Description

【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
TECHNICAL FIELD The present invention relates to an eaves gutter apparatus provided with a decorative member for making a main body of an eaves gutter more suitable for a building.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, as shown in FIG. 8A, a front plate of an eaves gutter main body 2 as shown in an enlarged view of FIG. 8B, in which an eaves gutter device can be provided with a sense of unity on a roof of a building. An eaves gutter device having an eaves decoration A attached to 22 has been proposed. The eave decoration A is supported on the upper part of the front plate 22 of the eave gutter main body 2 having a substantially U-shaped cross section together with the eave gutter main body 2 by using a hanging metal fitting B as a support, as shown in FIG. 9, for example. Attached to the roof edge of the building.
[0003]
The hanging bracket B has fixing pieces F, F attached to upper surfaces of the supporting piece C and the eave decoration holding piece D with wing nuts E, E, respectively, and the tip of each fixing piece F, the supporting piece C, and the eave decoration. Holding portions for holding the ear portions a, a are formed between the supporting metal members G, H integrated with the holding piece D, respectively. Therefore, after the ears a are respectively inserted into the holding portions of the hanging metal fittings B by the hanging metal fittings B, the wing nuts E, E are tightened to hold the eave decoration A together with the eave gutter main body 2 and the eaves of one shape are formed. Eave decoration A, which is a decorative member of various shapes, is provided alongside the gutter main body 2, and the eave gutter main body 2 can be provided so as to be more suitable for a building.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, in the above-described conventional technique, in order to provide the eave decoration A, it is necessary to support the eave gutter main body 2 using a dedicated hanging metal fitting B. Therefore, for example, after installing an eaves gutter other than the above-mentioned eaves gutter body using a normal hanging metal fitting, an opinion is issued from the owner or the like that the eaves gutter shape is not balanced with the appearance of the building, and the eaves gutter device is provided. In order to change the design of the eaves, after removing the hanger and installing a new eave gutter corresponding to the appearance of the building, for example, a new eave gutter B as described above is installed and a new eave gutter is installed. Equipment had to be provided. Therefore, there is a problem that it takes a lot of time to respond to a design change when constructing the eaves gutter device.
[0005]
In addition, as Japanese Utility Model Application Laid-Open No. 4-87928, a pair of facing members long in the longitudinal direction provided on the front side wall of the eave gutter main body can be provided with decorative boards of various shapes, which are decorative members, without installing a dedicated hanging bracket. An eaves gutter device that can be attached to a pawl has been proposed. However, in this case, it is difficult to obtain an appearance in which the decorative panel is integrated with the eaves gutter body, and the load is applied only from the decorative panel to the front wall of the eaves gutter body. Failures such as detachment of the eaves gutter body from the hanging metal fittings were also assumed.
[0006]
The present invention has been made in view of the above circumstances, and its purpose is to easily provide a decorative member for eaves gutter main body makeup and to easily cope with a form more suitable for a building. An eaves gutter device is provided.
[0007]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, the eaves gutter device according to claim 1 is characterized in that the eaves gutter main body is formed by forming a concave groove in a bent portion in which an upper part of a front plate is bent obliquely rearward and upward, and a bottom plate. An elongated decorative member is formed by providing engagement pieces to be engaged with the concave grooves on upper and lower sides thereof, and the decorative member is fixed to the front of the front plate of the main body of the eaves gutter.
[0008]
Therefore, in this case, the engaging pieces provided on the upper and lower sides of the long decorative member are respectively provided in the concave grooves provided in the bent portion obtained by bending the upper part of the front plate of the eave gutter main body obliquely rearward and upward and the bottom plate. The decorative member can be fixed to the front of the front plate of the eaves gutter body by being engaged.
[0009]
Also, the upper opening of the eaves gutter body, the upper cover having a downward projection which is provided on one edge in the longitudinal direction and attached by engaging the same projections in the concave groove of the front plate.
[0010]
Therefore, in this case, the downward protrusion provided at one longitudinal end of the upper cover is engaged with the concave groove of the front plate of the eaves gutter main body, and the upper cover is attached to the upper opening of the eaves gutter main body. You.
[0011]
According to a second aspect of the present invention, there is provided an eaves gutter device, wherein the upper cover has a drain hole and the other edge in the longitudinal direction is located below the eaves member of the building.
[0012]
Therefore, in this case, the protrusion at one edge in the longitudinal direction of the upper cover having the drainage hole is engaged, and the other edge in the longitudinal direction is located below the eaves member of the building, and is attached to the eaves gutter body. Is done.
[0013]

Is bent in the middle so as to incline forward from the front end of the bottom plate 21 and bend in the middle so as to incline backward as it goes further upward, and a front ear 26 is formed on the upper portion of the front plate 22. ing. The rear plate 23 rises substantially vertically from the rear end of the bottom plate 21, and a rear ear 27 is formed above the rear plate 23. Support grooves are provided in the front ear 26 and the rear ear 27 along the longitudinal direction so that the front ear 26 and the rear ear 27 are stably supported by the support tool 5 described later and installed at the eaves.
[0018]
In this case, the front plate 22 is provided with a stepped bent portion 28 for draining rainwater flowing down the front plate 22 also serving as a design at a lower portion, and one concave groove 24 is formed with the upper portion rearward. A predetermined width dimension is provided near the upper part of the central bent portion 22a which is being bent so as to be inclined. In this case, the other concave groove 25 is provided at the front end of the bottom plate 21 so that the decorative member 3 described later can be stably fixed along the front plate 22.
[0019]
The decorative member 3 is formed by coating both surfaces of a metal plate such as a steel plate with a synthetic resin material, for example, as shown in FIG. An attachment piece 31 is bent rearward in a substantially L-shape by a corresponding width dimension, and an attachment piece 32 is provided at a lower portion with a rear edge raised to a predetermined height. The decorative member 3 is formed in a long shape having a predetermined width with a drainage protrusion 33 on an upper part and a design space 34 which is, for example, a flat surface below the protrusion. In addition to the flat surface shown in FIG. 3, the design space 34 is different from the staircase bent portion 28 of the eaves gutter main body 2, for example, has an appearance by a curved surface, an appearance having a large number of thin projections, and the like. Various design surfaces can be formed.
[0020]
The eaves gutter device 1 is supported by a support 5 made of a synthetic resin material such as a polycarbonate resin as shown in FIG. More specifically, the support tool 5 includes a front support portion 51 of the eave gutter main body 2 that engages with the support groove of the front ear 26 and supports the front side, a rear support portion 52 that supports the rear ear 27, and an eave gutter main body. 2 and a bottom contact piece 53 that substantially abuts the bottom plate 21 is integrally formed with a support piece 55 that is substantially T-shaped in a side view and protrudes forward from a fixed plate 54 that is attached to a roof end such as a building eaves. Is formed. In addition, the supporting member 5 includes the fixing plate 54, the draining plate 6 for guiding rainwater flowing down along the eaves base material 8 as the eaves top member to the upper opening 29 of the eaves gutter body 2, and the nose plate 7 as the eaves top member. It is fixed using a fixing tool such as a wood screw.
[0021]
In the eaves gutter device 1, first, the engaging piece 32 of the decorative member 3 is hooked on the concave groove 25 on the lower side of the eaves gutter body 2, and then the upper engaging piece 31 of the decorative member 3 is attached to the eaves gutter main body 2. 2, and the abutting surfaces thereof are bonded to each other with an appropriate adhesive, and the decorative member 3 is fixed to the front of the front plate 22 of the eave gutter main body 2 as shown in FIG. . Then, as shown in FIG. 5, the eaves gutter main body can be supported and installed on the support tool 5 provided at the eaves tip.
[0022]
Further, in the eaves gutter device 1, only the eaves gutter main body 2 can be installed by being supported by a support 5 provided at the eaves tip as shown in FIG. For example, after installing the above-mentioned eaves gutter main body 2, when the owner etc. gives an opinion that the eaves gutter main body is not balanced with the appearance of the building, and intends to change the design of the eaves gutter device, it is not supported. It is only necessary to fix the decorative member 3 suitable for the appearance of the building to the front of the front plate 22 of the eaves gutter main body 2 without removing the tool 5.
[0023]
Therefore, according to the eaves gutter device 1 described above, the elongated portions of the eaves gutter main body 2 are formed by bending the upper part of the front plate 22 obliquely upward and rearward and the grooves 24 and 25 provided in the bottom plate 21. The decorative member 3 can be fixed to the front of the front plate 22 of the eaves gutter main body 2 by engaging the engaging pieces 31 and 32 provided above and below the decorative member 3, respectively. The eaves gutter device of this embodiment differs from the reference example only in that an upper cover is added, and other components are the same as those of the reference example. At the upper opening 29 of the gutter main body 2, the upper cover 4 having the downward projection 41 provided at one edge of the longitudinal direction is provided by engaging the projection 41 with the concave groove 24 of the front plate 22. ing. In the eaves gutter device 1 of this embodiment, the upper cover 4 has a drain hole 43 and the other edge in the longitudinal direction is located below the eaves member of the building.
[0026]
More specifically, the upper cover 4 is a fallen leaf-preventing member for preventing fallen leaves or snowfall from accumulating in the eaves gutter main body 2, and covers both surfaces of a metal plate such as a steel plate with a synthetic resin material. As shown in FIG. 7, one end thereof is suspended at the front edge, which is one edge in the longitudinal direction, and the width is substantially further toward the front by a width dimension corresponding to the groove width of the concave groove 24 of the eaves gutter main body 2 described above. The projection 41 has an L-shaped projection 41 and a rear edge 42 at the rear edge, which is the other edge of the projection 41 in the longitudinal direction, and is formed in a long shape having a predetermined width. The upper cover 4 has a plurality of drainage holes 43 formed at predetermined intervals in the longitudinal direction on the inner side thereof. Further, in front of the drainage holes 43, rainwater flowing down the upper surface of the upper cover 4 is provided with drainage holes. A step 44 is formed for surely leading to 43, and the step 44 is gently inclined from the step 44 toward the protrusion 41 at the front edge.
[0027]
Therefore, when the upper cover 4 is fixed to the eaves gutter body 2 and used, the rainwater dropped on the upper cover 4 flows from the drain hole 43 and the projection 41 at the front edge toward the concave groove 24. Is guided to the flow passage in the eaves gutter body 2 as appropriate. In this case, an opening 45 for allowing rainwater to flow smoothly from the protrusion 41 to the concave groove 24 is formed in the protrusion 41 at a predetermined interval.
[0028]
In the above-mentioned eaves gutter device 1, when only the eaves gutter main body 2 is installed by being supported by the support tool 5 provided on the eaves tip as shown in FIG. 2, or depending on the appearance of the building as shown in FIG. In any case where the corresponding decorative member 3 is fixed and installed in front of the front plate 22 of the eaves gutter main body 2, the protrusion 41 on the upper front edge of the upper cover 4 is connected to the upper concave groove of the eaves gutter main body 2. 24, and the back surface of the inclined surface behind the projection 41 and the eaves gutter main body 2 are appropriately bonded to each other with an adhesive. As shown in FIG. Is located below the eaves member of the building, and can be easily installed without impairing the appearance of the eaves gutter device 1.
[0029]
Therefore, according to the eaves gutter device 1 described above, the downward projection 41 provided at one longitudinal end of the upper cover 4 is engaged with the concave groove 24 of the front plate 22 of the eaves gutter main body 2, Since the upper cover 4 is attached to the upper opening 29 of the eaves gutter main body 2, the fallen leaf guard member of the eaves gutter can be easily installed without damaging the appearance of the eaves gutter device 1.
[0030]
Further, the protrusion 41 at one edge in the longitudinal direction of the upper cover 4 having the drainage hole 43 is engaged, and the other edge in the longitudinal direction is located below the eaves member of the building, and Since it is attached, rainwater flowing down the upper surface of the fallen leaf guard member of the eaves gutter is surely guided into the eaves gutter main body 2, so that dripping of rainwater from the eaves gutter main body 2 directly to the ground is almost eliminated. You.

【The invention's effect】
As described above, the eaves gutter according to claim 1 of the present invention has a long eaves gutter on the bent portion formed by bending the upper part of the front plate of the eaves gutter obliquely rearward and upward and the bottom plate. Since the decorative members provided on the upper and lower sides of the member can be fixed and the decorative member can be fixed to the front of the front plate of the eave gutter main body, a decorative member for eave gutter main body can be easily provided. Therefore, it is possible to easily cope with a form more suitable for a building.
[0032]
Further, the groove of the front plate of the eaves gutter body, the downward projection provided on one longitudinal edge of the upper cover is engaged, since the upper cover is attached to the upper opening of the eaves gutters body, The falling leaf guard member of the eaves gutter can be easily installed without impairing the appearance of the eaves gutter device.
[0033]
Further, eaves gutters device according to claim 2, in addition to the effect of those according to claim 1, projections on one longitudinal edge of the cover having a drain hole is engaged, the other edge of the longitudinal Since the end is located below the eaves member of the building and attached to the eaves gutter body, rainwater flowing down the upper surface of the fallen leaf evacuation member of the eaves gutter is surely guided into the eaves gutter body, and thus the eaves gutter Almost no rain water dripping directly from the main body to the ground.
