これまでのロータリー部一体型の管理作業機にあっては、整地板はロータリーカバーの尾部にヒンジを介して擺動可能に取り付けられており、培土器などのアタッチメントを連結する際には、上方へはねあげ、抵抗杆をその装着ホルダー筒から抜取ったうえ、その装着ホルダー筒の下方からアタッチメントの連結杆を差し込んで締付け固定していた。

この手段によると整地板を取り外す手間が省け(整地板ははねあげられた状態で残る)、抵抗杆を取り外すのみでアタッチメントの連結が可能となるが、アタッチメントの連結に際して、前記はねあげられた整地板が邪魔するため、その連結杆を前記抵抗杆装着ホルダー筒の下方から手探りで挿通しなければならないという厄介な手間を強いられる。またヒンジを境にはねあげられた整地板が不安定なため作業中に不快音を発する難点があった。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
本発明は、上記実情に鑑みてなされたもので、アタッチメントの連結に際し、整地板が容易に取り外しできる(当然後の取付けも容易である)ような、そしてアタッチメントの連結杆が抵抗杆装着ホルダー筒の上方から難なく(障害物なく)挿通固定でき、且つ使用中に整地板の脱落がなく、また不快な騒音も出ない技術手段を提案するものである。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本発明は、上記目的を達成するため、ロータリー部一体型管理作業機1において、後部中央に抵抗杆装着ホルダー筒5を有するロータリーカバー4の尾部両端に整地板2の枢着片7を突設する。

このような相互の関係によって、前記短軸側の枢軸2aの基部は枢着片7の内側に接する状態で且つ長軸側の枢軸2aに装着した割ピン8が枢着片7の内側に接する状態になって、整地板2の軸方向の移動が拘束される。
