Description

【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a loudspeaker, and more particularly, to a loudspeaker provided with a light-emitting electric element for notifying a speaker during operation by emitting light and a method of manufacturing the loudspeaker.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, in order to monitor an input to a speaker, a part of an input current to a voice coil of the speaker is caused to flow through a light emitting electric element such as a light emitting diode to emit light. In addition, the light emitting electric element is arranged outside the speaker.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
The problems in mounting the light emitting electric element in the conventional speaker are as follows. (A) The degree of appeal to the user (= recognition degree) is low.
(B) Since the electric power of the light emitting electric element utilizes a part of the driving current of the voice coil, wiring for connecting the light emitting electric element to the power supply circuit of the voice coil is required.
[0004]
The applicant of the present application has disclosed in Japanese Patent Application No. 10-338990 that the light-emitting electric element is mounted on the front surface of the diaphragm member, and the light-emitting electric element vibrates integrally with the diaphragm member. Disclosure to deal with. However, the loudspeaker of Japanese Patent Application No. 10-338990 cannot address the problem (b) at all. Further, in order to cope with the problem (a), there is no disclosure of disposing the diaphragm member other than the light emitting electric element.
[0005]
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION It is an object of the present invention to provide a speaker and a manufacturing method which simultaneously overcome the above problems (a) and (b).
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The speaker (10) of the present invention has the following.
Diaphragm member (11) having a cylindrical portion (24) projecting rearward at the center on the rear side
A voice coil (25) that is fitted to the cylindrical portion (24) of the diaphragm member (11), is displaced in the axial direction of the diaphragm member (11) integrally with the diaphragm member (11), and is supplied with a drive current.
A magnetic field generator (15, 18, 19) for generating a predetermined magnetic field in a spatial range including a voice coil (25)
Power generating coil (32) that generates induced electromotive force due to supply of variable driving current to voice coil (25)
Light emitting electric elements (33a, 33b) arranged so that light emission can be seen in the area of the voice coil (25) from the front side of the voice coil (25) and emitting light by power from the power generation coil (32)
[0007]
The voice coil (25) is normally fitted on the outer peripheral side of the cylindrical portion (24), but may be fitted on the inner peripheral side of the cylindrical portion (24). In order to make the light emission of the light emitting electric elements (33a, 33b) visible in the area of the voice coil (25) from the front side of the diaphragm member (11), the light emitting electric elements (33a, 33b) must be When mounting on the front surface of (11), and by disposing the light emitting electric elements (33a, 33b) behind the diaphragm member (11), providing holes in a part of the diaphragm member (11), The case where the light emission of the light emitting electric elements (33a, 33b) is made visible from the front side of the diaphragm member (11) through making the part or the whole of (11) transparent, through these holes or transparent parts. Including. The number of the light emitting electric elements (33a, 33b) is one or more.
[0008]
As a result of the drive current to the voice coil (25) fluctuating with time, the magnetic flux density in the magnetic field generators (15, 18, 19) changes, and the induced electromotive force is applied to the magnetic field generators (15, 18, 19). Generated. As a result, the light emitting electric elements (33a, 33b) are supplied with current from the power generation coil (32) and emit light. In addition, since the light emission of the light-emitting electric elements (33a, 33b) is seen by the user in the area of the voice coil (25), the light emission of the light-emitting electric elements (33a, 33b) seen by the user includes the voice coil (25) The effect of the vibration of the user appears, and the degree of appeal to the user increases. Then, in order to secure the power of the light emitting electric elements (33a, 33b), the induced electromotive force of the power generation coil (32) by the voice coil (25) is used, so that the driving current circuit of the voice coil (25) is used. The connection wiring for the light emitting electric elements (33a, 33b) can be omitted.
[0009]
According to the zero speaker (10) of the present invention, the power generating coil (32) is disposed on the inner peripheral side of the cylindrical portion (24), and the disc-shaped magnetic body (20) is disposed on the inner peripheral side of the power generating coil (32). Exists in
[0010]
Due to the arrangement of the disc-shaped magnetic body (20) on the inner peripheral side of the power generation coil (32), the change in magnetic flux density in the power generation coil (32) increases, and the induced power of the power generation coil (32) increases.
[0011]
According to the speaker (10) of the present invention, the magnetic field generating device (15, 18, 19) includes the cylindrical yoke (17) on the inner peripheral side of the cylindrical portion (24), and the cylindrical yoke (17) Is a disc-shaped magnetic body (20).
[0012]
Since the disk-shaped magnetic body (20) is formed as a part of the columnar yoke (17), the manufacture of the disk-shaped magnetic body (20) is facilitated and the structure is simplified.
[0013]
According to the loudspeaker (10) of the present invention, the top of the cylindrical yoke (17) that becomes the disk-shaped magnetic body (20) is a reduced diameter part (20) of the cylindrical yoke (17), and the power generation coil is formed. (32) is fitted on the outer periphery of the bobbin (31), and the bobbin (31) is fitted on the inner peripheral side of the diameter reducing portion (20).
[0014]
The bobbin (31) is fitted to the reduced diameter portion (20) at the top of the cylindrical yoke portion (17) until the bobbin (31) contacts, for example, the annular step portion of the cylindrical yoke portion (17). The work of assembling the power generating coil (32) and the bobbin (31) in the above is simplified.
[0015]
According to the speaker (10) of the present invention, both ends in the axial direction of the bobbin (31) project in the axial direction from both ends of the winding portion of the power generation coil (32) in the light emitting electric elements (33a, 33b). .
[0016]
Since the bobbin (31) protrudes from both ends in the axial direction from both ends of the winding portion of the power generation coil (32), the winding portion of the power generation coil (32) comes into contact with members on both sides in the axial direction of the bobbin (31). Thus, a short circuit between the wound portion of the power generating coil (32) and a conductor such as the cylindrical yoke portion (17) at both ends thereof is prevented.
[0017]
According to the speaker (10) of the present invention, the dust cap (12) is attached to the front center of the diaphragm member (11) so as to cover the top surface of the cylindrical yoke (17), The elements (33a, 33b) are attached to the top of the cylindrical yoke portion (17) and are arranged behind the dust cap (12), and the dust cap (33a, 33b) receives light from the light-emitting electrical elements (33a, 33b). A through-hole is provided at the part 12).
[0018]
Although the light-emitting electric elements (33a, 33b) are arranged on the rear side of the diaphragm member (11), the front side of the diaphragm member (11) passes through the through hole of the dust cap (12). The light emission becomes visible from. Further, since the light emitting electric elements (33a, 33b) are not attached to the diaphragm member (11), but are attached to the non-vibrating cylindrical yoke (17), the fixing of the light emitting electric elements (33a, 33b) is stable. Be transformed into When there are a plurality of light emitting electric elements (33a, 33b), through holes are provided at respective portions of the dust cap (12) where light from each light emitting electric element (33a, 33b) is incident.
[0019]
According to the speaker (10) of the present invention, the lens (37) is attached to the through hole.
[0020]
When there are a plurality of through holes, a lens (37) is attached to each through hole. By mounting the lens (37) in the through hole of the dust cap (12), the lens (37) itself emits light even though the light emitting electric elements (33a, 33b) are behind the dust cap (12). As a result, the user is recognized and the degree of appeal is increased. Further, since the dust cap (12) to which the lens (37) is attached vibrates as a part of the diaphragm member (11), the light of the lens (37) is not a point due to the afterimage phenomenon, It becomes visible as a line, and the appeal to the user increases from this point. The light-emitting electric elements (33a, 33b) are, for example, light-emitting diodes (37), and a light-emitting diode (37) having high directivity is used, and light from the light-emitting diodes (37) is transmitted to the lens (37). Directing is very advantageous because it increases the brightness of the light at the lens (37).
[0021]
According to the speaker (10) of the present invention, a plurality of light-emitting electric elements having different emission colors are present, and the light-emitting electric elements having different emission colors are connected to each other via a resistor having a different resistance value. The through hole is connected to the power generating coil (32), and the through hole is sized to receive light from a plurality of light emitting electric elements in common, and is fitted with a lens.
[0022]
For example, a light emitting diode (37) is used as the light emitting electric element (33a, 33b), and each light emitting diode (37) is connected to the power generation coil (32) via a resistor having a different resistance value. A difference occurs in the current value supplied from the power generation coil (32) for the same induced power of the power generation coil (32). For example, in the first induced power range of the power generating coil (32), only the red light emitting diode (37) is supplied with a current necessary for light emission, and the second induced power range is higher than the first induced power range. In the induced power range, a current required for light emission is supplied to the yellow light emitting diode (37) as well as the red light emitting diode (37). Thus, in the first induced power range, only the red light emitting diode (37) emits light, the user perceives that the lens (37) is emitting red light, and in the second induced power range, , The red and yellow light emitting diodes (37) are both in a light emitting state, and the user recognizes that the lens (37) emits light in orange, which is a composite color of red and yellow. Since the emission color of the lens (37) changes in relation to the drive current of the diaphragm member (11), the degree of appeal to the user increases.
[0023]
According to the speaker (10) of the present invention, the dust cap (12) is attached to the front center of the diaphragm member (11) so as to cover the top surface of the cylindrical yoke (17), The elements (33a, 33b) are attached to the top of the cylindrical yoke (17) and disposed behind the dust cap (12), and the dust cap (12) is at least partially separated from the light-transmitting material. Become.
[0024]
The light transmitting material includes at least a material that is translucent or more. Characters and pictures are written on the light-transmitting material, and the light-emitting electric elements (33a, 33b) behind the dust cap (12) emit light to expose the characters and pictures of the light-transmitting material, Due to the vibration effect of the plate member (11), the characters and the like are appropriately shaken, and the impression is enhanced.
[0025]
According to the speaker (10) of the present invention, the dust cap (12) is attached to the front center of the diaphragm member (11) so as to cover the top surface of the cylindrical yoke (17), The elements (33a, 33b) are mounted on the top of the cylindrical yoke (17) and arranged behind the dust cap (12), and the dust cap (12) at least partially comprises a half mirror part.
[0026]
Similar effects can be obtained by writing characters, pictures, and the like on the half mirror portion, similarly to the above-described light-transmitting material.
[0027]
According to the method for manufacturing the speaker (10) of the present invention, in the speaker (10), the integrated product (29) includes a bobbin (31) fitted with a power generation coil (32) on the outer peripheral side, and a bobbin (31). A substrate (29) mounted and fixed on the end of the dust cap (12) side of (31), and a light is emitted on the surface of the substrate (29) of the integrated product (29) on the dust cap (12) side. It is manufactured in advance to a state where the electric elements (33a, 33b) are attached. Then, the integrated product (29) is assembled to the cylindrical yoke (17) such that the bobbin (31) fits into the reduced diameter portion (20) of the cylindrical yoke (17).
[0028]
A bobbin (31) in which the light-emitting electric elements (33a, 33b) and the power generation coil (32) are integrally assembled is manufactured in advance, and the bobbin (31) is assembled to the cylindrical yoke (17), so that production is streamlined. Is done.

BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
FIG. 1 is a schematic longitudinal sectional structural view of the speaker 10. The diaphragm member 11 has a conical diaphragm portion 13 with a concave side facing forward and a circular center hole, and a front side of the conical diaphragm portion 13 covering the center hole of the conical diaphragm portion 13. It has a dust cap 12 attached to the conical diaphragm 13 and a voice coil bobbin 24 whose outer periphery is fixed to the edge of the center hole of the conical diaphragm 13 and projects rearward. The damper 14 has a radially outer end fixed to a stationary portion in the speaker box, a radially inner end fixed to the voice coil bobbin 24, and holds the diaphragm member 11 at a neutral position in the center line direction of the speaker 10. ing. The voice coil 25 is fitted and fixed on the outer periphery of the rear end of the voice coil bobbin 24. The yoke 15 is coaxial with the voice coil bobbin 24 on the inner peripheral side of the voice coil bobbin 24 while leaving a slight gap between the back plate 16 projecting radially behind the voice coil bobbin 24 and the inner peripheral surface of the voice coil bobbin 24. And a columnar boss portion 17 that is inserted into the column. The annular permanent magnet 18 is arranged coaxially with the boss 17 outside the boss 17, and is fixed to the back plate 16 and the top plate 19 at both end surfaces. The top plate 19 has a diameter equal to the diameter of the back plate 16, and is arranged coaxially with the boss portion 17 while avoiding contact with the voice coil 25 on the inner peripheral side.
[0030]
The accessory unit 29 includes a substrate 30 and a bobbin 31 fixed to the rear surface of the substrate 30 at one open end by bonding. The power generation coil 32 is fitted and fixed on the outer peripheral side of the bobbin 31. The light emitting diodes 33a and 33b are mounted on the substrate 30 in a symmetrical positional relationship. The current adjusting resistor 34 is also attached to the substrate 30. The light emitting diodes 33a and 33b and the current adjusting resistor 34 are fixed to the substrate 30 by soldering. The accessory unit 29 includes a speaker 10 with the light emitting diodes 33a and 33b and the current adjusting resistor 34 attached to the substrate 30 and the power generation coil 32 extrapolated and the fixed bobbin 31 integrated with the substrate 30. In the assembling step of the speaker 10, the accessory unit 29 integrated with the power generation coil 32, the light emitting diodes 33a and 33b, and the current adjusting resistor 34 is separately provided in addition to the assembling step. It is assembled to the diameter reduction section 20. The peripheral portion of the diameter reducing portion 20 and the inner peripheral portion of the bobbin 31 have the same contour and the same size, and after the adhesive is applied to one or both of them, the inner periphery of the bobbin 31 While being guided by the peripheral portion, they are fitted and fixed by an adhesive.
[0031]
As for the approximate dimensions of the main part of the speaker 10, the conical diaphragm portion 13 is for 30 cm low sound, the inner diameter of the voice coil 25 is φ65 mm, the inner diameter of the power generating coil 32 is φ50 mm, and the The turn ratio with the coil 32 is approximately 1: 1. The height of the top surface of the diameter reducing section 20 is set to be substantially the same as the installation height of the power generation coil 32 so that power can be extracted from the power generation coil 32 as effectively as possible. Further, both ends of the bobbin 31 are axially outside by about 1 mm from the upper side and the lower side of the power generating coil 32, and the top surface of the diameter reducing portion 20 is the light emitting diodes 33a and 33b and the current adjusting resistor 34 on the substrate 30. This prevents the solder surface of the component and the like and the lower part of the power generating coil 32 from being short-circuited to the yoke 15.
[0032]
FIG. 2 shows the arrangement of the lenses 37a and 37b in the dust cap 12 as viewed from the front side of the dust cap 12. 1 and 2, the lenses 37a and 37b pass through the dust cap 12 formed at a position where a straight line passing through the light emitting diodes 33a and 33b and parallel to the center line of the speaker 10 intersects the dust cap 12. Fitted in the hole. The positions of the lenses 37a and 37b correspond to portions where the light from the light emitting diodes 33a and 33b that has traveled forward of the speaker 10 enters the dust cap 12.
[0033]
FIG. 3 is an electric circuit diagram of the speaker 10. The voice coil 25 is supplied with a drive current from a speaker drive amplifier 35 outside the speaker 10. The voice coil 25 and the power generation coil 32 are in a positional relationship forming a transformer 41, and an induced power is generated in the power generation coil 32 as a driving current is supplied from the speaker driving amplifier 35 to the voice coil 25. You. The light emitting diodes 33a and 33b are connected in parallel in opposite directions, and the parallel connection, the power generation coil 32, and the current adjusting resistor 34 constitute one closed loop circuit.
[0034]
With the supply of the drive current from the speaker drive amplifier 35 to the voice coil 25, the voice coil 25 receives the magnetic force in the direction of the center line of the speaker 10 and acts on the damper 14 to be displaced in the direction of the center line of the speaker 10. Since the drive current from the speaker drive amplifier 35 to the voice coil 25 fluctuates, the diaphragm member 11 vibrates in the direction of the center line of the speaker 10 to generate sound. In addition, due to fluctuations in the drive current from the speaker drive amplifier 35 to the voice coil 25, the voice coil 25 and the power generation coil 32 act as primary and secondary coils of the transformer 41, and the power generation coil 32 generates induced power. Is done. The light-emitting diodes 33a and 33b are supplied with current from the power generation coil 32 via the current adjusting resistor 34 by the induced power, and are turned on when a forward current is supplied. Either of the light emitting diodes 33a and 33b is supplied with the forward current, so that one of the light emitting diodes 33a and 33b is always lit. The light of the light emitting diodes 33a and 33b reaches the lenses 37a and 37b, respectively, and from the user existing in front of the speaker 10, it appears as if each of the lenses 37a and 37b is emitting light. If light emitting diodes 33a and 33b having sharp directivity are used, light from the light emitting diodes 33a and 33b can be collected to the lenses 37a and 37b with almost no loss. Further, the lenses 37a and 37b vibrate integrally with the dust cap 12, so that the light passing through the lenses 37a and 37b provided on the dust cap 12 becomes visible as lines, not dots, due to the afterimage phenomenon. Thus, the degree of visual appeal to the user increases. Since the power generation coil 32 generates a current by electromagnetic induction, it is not necessary to distribute a part of the power supply current from the speaker drive amplifier 35 to the power generation coil 32 to the power generation coil 32, and to the power supply circuit of the voice coil 25. The connection wiring from the accessory unit 29 is unnecessary. Therefore, the accessory unit 29 need only be assembled independently of other components and fitted to the reduced diameter portion 20 of the yoke 15.
[0035]
As another structure replacing the lenses 37a and 37b, a sufficiently large window in the center of the dust cap 12 is formed, and a large lens having a size corresponding to the window is attached to the window. In addition, light emitting diodes of different colors are used to emit light by changing the electromotive force level of the power generation coil 32 that emits light from each light emitting diode according to the value of a current adjusting resistor. That is, each light emitting diode having a different emission color is connected to the power generating coil 32 via a current adjusting resistor having a different resistance value. In the first electromotive force level range, for example, only the light emitting diode having a red emission color is used. A current equal to or higher than the light emission level is supplied so that only the red light emitting diode emits light. In the second electromotive force level range above the first electromotive force level range, not only the light emitting diode emitting red light, A current higher than the light emission level is also supplied to the light emitting diode emitting yellow light, so that the red and yellow light emitting diodes emit light. Thus, in the first electromotive force level range, the large lens shines in red, and in the second electromotive force level range, the large lens shines in orange, which is a composite color of red and yellow light. .
[0036]
In addition, the light emitting diodes 33a and 33b emit light when the dust cap 12 is partially transparent or translucent and characters or pictures are written on the transparent or translucent portion, or when the dust cap 12 is a half mirror. When not present, a structure that looks like a mirror and emits light so that light on the back side of the dust cap 12 can be seen may be employed.
