Description

【0001】

A part near the end held on the table element in the hanging part of the towel sent after finishing the sewing is held by an auxiliary clamp device, and then the end of the towel is held on the table element And withdraw the end from the table element, then hold the end by the transfer clamp, then release the holding by the auxiliary clamp device, then traverse the transfer clamp to remove the towel The towel is pulled sideways from the end held by the transfer clamp, and the sideways towel is placed on a flat receiving surface (see, for example, JP-A-3-261498).
[0003]
According to such a stacking device, when towels are sent out one after another, the towels are placed on the receiving surface in such a manner that the surfaces of the towels are attached to each other and the edges of the towels are neatly aligned. Can be stacked. Therefore, there is an effect that the handling such as subsequent transportation of the stacked towels becomes easy.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
In the conventional towel stacking apparatus, when the towel sent after finishing the sewing is to be pulled in the lateral direction as described above, as described above, the holding by the auxiliary clamping device is performed from the holding on the table element. In this case, it is necessary to carry out two holding changes, that is, the holding change from the holding to the holding by the auxiliary clamp device and the holding from the holding by the transfer clamp, so that it takes time to reduce the work efficiency. Was. In addition, since the above two holding replacements have to be performed, there is a problem that their timing must be adjusted and the design becomes complicated.
[0005]
The towel stacking device of the present invention is provided to solve the above-mentioned problems (technical problems) of the prior art.
The first purpose is that when towels that have been sewn are sent out one after the other, they should be stacked with their towels touching each other and the edges of the towels being neatly aligned. It is to provide a towel stacking device that can be used.
The second object is to receive the above-mentioned sent-out towel and pull it in the lateral direction, and once the portion near the end of the sent-out towel is held, it is kept in the horizontal direction. To be able to work efficiently in a short time.
A third object of the present invention is to simplify the design of the apparatus by holding the portion near the end of the towel sent as described above once and then pulling it in the lateral direction. It is.
Other objects and advantages will become more readily apparent from the drawings and the following description associated therewith.
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In the towel stacking apparatus of the present invention, the holding means which can hold and release the towel at one end and the other end respectively can be separated by a gap for positioning the middle part of the towel in a hanging manner. Side by side,
A holder which holds the portion near the end held by the one holding means in the hanging part of the towel and allows the towel to be freely held and released in order to release the towel above the stacking position, A preparation position along the portion of the towel near the end below the holding means, and the holding device pulls the holding portion of the towel in a lateral direction opposite to the gap to avoid the towel below the gap. In order to bring it to a position above the stacking position determined at the side position, the reciprocating motion between the preparation position and the terminal position laterally separated from the preparation position is freely provided. Below, a receiving stand for stacking towels is arranged and used as a place for stacking towels.Between the preparation position and the position above the place for stacking towels, the holding position is set by the holder. Support towel being pulled toward the spaced end position in the lateral direction, towels in transfer process is obtained by placing a support rod which is to be pulled laterally while sliding support 杆上.
[0007]
[Action]
The towel is brought to the stacking device with one and the other end held by a pair of holding means, respectively, with the intermediate portion depending on the gap. The resulting towel has a portion near its one end in the hanging part held by the holder. The holding means is then released from holding one end and the holder is moved laterally to pull the towels laterally, releasing the towels above the stacking location. By repeating these operations each time a towel is provided, the towels are sequentially stacked at the stacking location.
[0008]
【Example】
Hereinafter, drawings showing an embodiment of the present application will be described. 1 and 2, I is a hem sewing device for sewing hem at both ends of the towel, and II is a surface-to-surface sewn towel sequentially discharged from the hem sewing device I after the hem sewing is completed. In addition, a stacking device for stacking with the edges being neatly aligned is shown. First, the hem sewing device I will be described. A is a table for receiving a towel, and 1 and 2 are table elements in the table, as shown in FIG. 3, for placing one end 61 and 62 on the towel T individually, respectively. The upper surface is smooth to make the towel slide smoothly. Reference numeral 3 denotes a gap for allowing the intermediate portion 63 of the towel T to hang down and allowing a person to enter and exit for maintenance of the sewing machine. The width W1 is, for example, 480 mm. The height H1 of the table upper surface is set to a height at which work can be easily performed, and is, for example, 1200 mm. B1 and B2 are sewing machines for sewing the hems 61a and 62a of the ends 61 and 62 of the towels on the table elements 1 and 2, respectively. C1 and C2 are holding means for holding one and the other ends of the towel on the table elements 1 and 2, and are provided with the gap 3 therebetween. The holding means C1 and C2 are, for example, holding pieces which hold the towel by pressing the end of the towel on the upper surface of the table element. It moves in the direction. The means C1 and C2 also serve as transport means for transporting the towel in the holding state, and the transport is performed by moving the towel in the direction of arrow 5 along the upper surface of the table element in the holding state. It is designed to be driven by an external drive device. Numeral 6 denotes a place for discharging towels in the hem sewing apparatus, which is located at a side position along the gap 3 with respect to a sewing place by the sewing machines B1 and B2 as shown in the figure. The hemming device I has another holding and carrying means for holding one and the other ends of the towel and carrying it as shown by the arrow 5a in FIG.
[0009]
Next, the stacking device II will be described. II 'denotes a towel receiving section, which is constituted by the table elements 1 and 2 of the discharge section 6 and holding means C1 and C2. D is a frame for supporting a mechanism indicated by reference numerals E to H described later, and is composed of a leg 8 installed on the floor 7 and a frame 9 mounted thereon. The members 8 and 9 are both made of steel. E denotes a support mechanism for supporting the holder F so as to be able to move laterally in a horizontal direction parallel to the direction in which the table elements 1 and 2 are arranged side by side (horizontal direction in FIG. 2). Reference numerals 11 and 11 denote a pair of guide shafts of the mechanism E, which are arranged in a horizontal state using a round bar. Reference numerals 11a and 11b denote attachment portions to the frame 9 at both ends of the guide shafts. Reference numeral 12 denotes an advancing / retracting frame formed to extend over the pair of guide shafts 11, 11. Reference numeral 13 denotes an insertion hole for the guide shaft 11, which is configured to allow the guide shaft 11 to be inserted in a state in which the guide shaft 11 can move smoothly without backlash. Reference numeral 14 denotes a through hole provided in the advance / retreat frame 12 for supporting the holder and guiding the advance / retreat thereof, and is formed in parallel with the insertion hole 13.
[0010]
Next, F indicates a holder which can be freely held and released for holding a portion near the end portion 62 (a portion hanging down from the table element 2; see reference numeral 62b in FIG. 3) in the hanging portion 63 of the towel T. . F1 indicates a main body of the holder F. Reference numeral 16 denotes a support rod of the main body, which is formed to have a thickness such that the support rod can be smoothly inserted into the through-hole 14 so that it can be smoothly advanced and retracted. Reference numeral 17 denotes a holding rod for hanging the above-mentioned portion 62 of the towel, which has a length sufficient to allow the expected maximum width of the towel to be hung over its entire width without slack, as shown in FIG. Attached to the tip of the support rod 16 as described above. H2 shown in FIG. 2 indicates the height at which the holding rod 17 is disposed, and as shown in FIG. 3, the holding rod 17 is set slightly lower than the table element 2 so as to follow the above-mentioned portion 62b of the towel T. . Reference numeral 18 shown in FIGS. 11 and 12 denotes a receiving surface of the towel, which is formed by chamfering the side surface of the holding rod 17 flat so that the towel can be stably held by the clamp device described below. Reference numeral 19 denotes a non-slip member for the towel provided on the receiving surface 18, which is fixed to the receiving surface 18 by bonding using, for example, a rubber plate.
[0011]
Next, F2 and F3 in FIG. 1 are used to fasten both edges 62c and 62d in the width direction (the direction indicated by arrow W0 in FIG. 3) of the portion 62b near the end of the towel T to the holding rod 17, respectively. 3 shows a clamping device. First, the clamp device F2 will be described with reference to FIGS. Reference numeral 21 denotes a board, which is attached to the holding rod 17 with a screw 22 for fastening. Reference numeral 23 denotes a connecting portion for connecting the driving mechanism of the holder F, which is formed by bending a part of the substrate 21. Numeral 24 denotes a driving member for rotatably holding the clamp body and for rotating the clamp body, and uses, for example, a rotary actuator in which a rotation shaft 25 rotates forward and backward by air supply. A rotary solenoid may be used. Reference numeral 26 denotes a clamp body attached to the rotation shaft, which is formed by pressing a metal plate. Reference numeral 27 denotes an arm of the clamp body 26, which is used to operate the holding member 30 at a position distant from the rotation shaft 25 with respect to the receiving surface 18 in a state where the holding member 30 is held away from the rotating shaft 25. A reinforcing rib 28 is integrally provided at the position. Reference numeral 29 denotes a boss for attaching the arm 27 to the rotation shaft 25. The holding piece 30 is for holding the towel together with the receiving surface 18, and presses the towel against the receiving surface 18 so as to fulfill its purpose, and the surface on the side where the towel is pressed is a non-slip member, for example. The rubber plate 31 is provided by bonding. By the operation of the driving member 24, the clamp body 26 as described above has a retracted position avoiding the entry locus 71 of the towel T as shown in FIG. 11A, and the pressing piece 30 as shown in FIG. The position of the edge 62c of the T is changed to the holding position where the edge 62c is pressed against the receiving surface 18.
[0012]
Next, the clamp device F3 will be described with reference to FIG. The device F3 has the same configuration as the clamp device F2 except for the following two points. The first point is that the holding rod 17 is mounted so that its position in the longitudinal direction can be changed to accommodate towels having different widths. The second point is that the size of the rotation range of the clamp body is different because the clamp body does not need to completely retreat from the towel intrusion trajectory. Therefore, portions considered functionally the same as or equivalent to the clamp body F2 are denoted by the same reference numerals with the letter e added thereto, and redundant description of those portions will be omitted. Reference numeral 33 denotes a mounting block, which is configured to hold the periphery of the holding rod 17 so as to be movable in the direction of the arrow 34 along the holding rod 17, and the board 21e is mounted on the mounting block 33. is there. Reference numeral 35 denotes a clamp lever for fixing the mounting block 33 to the holding rod 17 at an arbitrary position.
[0013]
Next, in FIGS. 1 and 2 again, G moves the holder F from the position below the one table element 2 to the side opposite to the space below the gap 3 (to the right in FIG. 2). 2 shows a driving mechanism for performing the driving. The mechanism G uses position control at two positions, that is, a middle position and a terminal position in each process of moving the holder F in one direction and the opposite direction, and both uses stop at the stroke end of the air cylinder. In order to perform the operation easily, the first drive mechanism G1 and the second drive mechanism G2 are respectively configured using individual air cylinders. The first drive mechanism G1 uses, for example, a rodless cylinder so that a long stroke can be obtained in a compact form. A body 37 of the cylinder has one end 37a and the other end 37b attached to the frame 9. Numeral 38 denotes an advancing / retreating member of the cylinder, which advances / retreats along the main body 37. Reference numeral 39 denotes a connected body between the advance / retreat member 38 and the advance / retreat frame 12. Since the required stroke is relatively short, the second drive mechanism G2 uses a normal air cylinder. The body 41 is attached to the advance / retreat frame 12, and the tip of the advance / retreat rod 42 is attached to the connecting portion 23 on the side of the clamp device F2 and to the holding rod 17 on the side of the clamp device F3. I have.
[0014]
Next, H shown in FIGS. 1, 2 and 8 is a drag prevention device for preventing a towel pulled in the horizontal direction from dragging the floor surface 7, and a support mechanism 44 arranged symmetrically as shown in FIG. , 45 are exemplified. Hereinafter, the mechanism will be described. 46 is a supporting member attached to the leg 8, and 47 is a supporting rod for supporting the towel, which is composed of a lightweight and durable aluminum round bar. Rubber is attached to give resistance. Reference numeral 48 denotes a bracket attached to the base of the support rod 47 for connecting the base of the support rod 47 to the support member 46 so that the base can be turned upside down. Reference numeral 49 denotes a drive member for raising and lowering the support rod 47, which is exemplified by an air cylinder. The base 50 of the main body is pivotally connected to the leg 8, and the distal end 51 of the piston rod is connected to the bracket 48. I have. Numerals 52 shown in FIGS. 3 to 7 and 9 are limit switches for controlling the device H and controlling the speed of the first drive mechanism G1.
[0015]
Next, II ″ shown in FIGS. 1 and 2 indicates a place where the towels are stacked, and is set at a lateral position avoiding the space below the gap 3 in order to avoid interference with the towel brought into the receiving portion II ′ through the gap 3. J forms a tray for successively stacking the towels at the stacking place II ", and also removes the towels stacked therefrom from below the holding tool support mechanism E and the holding tool F so as to be easily carried out. A well-known belt conveyor constituted by members indicated by reference numerals 53 to 58 in a transfer device for transferring is exemplified. That is, 53 is a base, 54 is a leg, 55 is a conveyor frame, 56 is a drive pulley, 57 is a driven pulley, 58 is a plurality of conveyor belts, and moves in the direction of the arrow by the rotation of the drive pulley 56. A predetermined number of, for example, 20 towels T are stacked on the transport device J (see reference numeral 66). Therefore, the apparatus J is disposed at a position which is spaced from the gap 3 by a dimension L1 (for example, 325 mm) in order to avoid the legs 8 and secure a space for the hanging portion 66b having a thickness T2 in the stacked towels 66. I do. The height H3 of the upper surface of the transporting device J is set to a value corresponding to the height H2 of the stacking portion 66a having a thickness T1 in order to prevent the upper surface of the stacking portion 66a of the stacking towel 66 from interfering with the horizontally moving holding rod 17. Is set, for example, to a height of about 800 mm where a space for storage is secured. As shown in FIG. 14D, the width W3 of the transporting device J is set to a width that can be used for stacking short towels T 'without any trouble. For example, it is about 800 mm. Reference numerals 59 shown in FIGS. 1, 3 to 7, and 9 indicate receiving surfaces for receiving the towels pulled out laterally by the holder F. In this example, the side of the conveyor belt 58 adjacent to the holder F is provided. It comprises the upper surface of the part located below the path of movement.
[0016]
Next, the operation of the above-described apparatus when handling large towels (for example, the length L0 shown in FIG. 3 is 1820 mm and the width W0 is 1200 mm. There are various lengths L0 in the range of about 1300 mm to 1820 mm) Will be described with reference to FIGS. Each of these figures shows the state at each point shown in the time chart of FIG. First, in the preparation state, the advance / retreat member 38 of the first drive mechanism G1 is located at the left end in FIG. 2 and the cylinder of the second drive mechanism G2 is in the contracted state, and the holding rod 17 is located below the table element 2 as shown in FIG. In the preparation position, which is closest to the gap 3. In this state, in the hemming device, the towel T hangs the intermediate portion 63 in the gap 3 as shown in FIG. 3A, and one and the other ends 61, 62 are provided by pressing pieces for carrying the arrow 5a. The table elements 1 and 2 are conveyed along the gap 3 while sliding on the upper surface while being pressed against the upper surfaces. In the transporting process, the hem 61a, 62a bent at each end is sewn by the hem 61a, 62a when the hem 61a, 62a passes through the place of the sewing machines B1, B2. After the sewing, at the place P2 which has passed the sewing machines B1 and B2, the towel is held by the holding pieces C1 and C2 instead of the holding means for carrying the arrow 5a. Then, the towel reaches the discharge place 6 by the conveyance by the holding pieces C1 and C2. In this case, the portion 62b hanging down from the table element 2 at the end 62 reaches the holding rod 17 in the stacking device II as shown by an arrow 71 in FIG. 18 is in a state along the portion 62b.
[0017]
By the arrival of the towel T at the discharge location 6 as described above, the towel T is brought to the receiving portion II 'in the towel stacking device II. When the towel T is brought to the receiving portion II ', the clamp bodies 26 and 26e of the clamping devices F2 and F3 are actuated as indicated by arrows 72 by the operation of the respective driving members, so that both the members at the portion 62b near the end of the towel T are moved. The edge portions 62c and 62d are clamped to the receiving surface 18. Next, as shown in FIG. 4, the holding piece C2 rises to release the end portion 62 of the towel T, and then the holding rod 17 moves as shown by an arrow 73 to pull the end portion 62 down from the table element 2. . The movement of the arrow 73 is performed by the operation of the second drive mechanism G2. The length L3 of the end 62 hanging down from the holding rod 17 is, for example, about 150 mm, and the movement of the arrow 73 is a dimension sufficient for pulling the end of the length L3 down from the table element 2, for example, 175 mm.
[0018]
Next, the holder F is moved laterally as indicated by an arrow 74 in FIG. 5, and the towel T is pulled out laterally from the end 62 side through the support rod 47. The movement of the arrow 74 is performed by the operation of the first drive mechanism G1. Further, as shown in FIG. 6, the holder F continues the movement of the arrow 74. Then, before the towel T is pulled, the pressing piece C1 rises as indicated by an arrow 75 to release the end 61 of the towel T. In this case, the towel T hangs on the support rod 47 as shown in the figure, and the end 61 is prevented from falling on the floor 7 and becoming dirty. The hanging dimension L4 is, for example, about 500 mm.
[0019]
The holder F continues to move in the direction of the arrow 74 as shown in FIG. In the moving process, the towel is pulled sideways while sliding on the support rod 47, and the lower surface of the towel being pulled is rubbed against the upper surface of the towel T ″ already placed on the transport device J. This prevents the already placed towel T "from being turned up. Eventually, when the holding rod 17 operates the limit switch 52, the operation speed of the first drive mechanism G1 is reduced. 8, the support rod 47 is lowered to the release position by the operation of the drive member 49 as shown by the arrow 76, and the rear portion of the towel which has been hanging on the support rod 47 until then falls down as shown by the arrow 77, and has already been transferred to the conveying device J. As shown by reference numeral 78, both surfaces overlap with the hanging towel T "in a state where both surfaces overlap. Thereafter, the clamp bodies 26 and 26e in the clamp devices F2 and F3 are opened as shown by arrows 79, and both edges are opened. The position P1 of the limit switch 52 can be set at the position P1 of the limit switch 52 even when the support of the support rod 47 is released as described above in the case where the longest towel stacking operation is performed. It is set at a position where a gap W2 can be formed between the rear end of the towel (the rear end in the horizontal pulling direction by the holder F and the hem 61a) and the floor surface 7.
[0020]
Next, as shown in FIG. 9, the holding rod 17 moves as indicated by an arrow 80, and the end 62 hanging on the holding rod 17 falls off as shown by an arrow 81 and has already been hooked on the transport device J. It overlaps with the towel as shown at 82. The movement of the holding rod 17 is performed by the second drive mechanism G2. In this operation, since the end 62 of the towel T hangs forward in the traveling direction of the holding rod 17, the hanging end 62 moves in the moving direction in accordance with the movement of the arrow 80 of the holding rod 17. After being sequentially stretched, it falls as shown by an arrow 81, and becomes a hanging state as shown in the figure. Therefore, the polymerization state indicated by reference numeral 82 is necessarily achieved. Thereafter, the support rod 47 of the drag prevention device H is returned to the support position (the position indicated by the two-dot chain line in FIG. 8), and the holder F is returned to the preparation position shown in FIG. 3 by the first drive mechanism G1. The operation is completed.
[0021]
Each time the towel is discharged from the hem sewing device, the above operation is repeated, and the towels are sequentially stacked on the transport device J. When a predetermined number of towels are stacked, the conveyor belt 58 of the transport device J is operated in the direction of the arrow in FIG. 1, and the stacked towels 66 are carried out to the take-out position 83 from under the frame 9 and various mechanisms and devices attached thereto. .
[0022]
Next, the operation of the above-described apparatus when handling small towels (for example, the length L0 is 600 mm, the width W0 is 500 mm, and the length L0 is various in a range of about 600 mm to 1300 mm) will be described. FIG. 14 will be described. First, as shown in (A), a small towel T 'reaches the discharge place 6 in the same manner as in the case of the large towel. Next, the presser piece C1 is raised to release the end 61. As a result, the towel T ′ hangs down from the table element 2 along the holding rod 17 as shown in FIG. Subsequent operations proceed to (C) and (D) in the same manner as in the case of the large towel (operations similar to those in the case of the large towel are denoted by the same reference numerals and redundant description is omitted). As shown by arrows 83 and 81 in FIG. Reference numeral 84 denotes a support piece for preventing the towel T 'pulled by the holder F from rubbing the end portion 85 of the towel already stacked on the transporting device J to be turned up. It is used by being attached to the frame D in an auxiliary manner.
[0023]
Next, FIG. 15 shows a different example of the stacked state of the towels on the receiving surface 59, and shows an example in which the leading end 62 in the horizontal pulling direction of the towel is horizontally stacked on the receiving surface 59. is there. In the case of this example, the width W4 of the receiving surface 59 is configured to be large enough to place the end 62 in a horizontal state. Also, the surface on which the towel T rides (the receiving surface 59 of the receiving tray 87 when there is no towel on the receiving tray 87, and the uppermost of those towels when towels are already stacked on the receiving tray 59). The distance W5 between the upper end of the towel and the position at which the holding rod 17 moves sideways is such that when the end portion 62 comes off from the holding rod 17 and falls down, the upper part is folded back upward as indicated by reference numeral 86 due to the reaction. It is better to set it small and constant in order to prevent that. For this purpose, the receiving table 87 may be configured to be vertically adjustable by an elevating mechanism 88, and the receiving table 87 may be sequentially lowered as the number of towels stacked on the receiving table 87 increases.
[0024]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, in the present invention, when the towels T which have been sewn are sent out one after another, each towel T is pulled laterally from one end 62 to the stacking location II ". By repeating the release of the towels, the towels can be stacked in a state where the towels are attached to each other and the edges of the towels are neatly aligned.
Moreover, when the towel sent out is to be received and pulled in the lateral direction, a portion 62b near one end 62 of the hanging portion 63 of the towel is held by the holder F, and then the end If the holding of the portion 62 is released, there is a feature that the holder F can be moved in the lateral direction and the towel T can be pulled in the lateral direction. This makes it possible to shorten the time from receiving the towel to pulling it to the side in a short time, which is effective in improving efficiency. Also, there is an effect that the design of the device can be simplified.
In addition, in the present invention, a towel T which is pulled by the holder F toward the terminal position laterally separated from the preparation position by the holder F is provided between the preparation position and the position above the towel stacking position. Since the support rod 47 is arranged so that the towel can be pulled sideways while sliding on the support rod 47,
In the moving process, the towel T is pulled sideways while sliding on the support rod 47 as can be understood from FIGS. 5 and 6, so that the end 61 of the towel pulled sideways falls on the floor surface 7 and the floor surface 7. It is possible to prevent the surface from being stained by dragging. In addition, the lower surface of the towel being pulled is also prevented from rubbing against the upper surface of the towel T "already placed on the cradle, thereby turning over the already placed towel T". Has the effect of being done.
