【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は、生活協同組合が組合員から予め注文を受けて、商品を受注販売する場合、組合員の所望する商品カタログ、商品の注文や所望カタログを記入するＯＣＲ用紙、商品のお届け明細書、請求書および振込用紙を一括してフィルム・ラッピングするシステムに関するものである。そして、前記フィルム・ラッピングされたＯＣＲ用紙、商品のお届け明細書、請求書および振込用紙や商品カタログ等は、商品と共に、組合員に配送される。

【従来の技術】
従来、生活協同組合がその販売する商品を組合員から受注して販売する場合は、商品を収納したダンボール箱等の通い函内に、商品のお届け明細書、請求書および次回購入商品を組合員に選択させるための商品カタログおよびそのＯＣＲ用紙を一緒に収納して組合員に納品していた。そして、前記商品カタログは一種類しか発行されていなかった。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかしながら、前記従来の商品カタログ、ＯＣＲ用紙、請求書、商品のお届け明細書等の書類は、それぞれ手作業で仕分けして商品を収納したダンボール箱等の通い函内に入れていたが、仕分けに手間がかかり、且つ間違いも多く能率的ではないという課題があった。

本発明は、前記課題を解決すべくなされたもので、生活協同組合がその販売に係る商品を組合員に配送する際、予め組合員から提出されたＯＣＲ用紙の記入情報をＯＣＲリード機で読取り、これを複数の生活協同組合の連合体より成る生活協同組合連合会のホストコンピュータに入力蓄積し、該各組合員の情報に基づいて組合員の所望する商品が掲載された商品カタログおよびその他の必要な書類をフィルム・ラッピングして封入して、配送する商品と共に、送付できるようにする生活協同組合の組合員に送付する商品カタログ、ＯＣＲ用紙、商品のお届け明細書、請求書および振込用紙のフィルム・ラッピングシステムを提供しようとするものである。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本発明は、複数の生活協同組合の連合体より成る生活協同組合連合会が発行する複数種の商品カタログのいずれかと、ＯＣＲ用紙、商品のお届け明細書、請求書、振込用紙を一括してラッピングするフィルム・ラッピングシステムであって、
前記ＯＣＲ用紙は、次回の商品およびカタログを注文する用紙であって、ＯＣＲ用紙の表面に、発行号、ＯＣＲ用紙の提出日、該ＯＣＲ用紙に基づいて注文する商品の配達日、並びに氏名記入部および配送センター名記入部を備えた氏名表示欄を設けて、所定事項を印刷表示すると共に、組合員番号をバーコードとして印刷表示し、
且つ、前記ＯＣＲ用紙の表面には、商品を配達するコースとその配送順番を表示するコース記入部と、組合員が複数名で共同購入する場合に表示するグループ名記入部および組合員番号記入部を設けて、所定事項を印刷表示し、
且つ、前記ＯＣＲ用紙の表面には、次回のＯＣＲ用紙の配送時に配送を所望する商品カタログを選択するカタログ選択欄を印刷表示すると共に、オプションカタログ選択欄および手書きで組合員番号を記入する生協記入欄を印刷表示し、
且つ、前記ＯＣＲ用紙の表面には、前記カタログに記載された商品の商品番号、商品名、価格を印刷表示すると共に、組合員が注文数量を記入する注文数量記入部を一体に設けた商品注文欄を印刷表示し、
前記ＯＣＲ用紙の裏面には、商品注文欄が印刷表示されると共に、該商品注文欄の下方部には、配布カタログから更に任意に商品を追加選択する追加商品注文欄を印刷表示して形成され、
前記商品のお届け明細書は、シートに商品の配達日を印刷表示し、且つ組合員氏名、住所、組合員番号、グループ名、配送センター名、コース番号、頁等を記載する必要事項記載欄に所定事項を印刷表示すると共に、組合員番号をバーコードとして印刷表示し、且つ前記シートには、最終頁であるか否かを確認するバーコードを印刷表示して形成され、
前記請求書は、シートに組合員番号がバーコードとして印刷表示されると共に、諸事項記入欄に、組合員の住所・氏名記入部、組合員番号記入部、グループ名記入部、配送センター名記入部、請求年月日記入部、支払期限と支払方法記入部および当月の利用額等の支払明細記入部とがそれぞれ設けられると共に、請求明細記入欄に利用明細記入部と、購入金額記入部とをそれぞれ設けて所定事項を印刷表示する一方、前記シートには、最終頁であるか否かを確認するバーコードを印刷表示して形成され、
前記振込用紙は、シートに郵便振込用紙が印刷され、且つ前記シートには組合員番号をバーコードとして印刷表示すると共に、最終頁であることを示すバーコードを印刷表示して形成される一方、
前回発行のＯＣＲ用紙の記載に基づき、配布する商品カタログを各組合員ごとにそれぞれ選択して、該商品カタログを搬送ラインでフィルムラッピング機まで搬送し、その間に前記ＯＣＲ用紙、必要時に商品のお届け明細書と共に、請求書および振込用紙をそれぞれセットした丁合機を介して順に前記搬送ライン上にシュートする一方、前記ＯＣＲ用紙・商品のお届け明細書・請求書および振込用紙にそれぞれ印刷表示された組合員番号のバーコードを、搬送ライン中に設置されたバーコードリーダーが読取って、当該組合員のＯＣＲ用紙が搬送ライン上にシュートされたことを制御装置へ発信し、該情報を得た前記制御装置の指令により、当該組合員の商品のお届け明細書、請求書および振込用紙の搬送ライン上へのシュートの指示をし、更に、前記商品のお届け明細書・請求書および振込用紙に印刷表示された最終頁であるか否かを確認するバーコードを、搬送ライン中に設置されたバーコードリーダーで読取り、前記最終頁であることを示すバーコードを読取るまで、該商品のお届け明細書・請求書および振込用紙を最終頁まで、各組合員ごとにそれぞれ搬送ライン上にシュートさせて、前記各書類を重合し、該重合した各組合員ごとの書類をフィルムでラッピングし、または前記ラッピングした袋が共同購入の場合、共同購入者全員の袋をそれぞれ一体にのり付けして配送センターごとに複数冊を結束するという手段を採用することにより、上記課題を解決した。

【発明の実施の形態】
本発明は、生活協同組合が組合員から予め注文を受けて商品を販売する場合、組合員が買い求めた商品と共に、各組合員ごとに送付される商品カタログ、次回の商品およびカタログを注文するＯＣＲ用紙、商品のお届け明細書、請求書および振込用紙を一括して封入するフィルム・ラッピングシステムである。

生活協同組合においては、その組合員に対して商品カタログを送付して、商品の注文を受け、その注文された商品、商品のお届け明細書、請求書および振込用紙と共に、次回購入したい商品を捜すための所望する商品カタログおよびその注文用紙を送付している。
【０００８】
そして、組合員数が極めて多い現在においては、各組合員の数によって、所望する商品カタログも複数種あり、更にその商品カタログに合わせて作成された注文用紙も同一形式にして送付する必要がある。本発明は、これら注文商品と共に送付するカタログ、ＯＣＲ用紙、商品のお届け明細書、請求書および振込用紙をすべて、コンピューター制御により各組合員ごとに間違えることなく、且つ迅速にフィルムに一括してラッピングするシステムである。以下に詳細に説明する。

本発明は、商品情報を掲載した商品カタログを、例えば年令層、家族構成等に応じて複数種作成し、該複数の各カタログ中、予め注文された組合員の所望するカタログと、生活協同組合が販売促進用に任意に選択して同封するカタログ、次回の所望カタログ選択欄および商品購入欄等を設けたＯＣＲ用紙、今回送付する商品のお届け明細書、請求書、振込用紙を一括してラッピングするフィルム・ラッピングシステムである。

以下、本発明につき、図面に基づいて詳細に説明するが、説明の便宜上、複数の生活協同組合（以下会員生協と略称する）の連合体より成る生活協同組合連合会（以下連合会と略称する）が、企画して各会員生協に共通する統一商品カタログ、商品およびカタログを注文する際に使用するＯＣＲ用紙、商品のお届け明細書、請求書および振込用紙を作成するものとして説明する。

先ず、連合会において各会員生協からの要望等を参考にして、例えば食料品について、自然食を中心とする商品カタログ（便宜上、カタログ題号を「Ｋｉｎａｒｉ」と称する）、旨さにこだわった商品カタログ（便宜上、カタログ題号を「ＹＵＭＹＵＭ」と称する）、そして量・値段にこだわった商品カタログ（便宜上、カタログ題号を「マイキッチン」と称する）を企画して作成する。前記各カタログには、各カタログに特有の記事の外に、汎用のカタログに共通する商品の写真と、商品名、商品番号および価格が表示されている。

そして、前記各商品カタログに対応して、ＯＣＲリード機にて読取り可能なように、それぞれ同一形式で商品およびカタログを注文する際に使用するＯＣＲ用紙１を作成する。前記ＯＣＲ用紙１の表面１ａおよび裏面１ｂは、特に限定する必要はないが、好ましくは、図１および図２に図示のように作成される。前記ＯＣＲ用紙１は、前記３種類の商品カタログにそれぞれ対応して作成されており、その形式は全く同一であるので、ここでは商品カタログ「Ｋｉｎａｒｉ」に対応するＯＣＲ用紙１について説明する。

すなわち、図１に示すようにＯＣＲ用紙１の表面１ａの左上方に、商品カタログ「Ｋｉｎａｒｉ」に関するＯＣＲ用紙であることを表示する表題欄２が設けられている。前記表題欄２には、ＯＣＲ用紙１の発行号３、ＯＣＲ用紙１の提出日４、このＯＣＲ用紙１に基づいて注文した商品の配達日５が合わせて印刷表示できるようになっている。

前記表題欄２の下方部には、氏名等表示欄６が設けられている。前記氏名等表示欄６には、氏名記入部７、商品を配送する配送センター名を印刷表示する配送センター名記入部８およびそのセンターの電話番号記入部９があり、それぞれ印刷表示され、更に前記ＯＣＲ用紙１の表面１ａ上部には、組合員番号がバーコード１０として印刷表示される。

前記ＯＣＲ用紙１の表面１ａの最上段には、コース記入部１１とグループ名記入部１２とが設けられている。コース記入部１１は、商品を配送するコースとその配送順番が数値で印刷表示される。前記グループ名記入部１２は、組合員が複数名共同で商品を購入する場合に使用する。組合員が商品を個人で購入するか、または組合員が複数名共同で購入するかは、連合会のホストコンピュータに蓄積された個人・グループ情報により識別できる。そして、前記連合会のホストコンピュータに蓄積された個人・グループ情報に基づき、共同購入の場合、前記グループ名記入部１２に、連合会が付与した番号と、前記共同購入者が適宜付けた名称等がグループ情報として一体に印刷表示されるが、個人購入の場合は印刷表示されない。また、コース記入部１１とグループ名記入部１２の下方には、組合員番号記入部１３が設けられており、組合員番号を印刷表示する。

更に、前記ＯＣＲ用紙１の表面１ａの上方には、次回のＯＣＲ用紙１の配送時に配送を所望する商品カタログを選択するカタログ選択欄（図１においては、「商品案内変更登録」と表示されている）１４が設けられている。カタログ選択欄１４に、該カタログ選択欄１４の右側のカタログ名表示欄１５に表示された前記３種類の商品カタログ名に付記された数値を組合員が適宜記入することにより、次回所望する商品カタログを組合員が自由に選択することができるようになっている。次回も変更がない場合は、該カタログ選択欄１４は空欄にしておく。

そして、前記カタログ名表示欄１５の右側には、その他の商品カタログを所望する場合に記入するオプションカタログ選択欄１６が設けられている。図１においては、前記３種類の商品カタログの他に、２種類の商品カタログ名が表示されている。この商品カタログは、便宜上「ＦｏｒＢａｂｙ」と、「ぷれーんぺーじ」と称する。更に、前記オプションカタログ選択欄１６の右側には、手書きで組合員番号を記入する生協記入欄１７が設けられている。

前記ＯＣＲ用紙１の表面１ａの前記各欄の下方部には、前記「Ｋｉｎａｒｉ」のカタログに記載された商品の商品番号１８、商品名１９、価格２０を印刷表示すると共に、組合員が注文数量を記入する注文数量記入部２１を一体に設けた商品注文欄２２が複数段に亘って形成されている。なお、商品が多い場合は、図２に示すように、前記ＯＣＲ用紙１の裏面１ｂに形成してもよい。

図２に示すＯＣＲ用紙１の裏面１ｂの左上方には、前記表面１ａと同様に、商品カタログ「Ｋｉｎａｒｉ」に関する商品注文用紙であることを表示する表題部２が設けられ、更に商品注文欄２２が複数段に亘って形成されると共に、該商品注文欄２２の下方部には、配布カタログから更に任意に商品を追加選択できるよう追加商品注文欄２３（本発明の実施の形態においては、６桁の商品番号記入欄が表示されている）が設けられている。

次に、会員生協への新規加入者がＯＣＲ用紙１に印刷表示されるまでの経緯について説明する。会員生協に新規加入すると、先ず新規加入者に会員生協への加入書に必要事項を記入してもらうと共に、ＯＣＲ用紙１の氏名等表示欄６の氏名記入部７と、新規加入者の所望する商品カタログに付された数値をカタログ選択欄１４に、更に前記２種類のオプションカタログの両方、またはいずれかを所望する場合は、その旨（図１では数値）をオプションカタログ選択欄１６に手書きで記入してもらう。そして、前記加入書を基にして会員生協で加入登録をすると、連合会のホストコンピュータにより組合員番号が付与される。

次に、前記新規加入者の手書きＯＣＲ用紙１の生協記入欄１７に、会員生協の担当者が前記組合員番号を手書きで記入して、ＯＣＲリード機に通すことにより、該ＯＣＲ用紙１の手書き記入部をＯＣＲリード機が読取り、該手書き記入部を印刷表示できるようになっている。その際、印刷表示されるＯＣＲ用紙１は、前記３種類の商品カタログから新規加入者が選択したいずれかの商品カタログの題号が表題欄２に表示されたものを使用し、且つ生協記入欄１７に表示された手書きの会員番号は、組合員番号記入欄１３に印刷表示されると共に、前記組合員番号がバーコード１０として印刷表示される。

更に、前記コース記入部１１に配送コースと順番が数値で印刷表示され、且つグループ購入の場合は、連合会が付与した番号と、共同購入者が適宜付けた名称がグループ名記入部１２に印刷表示され、且つ提出日４、配達日５欄にも月日が印刷表示されてＯＣＲ用紙１が完成する。

新規加入者へは、第１回目は前記ＯＣＲ用紙１と、選択された商品カタログ、および後述するその他のカタログがラッピングされて送付される。第１回目は納品される商品はないため、商品のお届け明細書、請求書および振込用紙はラッピングされない。継続会員で購入商品がない場合も、当然ながら商品のお届け明細書、請求書および振込用紙はラッピングされない。

而して、前記ＯＣＲ用紙１および商品カタログを受取った組合員（新規加入者および継続会員）は、該商品カタログを参照して所望する商品を選択し、その数量をＯＣＲ用紙１の商品注文欄１７中の記入部１６および追加商品注文欄２３に記入し、更に次回配布を所望する商品カタログをカタログ選択欄１１で選択すると共に、オプションカタログ選択欄１２でオプションカタログを選択する。そして、前記記入を終えたＯＣＲ用紙１は提出期限までに会員生協の職員が回収する。なお、前記カタログ選択欄１１で選択しなかった場合、商品カタログは前回と変更ないものと判断される。

前記各会員生協が各組合員より回収したＯＣＲ用紙１は、ＯＣＲリード機によって読取られて、前記各組合員ごとに、商品注文情報およびカタログ注文情報として連合会のホストコンピュータに入力蓄積される。
【００２６】
そして、前記連合会のホストコンピュータに入力された各組合員の商品注文情報は、商品セットセンターにオンライン情報として送付され、商品セットセンターにおいて組合員ごとに商品の選別をして、各組合員ごとに通い函に収納する。なお、共同購入の場合、該共同購入者全員の商品が一括して通い函に収納される。

一方、前記連合会のホストコンピュータに入力された各組合員のカタログ注文情報は、連合会において各組合員ごとに蓄積されて、例えば１週間単位の各商品カタログ発送日ごとに、前記カタログ注文情報がＭＯに入力される。前記ＭＯは、前記商品カタログ、商品のお届け明細書、請求書、振込用紙等を一括してラッピングするラッピングシステムの制御用パソコンにセットされ、該パソコンからオンラインで前記ＭＯの入力情報が前記ラッピングシステムの作動を制御する制御装置へ出力される。

前記ラッピングシステムは、各商品カタログをＭＯに入力された情報に従って各組合員ごとにそれぞれ選択して搬送ラインでフィルムラッピング機まで搬送し、その間にオプションカタログ、連合会が販売促進用に配布する商品カタログ、各会員生協ごとに発行された内容の異なるカタログ、次回のカタログおよび商品を注文するＯＣＲ用紙、請求書、振込用紙および商品のお届け明細書のうち必要な書類を、各組合員ごとに搬送ラインで移送中において、各書類順に該搬送ライン上にシュートさせて前記各書類を重合し、該重合した各組合員ごとの書類をフィルムでラッピングして、配送センターごとに複数冊（２０冊程度）を一体に結束して、コンベアを介して出荷ベースに排出するよう構成されている。

図３は、前記カタログ等の必要書類を選択してラッピングするフィルム・ラッピングラインの概略説明図である。このフィルム・ラッピングラインにおける各書類をセットする丁合機、該丁合機にセットされたカタログ・ＯＣＲ用紙１等の書類を制御装置の指令により、各組合員ごとに搬送ライン８０にシュートさせる手段、フィルム・ラッピング機および結束機はいずれも従来公知のものを使用する。

図３において、符号５１〜７５はいずれも丁合機であり、８０は搬送ライン、８１はフィルム・ラッピング機、８２は制御装置、８３は結束機、８４は出荷バースである。

図３において、丁合機５１〜５３は、前記「Ｋｉｎａｒｉ」・「ＹＵＭＹＵＭ」および「マイキッチン」の３種類の商品カタログをそれぞれセットするものであり、丁合機５４〜５６はオプションカタログ（本実施の形態では２種類）をセットするものであり、また丁合機５７〜６５は、連合会の販売促進用として全組合員に配布される他社および連合会のカタログをセットするものである。

更に、丁合機６６〜６９は、各会員生協ごとに発行された内容が異なるカタログをセットするものである。

そして、丁合機７０〜７２は、前記商品カタログ「Ｋｉｎａｒｉ」・「ＹＵＭＹＵＭ」および「マイキッチン」に、それぞれ対応した３種類のＯＣＲ用紙１をセットするものであり、丁合機７３〜７５は、請求書、振込用紙および商品のお届け明細書をそれぞれセットするものである。

前記３台の丁合機７０〜７２にそれぞれセットされる３種類のＯＣＲ用紙１は、連合会のホストコンピュータに更新蓄積されたカタログ情報に基づいて、予め前記所定事項が印刷表示されて連続シート状に折畳まれて、前記３種類の商品カタログの題号別にそれぞれセットされる。そして、ラッピングされた商品カタログ等の必要書類は、各配送センターごとに２０袋程度を一体に結束し、整理仕分けが容易にできるようにするため、前記ＯＣＲ用紙１はコース記入部１１に記入された各コースごとに、且つ配送順番に従って、更に共同購入の場合、該共同購入者が連続するよう、カタログ注文情報を入力蓄積した連合会のホストコンピュータからの情報により、印刷会社において連続用紙に順に印刷作成される。

また、商品のお届け明細書１００は、例えば図４に示すように印刷表示される。シート１０１の表題部１０２に「お届け明細書」と印刷表示される共に、商品の配達日１０３を印刷表示する。その外に、組合員氏名、住所、組合員番号、グループ名、配送センター名、コース番号、頁等を記載する必要事項記載欄１０４に所定事項を印刷表示すると共に、シート１０１の上方部に組合員番号がバーコード１０５として印刷表示され、且つ前記必要事項記載欄１０４の下方部に配送商品記載欄１０６が設けられている。前記配送商品記載欄１０６は、注文番号、区分商品名、数量、単価金額と合計金額が印刷表示できるよう形成されている。前記商品のお届け明細書１００は、商品注文情報を入力蓄積した連合会のホストコンピュータからの情報により、予め印刷会社において印刷作成される。

そして、前記シート１０１の左方部には、最終頁であるか否かを確認するためのバーコード１０７が印刷表示されているが、商品のお届け明細書１００が複数枚に亘る場合に、最終頁のみには最終頁であることを示すバーコード１０７が印刷表示されており、バーコードリーダーで最終頁であることを読取るよう構成されている。そして、前記のように、最終頁より前の頁にもバーコード１０７は印刷されているが、それは最終頁であることを示すバーコードではなく、バーコードリーダーは最終頁として読取らないよう構成されている。また、商品のお届け明細書１００が１枚の場合、１枚でも最終頁であるので、前記同様、最終頁であることを示すバーコード１０７が印刷表示されている。

更に、請求書１１０は、例えば図５に示すように印刷表示される。シート１１１の上方中央の表題部１１２に「ご請求書」と印刷表示され、且つ前記シート１１１の右上方部に組合員番号がバーコード１１３として印刷表示されると共に、ページ１１４が印刷表示される。そして、前記表題部１１２の下方の諸事項記入欄１１５に、組合員の住所・氏名記入部１１６、組合員番号記入部１１７、グループ名記入部１１８、配送センター名記入部１１９、請求年月日記入部１２０、支払期限と支払方法記入部１２１および当月の利用額等の支払明細記入部１２２が設けられ、それぞれ必要事項が印刷表示される。

前記諸事項記入欄１１５の下方には、請求明細記入欄１２３が設けられ、且つ該請求明細記入欄１２３に利用明細記入部１２４と、購入金額記入部１２５が設けられ、それぞれ必要事項が印刷表示される。

そして、前記シート１１１の左方部には、最終頁であるか否かを確認するためのバーコード１２６が印刷表示されているが、請求書１１０が複数枚に亘る場合に、最終頁のみには最終頁であることを示すバーコード１２６が印刷表示されており、バーコードリーダーで最終頁であることを読取るよう構成されている。そして、前記のように、最終頁より前の頁にもバーコード１２６は印刷されているが、それは最終頁であることを示すバーコードではなく、バーコードリーダーは最終頁として読取らないよう構成されている。また、請求書１１０が１枚の場合、１枚でも最終頁であるので、前記同様、最終頁であることを示すバーコード１２６が印刷表示されている。前記請求書１１０は、商品注文情報を入力蓄積した連合会のホストコンピュータからの情報により、予め印刷会社において印刷作成される。

更に、振込用紙１５０は、例えば図６に示すように印刷表示される。シート１５１の中央より下方に切り取り用のミシン線１５２が設けられて郵便振込用紙１５３が印刷されている。前記郵便振込用紙１５３は、郵政事業庁が定めた様式で作成されたものであり、払込取扱票および払込金受領証のいずれにも、口座番号および払込金額が印刷表示されると共に、加入者名記入欄１５４に送金受取人である会員生協名１５５が印刷表示され、通信欄１５６には、組合員番号１５７が印刷表示され、払込人住所・氏名欄１５８には組合員の住所・氏名がそれぞれ印刷表示されている。
