従来より、ALC板、スレート板、ガラス板、金属板や合成樹脂板等の各種パネル板材を突き合わせ並設して建物躯体の屋根面や壁面を覆った外装構造が使用されている。この種の外装構造では隣接するパネル板材間の風雨に対するシールが問題になるため、一般に枠材に対して現場でパネル板材を取り付ける工法が殆どであり、作業性が悪いばかりでなく、パネル板材としてガラス板など破損し易い材料を使用する場合は、該パネル材料を特別に梱包しなくてはならなくなるなどの問題を有していた。

本発明は上記問題に鑑みてなされたものであり、縦横に組成した枠構造間に板材を挟持して面方向に展開拡張するパネルの取付構造において、該取付構造に使用するパネル板材の相互間を確実に水密構造とすることができると共に、パネル板材の搬送時に枠構造を該パネル板材の縁に固着した状態で移送することができるようにした新規構造のパネル板材の組み付け及び取り付け構造、及び組み付け及び取り付け方法を提供することを目的とするものである。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、本発明に係るパネル板材の取付枠による組み付け及び取り付け構造、またパネル板材の組み付け及び取り付け方法を図1乃至図4に示す好ましい実施の形態に従って説明する。
本発明のパネル取付用組枠は、基枠材1と該基枠材の両側に位置決めガスケット6を介して位置決めされる下顎枠材2,2と、該下顎枠材2の顎部に取り付けられる下顎ガスケット7と、顎部にカバーガスケット8を囲繞して上記下顎枠材2,2とそれぞれ対向するようにタッピングビスT1を介して締結され両顎間にパネル板材Pを気密的に挟持してなる上顎枠材4,4と、上記両上顎枠材4,4の中間に位置しタッピングビスT2を上記基枠材1に締結することによって各部材を上から押圧締結組成する押え枠材5と、該押え枠材の頂端に押えガスケット9とを嵌着して一体化するものである。
