Description

【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a fastener used for fastening a fastening band when fastening a wire, a wire, or another member with the fastening band .
[0002]
[Prior art]
JP-A-5-118471 describes a conventional fastener and a method of assembling the fastener. As shown in FIG. 6, when the fastening band 200 wound around the member to be fastened 100 is inserted through the band insertion hole 2 of the fastening body 1, the fastener is attached to the fastening body 1. When the stop member 3 is released and rocked backward by the fastening band 200, and then the fastening band 200 is pulled and the member to be fastened 100 is tightened, the tip of the locking member 3 attached to the fastener body 1 becomes the fastening band 200. And the locking member 3 is supported by the support surface 7 to prevent the fastening band 200 from coming off. Further, in this fastener, a movable portion 5 is provided integrally with the fastener main body 1 via a hinge 4 so as to be swingable up and down with the fastener main body 1. The movable part 5 is attached to the movable part 5 by being inserted into a slit-like groove 6 provided in the movable part 5.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, in the conventional fastener described in the above publication, the backward swinging width of the locking member 3 that is released and swinged when the fastening band 200 is inserted into the band insertion hole 2 of the fastener body 1. When the fastening band 200 is pulled and the member to be fastened 100 is tightened, the swing width of the locking member 3 in the rearward direction becomes too large. The member 3 may be largely separated from the support surface 7. In such a case, when the fastening force to the fastening band 200 is released, the support surface 7 of the locking member 3 engaged with the fastening band 200 is released. As a result, the width of the return swing before hitting becomes large, and as a result, the fastening band 200 relatively returns and moves in the pulling-out direction from the band insertion hole 2, and the predetermined tightening force cannot be obtained. In order to avoid such insufficient tightening, it is effective to perform a method of resolving the insufficient tightening caused by the first tightening by the second tightening by tightening the fastening band 200 twice. However, it is not only troublesome to perform such a double tightening operation, but also in some cases, it may happen that the user forgets to perform the double tightening and the insufficient tightening is left as it is.
[0004]
Further, in the conventional fastener described in the above publication, the locking member 3 is inserted into the groove 6 of the movable portion 5 and attached, even though the movable portion 5 is smaller because the fastener body 1 is small. Therefore, the work of assembling the locking member 3 to the fastener main body 1 is very difficult.
[0005]
The present invention has been made under the above circumstances, and an object of the present invention is to provide a fastener that can easily perform an operation of attaching a locking member to a fastener body.
[0006]
Another object of the present invention is to provide a fastener that requires only one fastening of the fastening band and does not cause insufficient fastening even if the fastening band is not fastened twice.
[0007]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The fastener according to the present invention is a fastener in which a fastening body having a band insertion hole through which a fastening band is inserted, is released backward by the fastening band inserted through the band insertion hole, is swung, and is subjected to an extraction force. A locking member is attached for engaging the band to prevent the fastening band from coming off.
[0008]
The locking member is accommodated in a hole provided in the fastener main body so as to be swingable in the front-rear direction, and the locking member is engaged with an upward engaging surface provided in the fastener main body. The engaged portion is integrally provided with the engaged portion, the down position of which is regulated by being stopped, and the up position of which is regulated by being engaged with the downward engaging surface provided in the fastener body. Here, the engaged portion is a lower end portion of the locking member facing the upward engaging surface, and a pair of lower end portions provided on both left and right sides and bent downward to be bent. It is desirable to use an engagement piece.
[0009]
With this configuration, it is not necessary to insert the locking member into the groove 6 of the small movable portion 5 as in the conventional fastener described with reference to FIG. 6 at the time of assembly (see FIG. 6). It is only necessary to provide the portion between the upwardly and downwardly engaging surfaces of the fastener body.
[0010]
The fastener according to the present invention includes a band insertion hole, the hole, the upward engagement surface, the downward engagement surface, and the band insertion hole on both sides of a partition wall provided in the fastener main body. It is desirable that the stop member and the stop member are arranged symmetrically. According to this, both ends of the fastening band wound around the member to be fastened can be separately inserted into the band insertion holes, and can be prevented from falling off by the different locking members.
[0011]
In the fastener according to the present invention, the upward engaging surface is formed by an upper surface of a beam portion formed across the hole of the fastener main body in the front-rear direction, and the downward engaging surface is formed by a hole of the fastener main body. Desirably, it is formed by the lower surface of the hole wall forming the portion. According to this, it is possible to easily and inexpensively mold the fastener body having the beam portion and the upward and downward engaging surfaces with synthetic resin.
[0012]
In the fastener according to the present invention, it is preferable that the fastener main body is provided with a contact portion that opposes the locking member and regulates a swing width of the locking member rearward.
[0013]
According to this, when the fastening band is inserted through the band insertion hole of the fastener body, the swinging width of the locking member that is released and swings backward can be appropriately regulated by the contact portion. Therefore, it is possible to fasten the member to be fastened without causing a shortage of tightening by only one tightening without performing a troublesome method of eliminating the insufficient tightening caused by the first tightening by the second tightening. At the same time, it is possible to prevent insufficient tightening from being left.
[0014]
According to the method for assembling a fastener according to the present invention, the band is released backward by the band insertion hole into which the fastening band is inserted and the fastening band inserted into the band insertion hole, and is engaged with the fastening band to which the withdrawal force is applied. A fastener assembly method for assembling the locking member to a fastener body having a hole for accommodating a locking member for preventing the fastening band from coming off, wherein the locking member is attached to the hole. After being inserted from above the fastener body, a pair of engagement pieces protruding downward on both left and right sides of the lower end of the locking member are bent downwardly in a downward direction, thereby lowering the lower end of the locking member. While facing the upper surface of the beam portion formed across the hole portion of the fastener body in the front-rear direction, the pair of engagement pieces are provided on the lower surface of the hole wall forming the hole portion of the fastener body. To face each other .
[0015]
According to this method, after the locking member is inserted into the groove of the fastener main body from above, the locking member can be attached to the fastener main body simply by bending a pair of engagement pieces of the locking member. Therefore, it is not necessary to perform a difficult operation of inserting the locking member into the groove 6 of the small movable portion 5 (see FIG. 6) as in the related art.
[0016]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
FIG. 1 is a plan view of a fastener A according to an embodiment of the present invention, FIG. 2 is a schematic sectional view taken along the line II-II of FIG. 1, and FIG. 3 is a schematic enlarged sectional view of a portion taken along the line III-III of FIG. FIG. FIG. 4 is a perspective view of the locking member 30, and FIG. 5 is a cross-sectional view showing a use state.
[0017]
1 to 3, reference numeral 10 denotes a fastener main body formed of a high-hardness resin molded body such as an acetal resin, and has a saddle shape in a side view. The fastener main body 10 is provided with band insertion holes 12, 12 penetrating vertically on both sides of a partition wall 11 provided at the center part in the front-rear direction, and outside the respective band insertion holes 12, 12. Are provided with holes 13,13. In addition, a beam portion 14 is formed below the hole portion 13 so as to cross the hole portion 13 in the front-rear direction. The lower end of the hole wall forming the hole 13 is located on both left and right sides of the beam 14 as shown in FIG.
[0018]
A locking member 30 made of a non-ferrous alloy, for example, a copper alloy is accommodated in the hole 13 of the fastener body 10. As shown in FIG. 4, the locking member 30 has a pair of leg-shaped engaging pieces 32, 32 provided on both left and right sides of a lower end 31 thereof, and has a left and right And the flat surface 34 are provided. As shown in FIG. 3, the lower end 31 of the locking member 30 is opposed to the first engaging portion 15 formed by the beam portion 14 of the fastener body 10 from above, while the locking member 30 is A pair of engagement pieces 32, 32 on the left and right sides of the lower end 31 of the fastener body are bent downward and formed by the lower end of the hole wall located on the left and right sides of the beam portion 14 of the fastener body 10. They are opposed to the two engaging portions 16 from below.
[0019]
As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the locking members 30 assembled on the fastener main body 10 have left and right locking claws 33, 33 at the distal end thereof projecting inward from the band insertion holes 12, 12. Moreover, the locking member 30 can swing in the front-rear direction A within the hole 13 of the fastener body 10. In addition, the wobbling of the locking member 30 in the left-right direction B is suppressed by the left and right hole wall surfaces 17, 17 of the hole portion 13. Furthermore, the wobble of the locking member 30 in the up-down direction C is caused by the first engagement formed by the beam portion 14 by the lower end 31 of the locking member 30 and the left and right engagement pieces 32, 32 described with reference to FIG. It is suppressed by being sandwiched between the portion 15 and the second engaging portion 16 formed by the lower end of the hole wall. In FIG. 3, a gap S is shown between the lower end 31 of the locking member 30 and the first engagement portion 15 for easy understanding. The rattling in the direction C may be eliminated. However, it is indispensable that the locking member 30 can swing back and forth in the hole 13.
[0020]
In the fastener F described above, the band insertion hole 12, the hole 13, the first engagement portion 15, and the second engagement portion 16 are provided at a central portion of the fastener body 10 in the front-rear direction A. The partition walls 11 are symmetrically arranged on both sides of the partition wall 11.
[0021]
Next, the operation will be described.
[0022]
When one end 210 of the fastening band 200 wound around the member to be fastened 100 is inserted into the band insertion hole 12 on one side, the locking claw 33 at the tip end of the locking member 30 on one side corresponding to the band insertion hole 12. Rides on the surface of the one end 210 of the fastening band 200, and the locking member 30 escapes backward and swings. Similarly, when the other end 220 of the fastening band 200 is inserted into the band insertion hole 12 on the other side, the locking claw 33 on the distal end of the locking member 30 on the other side corresponding to the band insertion hole 12 is fastened. The engaging member 30 is slid on the surface of the other end portion 220 of the band 200 by being released rearward. After the one end 210 and the other end 220 of the fastening band 200 are individually inserted into the band insertion holes 12 and 12 in this manner, at least one of the one end 210 or the other end 220 of the fastening band 200 is inserted into the band insertion hole. When the member to be fastened 100 is tightened with the fastening band 200 by performing a work of further pulling out from the 12, 12 and the artificial fastening force is released after the fastening, the one end portion 210 and the other end portion of the fastening band 200 due to the reaction force of the fastening Since the withdrawal force is applied to the fastening band 220, the locking claws 33 of the locking members 30, 30 bite into the one end 210 and the other end 220 of the fastening band 200 as shown in the drawing, and the fastening band is moved to its position. To keep out.
[0023]
In this case, when the one end portion 210 or the other end portion 220 of the fastening band 200 is inserted into the band insertion holes 12, 12 of the fastener body 10, the backward swinging width of the locking member 3 that is released and swings is reduced. If there is no means for restricting, when the member to be fastened 100 is tightened by pulling the one end 210 or the other end 220 of the fastening band 200, the swing width of the locking members 30, 30 to the rear is reduced. It may become too large, and as a result, a situation in which the predetermined return force cannot be obtained because the return swing width of the locking member 30 forward when the artificial release force is released becomes too large. Therefore, in this fastener F, as shown in FIG. 2, the fastener main body 10 has a contact portion 18, which opposes the locking members 30, 30 and regulates the swinging width of the locking members 30, 30 to the rear. 18 is provided. The locking members 30, 30 abut against the contact portions 18, 18, so that the swinging width of the locking members 30, 30 in the rearward direction can be prevented from becoming unnecessarily large. For this reason, when the fastening member 100 is tightened by pulling the one end 210 or the other end 220 of the fastening band 200, the backward swinging width of the locking members 30, 30 is suppressed to an appropriate width. A tightened state without insufficient tightening can be obtained even by only performing the tightening once.
[0024]
In the fastener F described above, the operation of assembling the locking member 30 to the fastener main body 10 can be performed, for example, in the following procedure. That is, after the locking member 30 is inserted into the hole 13 of the fastener main body 10 from above the fastener main body 10, a pair of engagement pieces protruding downward on both left and right sides of the lower end of the locking member 30. 32, 32 are bent so as to expand downward as indicated by arrows in FIG. In this case, the lower end of the locking member 30 faces from above the beam portion 14 (first engaging portion 15) crossing the hole 13 of the fastener body 10 in the front-rear direction, and a pair of engaging members. Since the mating pieces 32, 32 face from below the second engaging portions 16, 16 formed by the lower ends of the hole walls forming the holes 12, 12 of the fastener body 10, the locking members 30, 30 is assembled in a state where it is accommodated in the holes 12, 12 so as to be able to swing back and forth.
[0025]
【The invention's effect】
As described above , according to the fastener according to the present invention, the operation of assembling the locking member to the fastener main body can be easily performed. Further, according to the present invention, it is possible to provide a fastener which requires only one fastening of the fastening band and does not cause insufficient fastening even if the fastening band is not tightened twice.
