本発明は、大型什器の搭載装置に係わり、更に詳しくは大型空調機、大型陳列什器又は大型家具等の大型什器を壁面若しくは他の大型什器の背面に近接して設置可能であり、保守・点検時に前方へ移動させることが可能な搭載装置に関する。

【従来の技術】
従来、壁面に近接して設置した大型空調機、大型陳列什器又は大型家具等の大型什器を保守・点検する場合、設置位置は変えずに側面等の適所に設けた点検パネルを開放して行うのが通例である。しかし、大型什器の背後や底部に集中的に配備することが多い機構部、配管部及び電気系統の保守・点検又は大型什器の設置床面の清掃等を行うことは容易ではなく、大型什器を前方へ移動できればその作業が極めて容易にできることは想像に難くない。

ところが、この種の大型什器は、一度設置した後に移動させることを前提として設計されたものではなく、特にオーバーホール時にはその場所で筐体を含めて分解若しくはクレーンやフォークリフト等の起重機を使用して移動させた後に要部のみを分解するといった何れにおいても手間のかかる作業若しくは困難な作業が必要であった。

尚、予め大型什器の下端の奥行方向前後に車輪を設け、壁面と直交する方向に車輪を転動案内するためのレールを床面に敷設しておくことも考慮されるが、大型什器の移動量を見越してレールの長さを設定すると、大型什器を壁面に近接した所定位置に設置した場合には、レールの前部が大型什器の前方へ常時露出した状態となり、視覚的に見苦しいばかりでなく、通路においては通行の邪魔になるといった問題が生じるので好ましくない。また、大型什器の下端に単に車輪を設け、床面上を直接車輪が転動するようにした場合には、大型什器の重量によって床面を損傷させる恐れもあり、また人力で移動させるには多数人で行わなければ動かないといった問題もある。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
本発明が前述の状況に鑑み、解決しようとするところは、壁面に近接して設置する使用形式若しくは背面合わせで近接して設置する使用形式の大型空調機、大型陳列什器又は大型家具等の大型什器を、保守・点検時又はオーバーホール時及び大型什器の設置床面の清掃時に簡単に前方へ移動でき且つ床面の損傷を最小限に抑制できるとともに、通常設置状態では大型什器の前方空間に何ら突出物を設けないことにより視覚的に優れ、また前方空間の通行若しくは利用に支障のない大型什器の搭載装置を提供する点にある。

【課題を解決するための手段】
前述の課題解決のために、本発明は、大型什器を壁面若しくは他の大型什器の背面に近接して設置可能であり、保守・点検時に前方へ移動させることが可能な大型什器の搭載装置であって、前記大型什器を搭載する架台の奥行幅と同程度の長さを有する複数の固定レールを、床面に前記壁面若しくは他の大型什器の背面と直交する方向に敷設するとともに、奥行幅が前記架台の奥行幅の略半分であり、横幅が前記架台の横幅と略一致したユニット化された台車を前記架台の下面の後部に固定し、該台車の車輪を前記固定レール上で移動可能且つ前記架台の前端部に設けたキャスターを前記床面上で移動可能となすとともに、前記架台の少なくとも前面側には固定レールも覆い隠すことができるように、着脱自在なカバーを取付けた大型什器の搭載装置を構成した。

【発明の実施の形態】
本発明の大型什器の搭載装置は、大型什器を壁面若しくは他の大型什器の背面に近接して設置可能であり、保守・点検時に前方へ移動させることが可能な大型什器の搭載装置であって、前記大型什器を搭載する架台の奥行幅と同程度の長さを有する複数の固定レールを、床面に前記壁面若しくは他の大型什器の背面と直交する方向に敷設するとともに、前記架台の後部に設けた台車の車輪を前記固定レール上で移動可能且つ前記架台の前端部に設けたキャスターを前記床面上で移動可能となしたものである。ここで、大型什器の重量の大部分が台車の車輪で支持されるように、台車の奥行方向の前後端部に車輪を設け、その前方の車輪の位置を架台の奥行幅の中央部に近づけて設定することにより、架台前端部のキャスターにかかる荷重が極めて少なくなり、床面上をキャスターが転動しても床面を損傷する恐れがなくなる。この場合、架台の移動距離は、その奥行幅の略半分になる。

【発明の効果】
以上にしてなる本発明の大型什器の搭載装置によれば、壁面に近接して設置する使用形式若しくは背面合わせで近接して設置する使用形式の大型空調機、大型陳列什器又は大型家具等の大型什器を、保守・点検時に簡単に前方へ移動でき且つ床面の損傷を最小限に抑制できるとともに、通常設置状態では大型什器の前方空間に固定レールが露出しないので、視覚的に優れ、また前方空間の通行若しくは利用に全く支障がないのである。また、奥行幅が前記架台の奥行幅の略半分であり、横幅が前記架台の横幅と略一致したユニット化された台車を前記架台の下面の後部に固定したので、架台の奥行幅を変えてもユニット化された台車を使用できる。更に、固定レールは大型什器を搭載する架台の奥行幅と同程度の長さを有し、前記架台の少なくとも前面側には着脱自在なカバーを取付けたので、固定レールを覆い隠すことができる。
