Field of the Invention The present invention relates to a tilling apparatus having a plurality of tilling nails mounted on a nail mounting body. 2. Description of the Related Art In general, a seed cultivating apparatus is disclosed in Japanese Utility Model Laid-Open Publication No. Sho 56-104303, and as shown in FIG. And a disk-shaped claw mounting body B that co-rotates with the drive shaft.
A claw mounting hole B, which corresponds to the insertion hole A1 of each of the tillage claws A.
1 and the mounting bolts C are inserted through the insertion holes A1 and the claw mounting holes B1, and the nuts N are tightened to these mounting bolts C, so that each tilling claw A is fixed to the claw mounting body B so as not to be tilted. ing. [0003] However, each tilling claw A in the above tilling apparatus is fixed by a plurality of mounting bolts C so that even if the fixing bolts C are loosened, they cannot be tilted. Therefore, when changing the diameter D between the tip edges of the respective tilling nails A according to the tilling operation form such as deep cultivation or medium tilling, it was necessary to replace all the tilling nails A. According to the present invention, without replacing the tilling nail,
It is a main object of the present invention to provide a tilling device capable of changing a diameter between tip edges of tilling claws. [0005] In order to achieve the above main object, the present invention is directed to a claw mounting body which rotates together with a drive shaft as shown in FIG. In a tilling apparatus in which a plurality of tilling claws are attached with nail mounting screws, the cultivating claws can be tilted in the rotation direction of the nail mounting body around the nail mounting screws, and the nail mounting body is a nail mounting for the tilling nails. It is characterized in that a claw receiver that abuts on a side surface on the tip side from the position and receives the tilting posture of each tilling claw is provided so as to be changeable in position. According to the first aspect of the present invention, as shown in FIG.
Since the claw receiver is in contact with each tilling claw and receives the tilting posture of each tilling claw, it is necessary to prevent each tilling claw that is tiltably mounted around the claw mounting position from tilting carelessly during tilling work. It can be supplemented, and by releasing the attachment of the nail receiver,
By tilting each tilling nail in the rotation direction of the nail mounting body around the nail mounting position, the diameter between the tip edges of each tilling nail can be changed without replacing each tilling nail, and By mounting the claw receiver again at a predetermined mounting position, the tilting posture of each tilling claw can be received. The tilling apparatus according to the embodiment shown in FIGS. 1 to 4 has an engine 91 mounted on the upper front part of a body 90 and, at the rear side of the body 90, interlocked with the drive shaft of the engine 91. A transmission case 92 having first and second output shafts is provided, and travels below the transmission case 92 via a travel transmission case 93 having a power transmission mechanism interlocked with rotation of the first output shaft. On the upper side of the transmission case 92, a running operation handle 95 is provided on the upper side of the transmission case 92, which extends obliquely upward toward the rear, and a rear end of the body 90 is interlocked with the rotation of the second output shaft. In the management machine 9 in which a rotary case 97 having a power transmission mechanism having a drive shaft 96 is mounted, the rotary case 97 is detachably mounted on the drive shaft 96 of the rotary case 97. It is. In the embodiment shown in FIG.
The figure shows a multiple type in which a plurality of tillage devices are mounted, but a single type may be used. [0008] This tilling device has the drive shaft 96 at the center.

Each of the tilling claws 2, 2 which can be tilted around the center of the tilling work, because the nail receivers 4, 4 abut on one side thereof and the tilting posture toward the rear side in the rotation direction X is received. At times, it is possible to prevent the tilling claws 2, 2 from inadvertently tilting. Further, when the diameter D between the tip edges of the tillage claws 2 and 2 is changed by a tillage operation mode such as deep tillage or medium tillage,
By pulling out the split pins 6 from the pin holes 13a, 4a, pulling out the respective pawl receivers 4, 4 from the respective receiving holes 12, 12, and loosening the pawl mounting screws 3, 3, etc., the respective plowing claws 2, 2 Can be tilted rearward in the rotation direction of the claw mounting body 1 around the claw mounting holes 11, 11. With the tilling claws 2 and 2 tilted, the respective nail receivers 4 and 4 are inserted into one of the two receiving holes 12 and 12 and the nail receivers 4 and 4 are inserted into the respective nail receivers 4 and 4. By contacting one side of each tilling claw 2, 2, the tilting posture of each tilling claw 2, 2 can be received, and the diameter D between the tip edges of each tilling claw 2, 2 can be changed. You can. After this change, each of the claw mounting screws 3, 3 is tightened, and each of the split pins 6 is inserted into each of the pin holes 13a, 4a.
Is prevented. The tilling device is mainly mounted on a management machine having no tail wheel as shown in FIG.
In the case of the multiple type shown in (1), the claw barrel 10 is relatively long, so that the claw barrel 10 is cultivated in contact with the soil surface, and the tillage depth is stabilized. In the embodiment shown in FIG. 2, the nut 30 is screwed onto the claw mounting screws 3 to attach the tilling claw 2 to the claw mounting body 1 in a tiltable manner. 1
1 may be a screw hole, and the nail mounting screws 3, 3 may be tightened in the nail mounting holes 11, 11, or the nail mounting screws 3, 3 may be replaced with the nails instead of the nail mounting holes 11, 11. Mounting body 1
And the tilling claws 2, 2 may be tiltably mounted by tightening nuts screwed onto the claw mounting screws 3, 3. In the embodiment shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, a plurality of receiving holes 12 and 12 are provided, and claw receivers 4 and 4 formed of pins are provided. However, for example, as shown in FIG. Are provided with receiving holes 12, 12 formed of arc-shaped elongated holes extending in the circumferential direction of the claw mounting body 1, and the claw receivers 4, 4 formed of bolts are inserted into the claw receiving holes 12, 12, thereby forming the claw. The nuts 40, 40 may be tightened to the receiving bodies 4, 4, and the receiving holes 12, 12, which are arc-shaped elongated holes extending in the circumferential direction of the claw attachment 1, as shown in FIG. A plurality of locking recesses 14, 14, which are recessed in the radial direction of the nail mounting body 1, are provided along the receiving holes, and the nail receiving bodies 4, 4 formed by bolts inserted into the nail receiving holes 12, 12 The nuts 40, 40 may be fastened to the claw receivers 4, while being locked by the stopping recesses 14, 14. The nail receivers 4, 4 shown in FIGS. 1, 5 and 6 are formed by using pins and bolts. As shown in the figure, an annular boss portion 41 provided at the center portion of the claw mounting body 1 and having a fitting hole to be fitted around the outer periphery of the claw shaft cylinder 10, and radially outward from the boss portion 41. Receiving piece 42, which has contact portions 42a, 42a which abut on one side of each of the tillage claws 2, 2,
42, a space between the boss 41 and the claw shaft tube 10 facing each other is formed in a spline-shaped uneven strip or polygonal shape, and the claw receivers 4 are inserted into and removed from the claw shaft tube 10. Thereby, the attachment positions of the claw receivers 4 may be changeable. In this case, the claw cylinder shaft 10 is protruded from both ends in the axial direction of the claw mounting body 1, and the claw receivers 4, 4 are attached to the outer periphery of the protruding portions on both ends so as to be changeable in position. Note that the management machine shown in FIG.
