Description

【0001】

[Industrial applications]
The present invention relates to a liquid discharge device in a liquid container such as a pull-top can used for drinks such as juice and beer, and more particularly, to a device for easily discharging a liquid in a liquid container such as juice and beer so that the liquid can be discharged into the liquid container. The present invention relates to a liquid discharge device for a liquid container that facilitates post-treatment such as contamination of the surroundings by a residual liquid or cleaning of the liquid container.
[0002]
[Prior art]
For drinks such as juices, the handle 3 provided on the upper surface of the lid 2 of the can 1 shown in FIG. 1 can be lifted by hand to cut off the removal piece 4 to form the opening 5 as shown in FIG. A pull-top can provided with a pull-top portion 6 is often used. In many cases, a mouth is directly attached to the opening 5 when drinking.
[0003]
On the other hand, Japanese Utility Model Laid-Open Publication No. 64-44244 proposes a structure in which a straw is stored inside a pull-top can, and when the opening is removed, the straw is taken out, separated, and can be drunk with a straw.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, in the above configuration, in order to stably open the opening, the tip 7 of the detachable piece 4 needs to be separated from the outer periphery of the lid 2 by a predetermined distance s as shown in FIG.
Therefore, when a mouth is directly put on the mouth 5 for drinking, as shown in the cross-sectional view of the mouth 5 in FIG. Drink p remains.
Therefore, when the can is discarded, the drink p such as juice is gradually discharged to the outside, causing the surroundings to become dirty. In addition, the recycling of the can requires disposal of the residue, which is inconvenient.
[0005]
In Japanese Utility Model Laid-Open Publication No. 64-44244, there is little possibility that the drink remains due to drinking with a straw. However, there is a problem that the structure for storing the straw inside the pull-top can is complicated and the cost increases.
[0006]
The present invention has been made by paying attention to the above-mentioned problems, and makes it possible to completely discharge the liquid in the liquid container. It is an object of the present invention to provide a liquid discharge device.
[0007]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, a liquid discharge device in a liquid container according to the present invention has a corner portion on an inner wall surface, and in a liquid container having an opening formed in a part of a wall surface, the corner portion or its vicinity. A communication path connecting the opening and the opening is provided.
The communication path may be formed in a pipe shape, or may be formed by weirs provided at predetermined intervals along the communication path.
In addition, the liquid container is a pull-top can, an opening formed in a part of the wall surface can be a drinking port installed on a lid of the pull-top can, the liquid container is made of a metallic material, A communication path member made of a metallic material can be fixed to the liquid container by caulking.
[0008]
[Action]
Due to the above configuration, in a liquid container having a corner on the inner wall surface and an opening formed in a part of the wall surface, when the liquid is discharged from the opening, the residual liquid accumulated in the corner is opened. It is easy to be discharged from the communication passage connected to the section.
By forming the communication path in a pipe shape and sucking the communication path from the opening, the liquid remaining in the corner is almost completely discharged from the communication path. If the communication path is formed by weirs provided at predetermined intervals along the communication path, the residual liquid accumulated in the corners is easily discharged to the opening via the communication path.
Further, if the liquid container is a pull-top can containing juice, beer, or the like, by sucking a drinking port provided on a lid of the pull-top can, it is possible to almost completely suck out the residue in the pull-top can.
If the liquid container and the communication path member are made of a metal material, the manufacturing cost of the liquid container can be reduced by fixing the communication path member to the liquid container by caulking.
[0009]
【Example】
Hereinafter, an embodiment of a liquid discharging device in a liquid container according to the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings.
[0010]
FIG. 3 is an inner view of the liquid outlet device in the liquid container according to the first embodiment of the present invention, as seen from the inside of the drinking port 5 of the lid 2, and FIG. 4 is a front view, taken along the line AA of FIG. FIG. 5 is a side cross-sectional view of the drinking mouth 5 taken along the line BB in FIG.
That is, a mounting piece 11 having a pipe-shaped communication path 10 for connecting between the tip 7 of the drinking water 5 and the vicinity of the inner wall surface 8 of the can 1 in the center portion, and crimps both wings on the inner surface of the lid 2. It is fixed by the parts 12,12.
Note that the attachment piece 11 may be fixed by an adhesive instead of by caulking.
[0011]
As shown in FIG. 6, when the drink is taken with the mouth directly attached to the mouthpiece 5, if the drink is reduced, the pressure in the part a near the mouth of the communication passage 10 decreases, and the liquid in the part b is sucked out. The drink hardly remains in part b.
[0012]
FIG. 7 is an inner view of the lid 2 showing a second embodiment of the liquid discharging device in the liquid container according to the present invention, FIG. 8 is a front sectional view showing a CC section of FIG. 7, and FIG. FIG. 8 is a side cross-sectional view of the drinking mouth 5 which is a DD cross section of FIG. 7.
On the inner surface of the lid 2, weirs 21 and 22 forming a communication path 20 connecting between the drinking spout 5 and the vicinity of the inner wall surface 8 are fixed at predetermined intervals e by caulking portions 23, respectively. I have.
If the weirs 21 and 22 are not made of a metal material, the method of fixing the weirs 21 and 22 may be adhesion.
As described above, according to the configuration of the second embodiment, when the drink is taken with the mouth 5 directly attached, even if the drink is reduced, the communication path 20 is not in a pipe shape. However, since the liquid existing between the weirs 21 and 22 e does not move in the circumferential direction of the can 1 but moves in the direction of the drinking spout 5, it can be swallowed without remaining.
In the first and second embodiments, the liquid discharging device in the liquid container is described as a pull-top can such as juice or beer. However, the present invention can be applied not only to a beverage but also to a case where oils are discharged from a drum can. it can.
[0013]
【The invention's effect】
Since the present invention has the above-described configuration, the following remarkable effects can be obtained.
(1) The liquid remaining in the corner in the liquid container is easily discharged to the opening through the communication port.
(2) Even if the communication path is formed by weirs provided opposite to each other at a predetermined interval, it is easy to discharge the liquid remaining in the corner portion of the liquid container. In particular, the communication path is formed in a pipe shape. By sucking the opening, the liquid remaining in the corner in the liquid container is easily discharged completely.
(3) If the present invention is applied to a pull-top can for drinks such as beer and juice, the drink in the pull-top can can be completely drunk up.
(4) Therefore, when the pull-top can is discarded, the surroundings are not polluted, and the disposal of the residue becomes easy when the can is recycled.
