Description
【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a pet sheet that is laid on a floor or the like and used for treating excrement of a pet kept indoors, and particularly a pet sheet that can be prevented from slipping when laid on a floor or the like. About.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Pet sheets are used to treat the excrement of domestic pets. This pet sheet is composed of a top sheet such as a paper sheet or a liquid-permeable nonwoven fabric, a liquid-impermeable back sheet, and an absorber interposed between the top sheet and the back sheet. Alternatively, the pulp is formed by superposing a tissue on a pulp containing a highly absorbent polymer.
The pet sheet is installed such that the top sheet is directed to the side that receives urine of the pet, and the back sheet is directed to the floor or the bottom of a pet toilet. The urine of the pet passes through the top sheet, is absorbed by the absorber, and does not pass through the back sheet to the floor or toilet.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
Since the pet sheet is used by being laid on a floor or a panel or the like, when the pet rides on the pet sheet or runs on the pet sheet, the pet sheet is slippery on the floor or the like. Has become.
[0004]
The present invention has been made to solve the above-mentioned conventional problems, and it is intended to prevent displacement due to slipping on a floor surface or the like, and to prevent release paper to which an adhesive layer for preventing displacement is adhered as dust. It is intended to provide pet seats.
[0005]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The present invention provides a pet sheet formed of a laminate having a liquid-permeable top sheet, a liquid-impermeable back sheet, and an absorber interposed between the top sheet and the back sheet. An adhesive layer is formed on the sheet, and in a state where a part of the sheet is folded or the entire sheet is folded, the adhesive layer is detachably adhered to the surface of the back sheet facing the adhesive layer. A mold layer is provided.
[0006]
In the above, the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer is provided at a corner of a quadrangular back sheet, and in a state where a part of a side end of the sheet is folded at a predetermined width, the mold release is performed on a part facing the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer. A layer can be provided.
[0007]
In the above, the folded portion of the side end portion of the sheet is joined except for the portion where the adhesive layer and the release layer are provided, and the adhesive layer is peeled off from the release layer and the folded portion is developed in a planar manner. In addition, it is possible to adopt a structure in which the joined portion serves as a flap for preventing leakage that stands on the top sheet side.
[0008]
The topsheet contains, for example, a liquid-permeable nonwoven fabric formed of synthetic fibers such as a point-bonded nonwoven fabric made of polypropylene (PP) fibers, or water-absorbing fibers such as rayon fibers, or is formed only of water-absorbing fibers. It is a nonwoven fabric. The back sheet is a liquid-impermeable sheet such as a polyethylene (PE) film or a vinyl sheet. The absorber is obtained by wrapping a mixture of a highly absorbent polymer (SAP) with pulp, cotton, or the like in a paper, tissue, or nonwoven fabric.
[0009]
The adhesive layer is formed, for example, by applying an adhesive substance such as an elastomer to the surface of the back sheet. This adhesive layer is adhered to the floor or panel surface to prevent the pet sheet from slipping. The release paper is obtained by applying a release agent such as a silicon-based resin to the surface of a base sheet, and the base sheet is bonded and fixed to a back sheet. Alternatively, the release agent may be directly applied to the surface of the back sheet. A release layer is formed by the release paper or the release agent.
[0010]
Before use, the pet sheet is partially or entirely folded so that the back sheets face each other, and in this state, the adhesive layer is adhered to the release layer. In this state, the adhesive layer maintains the adhesiveness. When using a pet sheet, spread the pet sheet flat. At this time, the adhesive layer is peeled off from the release layer, and when the back sheet is placed facing the floor surface or the like, the adhesive layer is adhered to the floor surface or the like, and the pet sheet is prevented from slipping.
[0011]
In addition, since the release layer is formed by fixing the release paper to the back sheet or by applying the release agent to the back sheet, the release paper does not become dust, and the dust generated at the start of use can be reduced. The amount can be reduced.
[0012]
Further, when the flap is formed by using the folded shape of the pet sheet, it is possible to prevent the urine from leaking out of the sheet by the flap.
[0013]
