従来から軒樋の外側片部の下部を内側に屈曲して段部とすることで軒樋の外観を向上させるようにしたものが知られている。

また、全体が角形をした角樋と称される軒樋の外側片部に上記のように段部を形成するに当たり、外側片部の内面に沿って雨水が上から下に流れやすいように弧状にすることが行われているが、このような場合、角形をした軒樋の一部に弧状となった部分があり、角樋としての外観が失われる建物の他の部材との統一感を出すことができないことがある。また、逆に、全体が角形をした角樋と称される軒樋の外側片部に上記のように段部を形成したものにおいて、一部に丸みを持たせて外観に変化を持たせたい場合もある。

このように、建物の他の部材との関係や、顧客の好み等により、軒樋として種々の要望があるが、従来にあっては、これらの要望を満たすには多種類の軒樋を製造する必要があり、金型コストが高くなるという問題があった。

また、従来の軒樋は合成樹脂製であり、外面が無味乾燥な単一色のものであって安っぽくて、建物の他の構成部材と違和感があり、外観が良くないという問題があった。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
本発明は上記の点に鑑みてなされたものであり、簡単な構成で外観上異なる形状の段部を有した軒樋とすることができる軒樋を提供することを課題とするものである。

【課題を解決するための手段】
上記課題を解決するために本発明に係る軒樋は、軒樋本体１の外側片部２の下部を内側に屈曲して段部３とし、上端部から化粧シート部５を一体に連出した厚肉部材４の化粧シート部５を軒樋本体１の外側片部２の外面に取着するとともに段部３の外面部に別体の厚肉部材４を取着して成ることを特徴とするものである。このような構成とすることで、軒樋本体１の段部３に別体の厚肉部材４を取着した場合には、取着しなかった場合と異なる形状とすることができて、厚肉部材４を取着するという簡単な構成で外観上異なる形状の段部を有した軒樋Ａとすることができるものであり、また、外から見て目立つ部分である軒樋本体１の外側片部２の外面を化粧シート部５で化粧できるものであり、化粧シート部５を一体に連出した厚肉部材４として模様や色が異なるものを複数種類用意してその中から選択して用いることで、現場毎に異なる建物と外観上統一した軒樋Ａとすることができるものである。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、本発明を添付図面に示す実施形態に基づいて説明する。

軒樋本体１は合成樹脂製又は金属芯材の外周部に合成樹脂層を被覆形成したものであり、底片部６の外側端部から上方に向けて外側片部２を一体に突出形成するとともに、底片部６の内側端部から上方に向けて内側片部７を一体に突出形成したもので、外側片部２の上端部及び内側片部７の上端部にはそれぞれ一体に耳部１９が形成してある。また、外側片部２の下部は内側に屈曲してあって段部３となっている。本発明においてはこの外側片部２に形成した段部３の外面部に別体の厚肉部材４を取着することに特徴がある。厚肉部材４は合成樹脂により形成された中空又は中実の長尺部材であり、形状、色、模様等の種々異なる厚肉部材４を用意して、これらの中から選択して軒樋本体１の段部３の外面に接着や熱溶着により取着して軒樋Ａを形成するものであり、このように軒樋本体１の段部３に別体の厚肉部材４を取着した場合には、取着しなかった場合と異なる形状とすることができて、厚肉部材４を取着するという簡単な構成で外観上異なる形状の段部を有した軒樋Ａとできるのである。

上記のように本発明の請求項１記載の発明にあっては、軒樋本体の外側片部の下部を内側に屈曲して段部とし、上端部から化粧シート部を一体に連出した厚肉部材の化粧シート部を軒樋本体の外側片部の外面に取着するとともに段部の外面部に別体の厚肉部材を取着してあるので、軒樋本体の段部に別体の厚肉部材を取着した場合には、取着しなかった場合と異なる形状とすることができて、厚肉部材を取着するという簡単な構成で外観上異なる形状の段部を有した軒樋とすることができるものである。つまり、本発明にあっては、従来のように、一体成形された形状の異なる多種類の軒樋を製造する必要がなく、基本形状が共通した段部を有する軒樋本体に厚肉部材を取着するという簡単な構成で、段部形状が異なる軒樋とすることができ、製造コストを低下させることができるものである。また、外から見て目立つ部分である軒樋本体の外側片部の外面を化粧シート部で化粧できるものであり、化粧シート部を一体に連出した厚肉部材として模様や色が異なるものを複数種類用意してその中から選択して用いることで、現場毎に異なる建物と外観上統一した軒樋とすることができるものである。
