[0006]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, preferred embodiments of the foldable finger hook structure of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
The foldable finger hanging structure 1 shown in FIGS. 1 to 4 has a structure in which a hair brush 10 is provided as a work member.
[0007]
That is, the foldable finger hook structure 1 is made of a synthetic resin material or the like, has a plate shape when expanded, and has a substantially cubic shape when folded.
That is, a base surface portion 2 having a substantially square shape is provided at the center, and a first hinge portion 2a and a second hinge portion 2b having a V-shaped cross section are formed on the back surface along left and right sides of the base surface portion 2. The left and right symmetrical work surface portions 3 and 4 are connected to each other so as to be bent at a substantially right angle on the front side.
[0008]
Further, a third hinge portion 2c is formed along a lower side of the base surface portion 2, and a finger hooking surface portion which is connected to the front side and the back side so as to be able to be bent substantially at a right angle to both sides using the third hinge portion 2c as a fulcrum. 5 are integrally connected.
The finger hanging surface portion 5 has three finger hanging constituting surface portions 51, 52 having a length corresponding to the outer peripheral sides (three sides in the illustrated example) excluding the connection portions of the left and right work surface portions 3, 4 with the base surface portion 2. 53 are connected by a first auxiliary hinge portion 5a and a second auxiliary hinge portion 5b serving as bending fulcrums in parallel with the third hinge portion 2c along the lower side of the base surface portion 2.
[0009]
Here, in the illustrated example, a curved surface 54 is formed on the back surface of each of the base surface portion 2 and the finger-hook configuration surface portions 51, 52, and 53, and is folded outward when used to form a cylindrical body when used. It is designed to give a fit.
The third hinge portion 2c and the first and second auxiliary hinge portions 5a and 5b are symmetrically formed with a V-shaped or V-shaped cross section on both front and back surfaces so that the front and back surfaces can be bent substantially at right angles. It has a known hinge groove shape.
[0010]
Next, on the front sides of the base surface portion 2 and the left and right work surface portions 3 and 4, a hair brush as a work member is formed so that the left and right work surface portions 3 and 4 are bent and folded so as to be perpendicular to the base surface portion 2. 10 is attached.
That is, the hair brush 10 is divided into three, and the respective brush members 10A, 10B, and 10C are provided on the base surface portion 2 and the left and right work surface portions 3 and 4, as schematically illustrated in FIGS. The positions are shifted so that they do not collide with each other and cannot be folded.
[0011]
In the illustrated example, the brushes 10b and 10c of the brush members 10B and 10C provided on the left and right work surface portions 3 and 4 are used as the brush 10a of the brush member 10A when folded, based on the arrangement of the brush member 10A attached to the base surface portion 2. They are slightly shifted in the front-rear direction so as to be positioned in the gap (see FIG. 5).
Further, the brush members 10B and 10C provided on the left and right work surface portions 3 and 4 are arranged such that the brush 10c of the brush member C is positioned in the gap between the brushes 10b of the brush member 10B when folded, and overlaps vertically (see FIG. 5). Are shifted relative to the left and right.
Thereby, the brush members 10A, 10B, and 10C can enter the gap between the brushes without abutting each other, and can be folded compactly.
[0012]
Next, at a part of the upper side 2d of the base surface portion 2 and the tip of the finger hanging surface portion 5, the finger hanging surface portion 5 is bent to the front side and connected to the base surface portion 2 to form a cylindrical shape, and bent to the back side. A pair of locking means 6a and 6b are provided which are detachably concavely locked when connected to the base surface portion 2 to form a cylindrical shape as an inverted ring.
In the case of the illustrated example, a hook-shaped protrusion 6a serving as a locking protrusion is protrudingly provided at the center of the upper end of the base surface portion 2. A concave portion 6b serving as a lock receiving portion that can be engaged with and disengaged from the protruding portion is provided.
The projecting portion 6a and the concave portion 6b are configured so as to be able to be engaged with the finger-hook constituting surface portions 51 to 53 even when the finger-hook constituting surface portions 51 to 53 are formed into a cylindrical shape by being folded from either side.
[0013]
When not in use, the foldable finger-holding structure 1 configured as described above is configured such that the left and right work surfaces 3 and 4 of the base surface 2 are directed inward (upward in the figure) at right angles along the hinges 2a and 2b. After the finger resting surface portion 5 is developed, the hinge portions 2c, 5a, and 5b are sequentially bent inward along the outer peripheries of the work surface portions 3 and 4 to be opposed to each other (see FIGS. 4 and 8). The space between the surface parts 3 and 4 is closed and folded into a hermetically sealed cube, and the locking means 6a and 6b are locked to maintain the folding position (see FIGS. 3 and 6).
As a result, the foldable finger-holding structure 1 is folded compactly, and the hair brush 10 is sealed inside, so that dust and dirt from the outside do not enter, and the attached matter of the brush 10 is removed around. It does not disperse or adhere to the surface.
[0014]
Next, at the time of using the foldable finger-holding structure 1, the work members 3, 4 are unfolded on the left and right sides of the base surface portion 2 so as to be substantially in the same horizontal plane, and the finger-holding surface portion 5 is in the opposite direction to that when not in use. The third to fifth hinge portions 2c, 5a, and 5b are folded in the opposite direction to form a cylinder, and the concave portion 6b of the finger hook configuration surface portion 53 at the tip thereof is engaged with the projection 6a of the base surface portion 2 to form a cylinder (FIG. 3).
Thereby, the user inserts one or a plurality of fingers into the cylindrical body formed by the finger-holding surface portion 5, and the hair brush 10 on the work surface portions 3, 4 developed on the left and right of the base surface portion 2. Can be used for hair styling.
[0015]
Although a hair brush is shown as an example of a work member in the above-described embodiment, a brush having flexibility and flexibility, for example, a brush 10 ′ such as a brush for clothes or a toothbrush as shown in FIG. 9 may be used. Good.
In this case, the brush members 10A ', 10B', and 10C 'can be folded while overlapping one another without displacing the arrangement of the brush members 10A', 10B ', and 10C'.
The other configuration is the same as that of the above embodiment, and the description thereof is omitted.
[0016]
Next, a work member shown in FIG. 10 shows a different embodiment using a slightly elastic etiquette brush or a sponge for polishing shoes.
This work member 20 is also divided into three similarly to the above embodiment, and the respective work members 20A, 20B and 20C are provided on the base surface portion 2 and the left and right work surface portions 3 and 4, respectively.
In this case, since the work members 20A, 20B, and 20C have elasticity, even if the work members 20A, 20B, and 20C collide with each other at the time of folding, the work members 20A, 20B, and 20C can be elastically deformed by pressing each other and stored.
The other configuration is the same as that of the above embodiment, and the description thereof is omitted.
[0017]
Next, FIG. 11 shows an application example in the case where the work member 30 is a security alarm including a power supply unit 31, a speaker 32, and a touch sensor 33.
In this foldable finger hanging structure 1, a speaker (buzzer) 32 is arranged on the base surface 2, a power supply unit 31 made of a button battery is arranged on the left work surface 3, and a switch is arranged on the right work surface 4. Is provided.
Each element is connected by a lead wire to form a circuit.
It is preferable that the touch sensor 33 be configured so that the contact portion 33a protrudes outward and is easily detected.
[0018]
The speaker (buzzer) 32 and the power supply unit 31 may be exposed, but may be covered with a casing.
According to this, the finger hanging surface portion 5 is folded into a cylindrical body to be in the illustrated use state, a finger is inserted, and the contact portion 33a is lightly pressed to activate the touch sensor 33 and sound the buzzer. It can be used as a security buzzer for preventing perverts.
The configuration other than the work member is the same as that of the above-described embodiment, and the description thereof is omitted.
[0019]
Next, in the foldable finger hanging structure 1 as an application example shown in FIG. 12, the work member 40 is formed of a mirror, a magnifying lens, and the like.
In the illustrated example, magnifying lenses 41, 42, and 43 having different magnifications are pivotally attached to the base surface portion 2 and the left and right work surface portions 3 and 4, respectively, and can be pivoted at right angles to the respective surfaces. it can.
In the pivoted configuration, in the case of the illustrated example, a shaft portion P is protruded from the magnifying lenses 41 to 43, and a pair of guide rails L that guide the shaft portion through the guide hole G are formed.
[0020]
Here, the guide hole G rises at the end and can lock the posture of the magnifying lens at an orthogonal position.
Therefore, at the time of use, the user can select a magnifying lens having a required magnification, slide the corresponding magnifying lens to stand up at a right angle, and view an object.
The configuration of the sliding or upright operation of the magnifying lens is not limited to the above-described embodiment, and other well-known ups and downs structure, such as ups and downs using a hinge structure, can be used.
The configuration other than the work member is the same as that of the above-described embodiment, and the description thereof is omitted.
[0021]
In the above embodiment, the case where the left and right work surface portions 3 and 4 are square or rectangular is illustrated, but other polygons may be used.
In FIG. 13, the left and right work surface portions 3 and 4 are formed in a pentagon, and in that case, the base may be connected to the base surface portion 2 via the first and second hinge portions 2 a and 2 b. 5 is the length of the outer peripheral side excluding the first and second hinge portions 2a and 2b, which are the connection portions of the left and right work surface portions 3 and 4 with the base surface portion 2 (3a to 3d = 4a to 4d in the illustrated example). 4d), and four finger-hanging constituent surface portions 51 to 54 corresponding to the number (5-1) 4 of the outer sides thereof are parallel to the third hinge portion 2c along the lower side of the base surface portion 2. The first, second, and third auxiliary hinge portions are connected to each other.
[0022]
Next, the left and right work surface portions 3 and 4 are not limited to polygonal shapes but may be substantially circular shapes.
In FIG. 14, the left and right work surface portions 3 and 4 have bottoms connected to the base surface portion 2 via first and second hinge portions 2a and 2b, and the other portions have a substantially circular shape having an arc shape. .
In this case, the finger hooking surface portion 5 is set to have the length of the outer peripheral side excluding the first and second hinge portions 2a and 2b, which are connecting portions of the left and right work surface portions 3 and 4 with the base surface portion 2. .
[0023]
This finger-holding surface portion is not divided with a hinge in the middle as in the above-described embodiment, but is formed in a series with flexibility.
Thereby, it is possible to cover along the outer circumference of the arc-shaped work surface portions 3 and 4, and when the finger-hanging surface portion 5 is bent into a cylindrical shape, it can be formed into a substantially arc-shaped cylindrical shape. .
[0024]
The structure of the finger hanging surface portion 5 can be applied not only to the case where the outer surfaces of the work surface portions 3 and 4 are arc-shaped, but also to the case of the polygonal shape (see FIG. 15).
In addition, auxiliary locking means 7a and 7b may be provided at the side end portions of these finger hanging surface portions so as to engage with the outer periphery of the left and right work surface portions in an auxiliary manner (see FIG. 14). .
Thereby, the engagement between the work surface portions 2 and 3 and the finger hanging surface portion 5 at the time of folding can be performed more reliably.
[0025]
In the above embodiment, an example of the work member is listed. However, in the present invention, the work member is not particularly limited and can be used by inserting a finger, and the work surface portions 2 and 3 are folded. In this case, any configuration may be used as long as it can be stored in the area.
In addition, the above embodiments can be used by appropriately replacing each configuration, and are not limited to the illustrated examples.
In other words, it goes without saying that various design changes can be made without departing from the scope of the present invention.
[0026]
【The invention's effect】
Since the foldable finger-holding structure of the present invention has the above-described structure, brushes and other various work members to be hooked and used on the finger can be sealed when not in use, and can be unfolded and used when used. Can be hooked.
As a result, when not in use, the work member is sealed without being exposed, so that the adhered material of the work member does not adhere to the periphery, and conversely, dust and dust around the work member do not adhere to the work member. , And there is no risk of impairing the reliability of the function of the work member.
Also, since a separate bag or the like for storing the work member is not required, the work member can be surrounded and stored simply by bending the finger-holding surface portion, which becomes a cylindrical body through which a finger passes during use, in a simple and convenient manner. It is very useful to be able to use.
Further, the work member can be attached in various configurations, so that it is highly versatile.
