Description

【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a structure of a window frame provided on a wooden fire door and a method of assembling a glass window.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Fire doors are generally made of metal, but wooden fire doors may be used to make the living space comfortable or, if desired. The fire door is filled with rock wool as a core material to protect it from fire. However, as shown in FIG. 5, there is a case where a glass window (b) is provided at the center of the fire door (a). Of course, as the glass plate, a super heat-resistant crystallized glass or a netted glass that can withstand high temperatures at the time of fire is used.
[0003]
However, this glass plate must be fitted to a window frame formed on the door so as not to come off, and FIG. 6 shows that the glass plate (d) is fitted to a window frame (c) provided on a conventional fire door. Case (a) and a state where the glass plate (d) is fitted to the window frame (c) are shown. Between the window frames (c) and (c), glass receivers (e), (e),... Having a U-shaped cross section are attached, and the glass receivers (e), (e),. The edge of d) fits.
[0004]
The glass tray (e) is made of metal, so that the glass plate (d) does not come off even if the wooden window frame (c) burns down due to the high heat of a fire. ) ... As shown in FIG. 6 (a), the glass plate (d) is inserted obliquely into one of the glass receivers (e), and then partially returned in the opposite direction and fitted as shown in FIG. 6 (b). After being fitted into the glass receivers (e), (e), it is caulked so as not to come off. However, since the fire door targeted by the present invention is made of wood, the metal glass receiver (e) is used. , (E)... Must be increased so that the width dimension M of the window frame (c) is not exposed.
[0005]
The window frame size of the conventional fire door is M ≒ 25 mm, which is larger than the window frame size other than the fire door is about 16 mm. Therefore, the appearance of the fire door is impaired, and it is preferable to set the same window frame size as that of a general door. In particular, when a general door is installed nearby, a difference in the size of the window frame (c) becomes noticeable.
[0006]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
As described above, the window frame structure of the conventional wooden fire door has the above-described problems. The problem to be solved by the present invention is this problem, and provides a window frame structure in which the size of the window frame does not increase. Also provided is a method for assembling a glass window to a wooden fire door.
[0007]
[Means for solving the problem]
In order to provide a glass window for a wooden fire door, the surface of the window frame to be surfaced must be made of wood. However, the wooden window frame is burned out by the high heat of a fire, so the inside is made of metal. Glass receiver is required. Accordingly, although the basic structure is the same as that of the conventional one, in the present invention, the width of the glass receiver is reduced so that the glass receiver can be covered so that the glass receiver is not exposed even with a general window frame.
[0008]
However, the glass plate cannot be fitted unless the glass receiver has a certain width dimension. However, in the present invention, the glass plate is not fitted to the previously mounted glass container, but is fitted to the edge of the glass plate. It is designed to be installed in the window space formed in the door in the state where it is in the upright position. A screw groove is formed in the glass receiver, and the glass receiver fitted in the window space together with the glass plate moves so that the screw previously attached fits into the screw groove and does not come off.
[0009]
In the case where the number of glass receivers is the same as the number of attached screws, or a long glass receiver may be used to form a thread groove into which a plurality of screws fit. Hereinafter, embodiments according to the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings.
[0010]
【Example】
FIG. 1 is an embodiment showing a window frame structure of the present invention. In FIG. 1, reference numeral 1 denotes a glass plate, 2 denotes a window frame, and 3 denotes a glass receiver. The basic structure of the window frame in which the glass plate 1 is fitted as shown in FIG. However, as shown in (a), the mounting method of the glass plate 1 is different, and the glass receivers 3 are temporarily fixed to the edge of the glass plate 1 and fitted into the window space 4.
[0011]
The window frame 2 is mounted on one side of the window space 4, and screws 6, 6... Are screwed on the inner surfaces 5,. Then, the glass plate 1 on which the glass receivers 3, 3,... Are fitted into the window space 4, and the glass receivers 3, 3,.
[0012]
FIG. 2 is a specific example showing the glass receiver 3, which has a U-shaped cross-section having both side pieces 7, 7 and a bottom piece 8, between which the edges of the glass plate 1 can fit. The thread groove 9 is formed from one end of the bottom piece 8. As shown in FIG. 3, the glass receivers 3, 3,... Are attached to both side edges of the glass plate 1 and fastened with tapes 11, 11,. Further, if necessary, the glass supports 3 and 3 may be attached to the upper and lower edges of the glass plate 1.
[0013]
By the way, the glass plate 1 in which the glass receivers 3, 3,... Are temporarily fixed by the tapes 11, 11,... Is fitted into the window space 4, but the screws 6, which are screwed into the inner surfaces 5, 5,. , 6,... Are different from the glass receivers 3, 3,. Therefore, the glass receivers 3, 3,... Do not hit the screws 6, 6,..., And after the glass plate 1 is fitted in the window space 4, the tapes 11, 11,. The screws 6, 6 are fitted into the screw grooves 9, 9,... Of the glass receivers 3, 3, so that the glass receivers 3, 3,.
[0014]
Here, the width of the screw groove 9 is such that the head of the screw does not come off. By attaching the glass receivers 3, 3,... To the window space 4, the glass plate 1 does not come off, and the window frame 2 is fitted on the opposite side as shown in FIG. The side piece width of the glass receiver 3 shown in FIG. 2 is small. Therefore, the width dimension M of the window frames 2, 2 covering the glass receivers 3, 3,. They can be the same size.
[0015]
FIG. 4 is another specific example showing the glass receiver 3. The glass receiver 3 has a length substantially equal to the entire length of the side edge of the glass plate 1, and the bottom piece 8 is also formed with thread grooves 9 a and 9 b. An entry groove 10a is formed continuously in the screw groove 9a, and an entry groove 10b is formed continuously in the screw groove 9b. The glass receiver 3 is attached to the side edge of the glass plate 1, and screws 6, 6,... Screwed to the inner surfaces 5, 5 of the window space 4 can enter from the entrance grooves 10a, 10b. When the receiver 3 is lowered, the screws 6, 6,... Fit into the screw grooves 9a, 9b.
[0016]
As described above, in the window frame structure of the wooden fire door according to the present invention, the glass receiver is fitted into the window space with the glass receiver attached to the edge of the glass plate, and the screw is fitted into the screw groove of the glass receiver. Therefore, the following effects can be obtained.
[0017]
【The invention's effect】
The window frame structure of the present invention fits into a window space in a state where a glass receiver is attached to the edge of a glass plate. Is fitted. Therefore, the side piece width of the glass receptacle may be small, and as a result, the size of the window frame covering the glass receptacle may be small, and the window frame of the wooden fire door is preferable in appearance. That is, even with a fire door, there is no difference in appearance from a general wooden door.
