2. Description of the Related Art In various plant facilities, a mesh-type outdoor grounding electrode or a rod-type outdoor grounding electrode is arranged in the ground outside a building, and a grounding wire led from the grounding electrode is buried in a foundation concrete of a building. It is common practice to connect to an indoor ground trunk and connect the ground side of various devices to the trunk. As described above, the grounding wire buried in the foundation concrete of the building is formed of a stranded copper wire and provided with a coating material on the outside, or a bare copper stranded wire is used. In any case, since the inundation due to groundwater infiltrates the core wire from the inner and outer surfaces of the coating and at least the connection portion without the coating,
It must be ensured that it does not penetrate deep into the buried foundation concrete. To this end, as shown in FIG. 4, each end of the ground wire 1 outside the building and the ground wire 2 inside the building are connected via a connector 14, and the connector 14 is embedded in the foundation concrete 5. Thereby, the direct ground line 1
This prevented the infiltration 12 of groundwater that had entered the interior from intruding before the connector. This connector 14 is formed in a sleeve shape as shown in FIG. 4, and a partition portion 15 is formed integrally therewith.

Such a sleeve-shaped connector is used as an outer surface of an outdoor grounding wire or its grounding wire 1.
When the inundation 12 due to the groundwater penetrates into the foundation concrete through the inside of the stranded wire, it is intended not to enter before the connector 14. However, in practice, the inundation 12 due to the groundwater reaching the connector may further travel along the outer surface of the connector and penetrate to the ground line 2 on the building side. Therefore, an object of the present invention is to provide an ideal connector that can completely stop the flooding 12 from the outdoor ground line side at the connector portion, and has the following configuration to achieve the object.

Next, an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. FIG. 1 is a perspective view of the ground wire connector of the present invention. FIG. 2 is an explanatory view showing a state in which it is buried in the foundation concrete 5. FIG. 3 is an explanatory view showing the relationship between the connector 6 and the foundation concrete 5 of the building and others. The connector 6 of this embodiment has a rectangular connector main body 3 made of a copper plate and an annular waterproof body 4 made of an elastic material such as synthetic rubber which is fitted around only the outer peripheral edge of the connector body 3 as an example. The ends of the core wires 1a and 2a of the ground wires 1 and 2 are electrically connected to the center of each of the front surface side and the rear surface side of the connector body 3. For this joining, brazing, welding, a molecular welding method utilizing a thermochemical reaction, or the like can be used. In this embodiment, the coating 1b is provided on the outer periphery of the core wire 1a made of a copper stranded wire, but the coating may not be provided.

[0006] With the ends of the ground wires 1 and 2 joined to the connector main body 3 as described above, the whole is buried in the foundation concrete 5. The other end of the ground wire 1 on the building outdoor side is connected to the mesh type outdoor ground electrode 8 so as to be able to conduct electricity. The mesh type outdoor grounding electrode 8 is buried in the ground 7 as shown in FIG. Next, the other end of the indoor ground wire 2 is electrically connected to a ground trunk 10 as shown in FIG. One end of a large number of conductive wires 11 is connected to the ground trunk line 10, and the other end is connected to ground lines of various devices. In this embodiment, the rod type outdoor grounding electrode 9 is provided simultaneously with the mesh type outdoor grounding electrode 8, but only one of them may be provided.

The ground wire connector according to the present invention has a flat connector body 3 at the center of both front and back surfaces to which the ends of the ground wires 1 and 2 are electrically connected. An annular waterproof body 4 having rubber elasticity is fitted annularly only on the outer peripheral edge of 3 and is buried in concrete of a building or the like. Inundation with groundwater on the surface or inside the strands12
However, when it reaches the connector body 3, it can be surely prevented from further entering the concrete structure. In other words, the inundation 12 of the groundwater reaching the connector moves along the gap between the surface of the flat connector body 3 and the concrete, but is completely prevented by the annular waterproof body 4 having rubber elasticity from further infiltration of the groundwater. I do.
