既設の分電盤において、分電盤の外殻を形成する箱体に主幹開閉器や分岐開閉器等の電気機器を取着した基板を取付けてあるが、この場合、箱体の背板部の略四隅位置にボルトが突設してあって、該ボルトに基板の四隅部に設けた孔を通し、ナットにより取付けてあった。ところが、従来にあっては、基板のサイズが一定でなく、種々のサイズがあり、これに応じて箱体の四隅に突設するボルトの突設位置が決定してあった。このため、既存の分電盤においては、ボルトの突設位置が種々異なっていた。

本発明は上記の従来例の問題点に鑑みて発明したものであって、箱体に突設したボルトの位置の違いにかかわらず標準化されたサイズの基板を簡単且つ確実に取付けることができる分電盤を提供することを課題とするものである。

上記課題を解決するために、本発明の分電盤は、背板部1の略四隅位置において各々前方に突出するボルト2を固着した前面開口の箱体3と、この箱体3内に配設され、主幹開閉器4や分岐開閉器5等の電気機器を取着した基板6と、該基板6の上部両端部及び下部両端部に架設され且つ両側にそれぞれ横長孔15を有する架設部材12と、架設部材12の横長孔15に貫通する基板固定ボルト7の挿通部8及び箱体3から突設したボルト2が貫通する貫通孔9を各々有し、該挿通部8及び貫通孔9の一方を長孔状に形成して各基板固定ボルト7及びボルト2に各々ナットを取着することにより基板6を箱体3に固定する4つの基板取着調整部材11と、を備えて成ることを特徴とするものであってもよい。このような構成とすることで、箱体3に設けたボルト2に基板取着調整部材11、架設部材12を介して基板6を取付けることができるものであり、また、ボルト2又は基板固定ボルト7の基板取着調整部材11に設けた長孔に貫通する位置を調整することで、箱体3における基板6の取付け位置を調整することができるものであり、また、架設部材12の横長孔15に沿って基板固定ボルト7の位置調整をすることで、箱体3内における基板6の水平方向の位置調整が簡単にできることになる。

【発明の実施の形態】
本発明は以下添付図面に示す実施形態に基づいて説明する。
まず、図1乃至図4には本発明の一実施形態が示してある。図1には本発明の一実施形態の分解斜視図が示してあり、この実施形態においては、既設の分電盤の箱体3を残し、この箱体3から既設の基板を外し、これに代えて新たに標準化された新しい基板6を取付ける場合の例が示してある。

【発明の効果】
