の趣旨から逸脱しない範囲で各種の変形実施が可能である。

第１の保持部材２０における前記傾斜部分は、表示ラベル１０１の一辺の中央部に設けられ、前面パネル保護シート２０６の曲げ部２１１は前記傾斜部分の長手方向に設けられ、前面パネル保護シート２０６の接触部は表示ラベル１０１の一辺の両端部に設けられたものでも良い。このような構成にすることにより前面パネル２０１裏面への表示ラベル１０１の左右下隅角による傷付きを防止することが可能になる。

また、表示ラベル１０１は、販売商品をイメージして作成したラベルと、価格を表示したラベルとの二枚組としたり、ホットとコールドとを区別するラベルなども加味した複数枚の組み合わせとしても良い。

このような構成にすると、価格を表示したラベルと、ホットとコールドとを区別するラベルは全商品共通であるので、これらの共通ラベルと組み合わせ使用することで、販売商品をイメージしたラベルを１枚作成するだけで、自動販売機を設置する場所によってその販売価格が変わることがあっても、また季節によって冷やして販売したり・加熱して販売する商品であっても全て対応することができるので、管理コストの削減が図れる。

また、本発明のラベル取付装置１０２は、自動販売機２００以外のもの、例えば食券発券機などにも組み込むことができる。

【発明の効果】
以上説明したように本発明のラベル取付装置によれば、自動販売機の前面パネルなどへの表示ラベルの取り付け・取り外しが極めて簡単に行えると共に、表示ラベルの保持位置を一定に保つこと、また、前面パネル裏面への傷付きを防止することができ、また、ボタン取付部材のずれが少なく容易に組み付けることが可能となる。
