Description

【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
TECHNICAL FIELD The present invention relates to an entrance storage crate with a deodorizing function in which a malodor component is deodorized in a clog box placed at the entrance.
[0002]
Problems to be solved by the prior art and the invention
In general, as the front door for housing cupboard in a cupboard, a structure that usually, the lid to the box to be a shoe box body with an open door or sliding door, other than loading and unloading is to hide as storage object is not visible. The air in the box stays in the box and is filled with moisture and odor generated from stored items such as shoes and umbrellas.
[0003]
The odor generated in shoes is due to sweat and secretions released from feet soaked in shoes and socks, and lower fatty acids (mainly butyric acid / isovaleric acid) formed by decomposition by molds and various bacteria. These lower fatty acids have a very unpleasant odor, even in trace amounts, and irritate human odors.
[0004]
Originally, the entrance of the house is the part of the family's face, but since it can no longer be felt when it smells, even if the people do not feel it, visitors may feel strongly and complain among the family. Sometimes. In particular, there is a problem that children's shoes are easy to get dirty, and they are disposable and are rarely washed, so that they are often left between the entrance yards (slapping), so that the odor of the children's shoes often fills the entrance space. .
[0005]
Further, in the case of the above shoe box, when shoes that are wet immediately after use or shoes that are wet in rain are put in, moisture is brought into the box and the humidity in the box increases. For this reason, shoes immediately after use cannot be stored immediately, and can only be stored in the porch after waiting for air to dry (usually about 6 hours or more). Often the shoes are scattered and do not clear up.
[0006]
In addition, since the inside of the box is sealed, the humidity becomes higher than the outside, and air stays and stagnation occurs. Therefore, in shoes that are not frequently used, molds may be generated, bacteria may be propagated, the stored items may be damaged, and an odor may be generated.
[0007]
Also, in order to be able to put shoes wet with rain in the shoe box, there is also provided a drying room provided for the purpose of forcibly drying by generating warm air, but in this case, Cost was high, and drying suited to individual items could not be selected. Forcibly drying with hot air could rather damage shoes or generate an odor when heated. There is also a type in which heated air is circulated in a clog box, but there is the same problem as described above.
[0008]
Activated carbon, ZnO and the like are generally used as deodorizing materials for deodorizing odors, but they are not so effective in deodorizing lower fatty acids emitted from shoes and the like.
[0009]
The present invention was made in view of the description, and to provide a deodorizing function entrance housing shoebox that can comfortably use can deodorant adsorbs lower fatty acid is malodorous components .
[0010]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to solve the above-mentioned problem, the entrance storage crate with deodorizing function according to claim 1 of the present invention is a clog box which is a storage member for storing shoes, umbrellas and the like placed at the entrance, and one of the clogs of the clog box. A part of the clog box is provided with an intake hole for taking in outside air into the clog box, and another pedestal part of the clog box is provided with an exhaust port for exhausting air inside the clog box, and outside air is taken into the clog box from the intake port. A deodorizing device that removes odor from exhaust air by using deodorant material when exhausting from the exhaust port while replacing the dirty air in the shoe box with clean air outside with a blower fan A deodorizing material for adsorbing and deodorizing a lower fatty acid, which is a malodorous component, is formed inside, and the deodorizing device is disposed in a pedestal. The lower fatty acid, which is an odor component in the shoe box, can be effectively adsorbed and deodorized, and even those installed at the entrance can be used comfortably. Also, when the deodorizer is activated, outside air is sucked into the clog box through the suction hole, and the dirty air in the clog box is replaced with clean air outside and exhausted from the exhaust hole and exhausted from the exhaust hole. Lower fatty acids are effectively adsorbed and deodorized by the deodorizing material of the deodorizing device so that no odor is left in the exhaust air. By doing so, the drying of the shoes is promoted due to the occurrence of wind in the clog box, the relative humidity in the clog box is reduced, and the generated odor is carried away by the deodorant material. In addition, since the inside of the clog box has low humidity and the stagnation of air is eliminated, the propagation of mold and various germs can be suppressed.
[0014]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the clog box 1 is installed so as to extend between the rising frame 3 of the entrance 2 and the entrance soil 4. In the portion of the entrance soil 4, the shoe crate 1 is supported by supporting legs 5. is there. The inside of the clog box 1 is divided into a plurality of storage spaces 6 by a partition 15, and a shelf 7 and the like are provided in each storage space 6. A door 8 is provided at the front opening of the clog box 1 so as to be openable and closable, and a packing 9 is attached to the front opening of the clog box 1 to keep airtight when the door 8 is closed. An intake hole 10 for taking in outside air is provided on one side of the clog box 1, and an exhaust hole 11 for exhausting the air inside the clog box 1 is provided on the other side of the clog box 1. In the case of the present invention , the shoe box 1 is provided with an intake hole 10 and an exhaust hole 11 in a lower wheel 12 portion. Further, a ventilation hole 16 for communicating the adjacent storage spaces 6 is formed in the partition 15 in the clog box 1.
[0015]
The intake hole 10 is provided with a moisture absorbing layer filter 13 for dehumidifying the air sucked into the clog box 1. A deodorizing device 14 is mounted below the exhaust hole 11 so as to communicate with the exhaust hole 11. The deodorizing device 14 includes a blower fan for blowing air for exhausting, and contains a deodorizing material for absorbing lower fatty acids (butyric acid, isovaleric acid, etc.).
[0016]
When the deodorizing device 14 is operated, the outside air is sucked into the clog box 1 from the intake hole 10 and the air flows into the clog box 1 as shown by arrows in FIGS. When the exhausted air is exhausted from the exhaust hole 11 while the exhausted air is replaced with the outside clean air , the lower fatty acid is effectively adsorbed and deodorized by the deodorizing material of the deodorizer 14 when the air is exhausted from the exhaust hole 11. Avoid leaving smell in the air. By doing so, the drying of the shoes is promoted by the occurrence of wind in the clog box 1, the relative humidity in the clog box 1 is reduced, and the generated odor is carried away by the deodorant material. In addition, since the inside of the shoe box 1 has low humidity and the stagnation of air is eliminated, the propagation of mold and various germs can be suppressed. Furthermore, the temperature in the box of the shoe box 1 becomes 70% or less (the temperature becomes lower when the humidity of the outside air is low) due to the ventilation, and the humidity (40% to 70%) at which mold, germs, bacteria and the like do not propagate is maintained. Even leather shoes that have been stored for a long time will not mold and will not give off a bad smell. By ventilating, even if you put in something wet immediately after wearing it, it can be dried as much as or more than if you leave it in the porch 4 and after about 6 hours (storing it at night, next morning) It is in a state where it can be put on comfortably. In addition, the shoes are not damaged because they are natural and dry. In addition, since the deodorant is deodorized with a deodorant material that adsorbs lower fatty acids, the smell in the shoe box 1 is less likely to be smelled.
[0017]
Smell intensity 2.5 (how much smell you can tell) → Smell intensity 1 or less (only the smell can be perceived)
As described above, the deodorizing device 14 is provided with a deodorant material for a clog box stored at the entrance in order to adsorb the lower fatty acids present in the gas, and the deodorizing material includes magnesium hydroxide, calcium hydroxide, and hydroxide. A substance selected from at least one or more of hydroxides such as zirconium is used. By using the deodorant material of such a substance, the malodor of the lower fatty acid which could not be deodorized by the conventional deodorant material can be deodorized with high efficiency.
[0018]
At this time, it is desirable to impart a shape such as a pellet shape or a honeycomb shape to the substance of the deodorant material, whereby the adsorption capacity of the malodorous component can be increased and the deodorant function can be maintained for a long time.
[0019]
【Example】
Hereinafter, the deodorizing material will be described in more detail with reference to examples.
(Example 1)
Powders of a metal chloride, a metal oxide (including ZnO) and the hydroxide are prepared as deodorizing agents, and 0.2 g each of the powder is placed in a 1-liter Erlenmeyer flask and uniformly dispersed on the bottom of the flask. Further, a small bottle with filter paper inserted is prepared and inserted into each flask. After attaching a 10 wt% aqueous solution of butyric acid to the filter paper in the flask with a microsyringe by 50 μl each, the flask is sealed. At the same time, a sample having butyric acid similarly attached to a flask containing no deodorant was prepared as a comparative object, and this was used as a blank. After a predetermined time (here, 30 minutes), the residual gas concentration was measured using a gas detection tube, and the removal rate was determined by the following equation.
[0020]
Removal rate (%) = (Gas concentration after 1-30 minutes) / (Gas concentration 30 minutes after blank) × 100
(Example 2)
Similarly to butyric acid, the removal rate of isovaleric acid, the same lower fatty acid, was determined in the same procedure as in Example 1.
[0021]
Table 1 shows a list of the lower fatty acid removal evaluations of Example 1 and Example 2 described above.
[0022]
[Table 1]
Figure 0003541804
[0023]
As can be seen from the results in Table 1, it can be said that the hydroxide (← mark) cited in the present invention has a higher adsorption effect on lower fatty acids than zinc oxide (◎ mark).
(Example 3)
Zirconium hydroxide was mixed in the composition shown in Table 2 below, and then kneaded while adding water to form a clay. Next, the clay-like material was extruded into a honeycomb shape, pressed and formed, and dried by heating to prepare a zirconium honeycomb. Similarly, an activated carbon honeycomb was prepared.
[0024]
[Table 2]
Figure 0003541804
[0025]
Using the zirconium honeycomb and the activated carbon honeycomb, butyric acid adsorption performance was measured using an experimental apparatus as shown in FIG. In FIG. 3, A is a butyric acid gas generator for generating butyric acid gas at a constant concentration, B is a gas flow direction, C is an IN-side concentration measuring unit for measuring the IN-side gas concentration, and D is the OUT-side gas concentration. The OUT-side concentration measuring section for measuring, E is a material honeycomb setting section for setting zirconium honeycomb or activated carbon honeycomb. Using this experimental apparatus, butyric acid is continuously generated in a butyric acid gas generator A, butyric acid gas is passed through a predetermined area of each honeycomb, and the gas concentration before passing through the honeycomb and the butyric acid gas concentration after passing through the honeycomb are measured. The measurement was performed at the IN-side concentration measuring section C and the OUT-side concentration measuring section D using a gas detection tube. The measurement results are shown in Table 3 (measurement results of one pass of butyric acid of each honeycomb).
[0026]
[Table 3]
Figure 0003541804
[0027]
From the above results, it can be seen that the honeycomb using zirconium hydroxide exhibits a longer removal performance and a larger adsorption capacity than the honeycomb using activated carbon.
[0028]
【The invention's effect】
The invention of claim 1 of the present invention provides a clog box, which is a storage member for storing shoes, umbrellas and the like placed at the entrance, having a function of adsorbing lower fatty acids, which are malodorous components that are uniquely generated, to deodorize. Therefore, the lower fatty acid, which is a malodorous component in the clog box, can be effectively adsorbed and deodorized, and can be comfortably used even if installed at the entrance. In addition, an intake hole for taking in outside air into the clog box is provided in one of the clog boxes, and an exhaust hole for exhausting air in the clog box is provided in the other clog box of the clog box. When the exhaust air is exhausted from the exhaust holes while exhausting the outside air into the box and replacing the dirty air in the shoe box with clean air outside, do not use the deodorant material to leave odor in the exhaust air. The deodorizing device is built with a deodorizing material that adsorbs and deodorizes the lower fatty acid, which is a malodorous component that is peculiar to the blower fan. The deodorizing device is located inside the wheel so the deodorizing device is activated. When this is done, the outside air is sucked into the clog box through the suction hole, and the dirty air in the clog box is replaced with the clean air outside, and the air is exhausted from the exhaust hole and exhausted from the exhaust hole. Efficiently adsorbs lower fatty acids with materials to deodorize The air inside the clog box promotes drying of the shoes, and the relative humidity inside the clog box is reduced, and the generated odor is also deodorized. In addition, since the inside of the shoe box is low in humidity, the accumulation of air is eliminated, thereby suppressing the growth of mold and various germs.
