【発明の詳細な説明】

【発明の属する技術分野】本発明は仮設建築用シートジ
ョイントの取付装置、特に、土木、建築の作業現場の仮
設建築物に防寒や、雨よけ等のため張設するシートのた
めの仮設建築用シートジョイントの取付装置に関するも
のである。

【従来の技術】従来の仮設建築用シートジョイントの取
付装置は例えば特開平10−306592号公報に示さ
れている。
【0003】図4はこのような従来の仮設建築用シート
ジョイントの取付装置を示し、1はシートジョイント、
2はその2個の縦パイプ、3はこの縦パイプ2内に挿入
した係止棒体、4は上記縦パイプ2の外周側面に形成し
た縦方向に延びるスリット、5はこのスリット4を介し
て上記縦パイプ2内に挿入されその端部を上記係止棒体
3に巻き付け固定したシート、6は上記2個の縦パイプ
2に固定した台板、7はこの台板6の両端に折り曲げ形
成した止め片、8は上記台板6の下面に対接した取付パ
イプ、9はこの取付パイプ8の一側に対接した弾性一側
アーム、10はこの一側アーム9の一端に形成した掛け
片、11は上記一側アーム9の他端にその基部をピン1
2を介して回動自在に枢支したレバー、13は上記取付
パイプ8の他側に対接した弾性他側アーム、14はこの
他側アーム13の一端に形成した掛け片、15は上記レ
バー11の略中間部に連結した上記他側アーム13の他
端である。
【0004】このような従来の仮設建築用シートジョイ
ントの取付装置においては一側及び他側アーム9,13
の掛け片10,14を台板6の両端の止め片7,7に係
止し、レバー11を時計方向に回動すれば取付パイプ8
にシートジョイント1を固定できるようになる。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】然しながら、上記従来
の仮設建築用シートジョイントの取付装置においては、
取付パイプ8に対する固定力を一側及び他側アーム9,
13の弾性締付け力に依存しているため使用回数増加に
よるアーム9,13の伸びにより、または、取付パイプ
8の大小に応じて締付力が変化し、シートジョイント1
の位置が左右にずれる等の問題を生ずる。
【0006】本発明は上記の問題を解決したものであ
る。

【課題を解決するための手段】本発明の仮設建築用シー
トジョイントの取付装置は、仮設建築用シートジョイン
トを取り付ける取付パイプを抱持してその両端をシート
ジョイントに掛止した略U字状の弾性片と、上記取付パ
イプの上記シートジョイントと反対側の外周面にその先
端が対接されるよう上記弾性片の中間部に螺合した締付
ボルトとより成り、上記締付ボルトの先端が傾斜してお
り、上記弾性片が帯状で上記締付ボルトが螺合される部
分に近接した両側にくぼみが形成されていることを特徴
とする。

【発明の実施の形態】以下図面によって本発明の実施例
を説明する。
【0011】本発明においては図1及び図2に示すよう
に両端に夫々上記台板6の止め片7に係合する掛け片1
6を形成した略U字状の弾性帯片17を用い、この弾性
帯片17によって上記パイプ8を取り囲み、上記掛け片
16を上記台板6の止め片7に係合した状態で上記弾性
帯片17の両側内面部分が上記台板6に対接した取付パ
イプ8の両側面を挾持せしめるようにすると共に、上記
取付パイプ8の上記台板6と反対側の外周面18に対向
する位置で上記弾性帯片17にナット19を固定し、上
記弾性帯片17を貫通するボルト20を上記ナット19
に螺合して延ばし、このボルト20の先端21が上記パ
イプの外周面18に対接されるようにする。
【0012】なお、上記弾性帯片17の上記ボルト螺合
部分に近接する両側には図2に示すようにくぼみ22,
22を設け、この部分の弾性変形を容易ならしめるのが
好ましい。
【0013】本発明の仮設建築用シートジョイントの取
付装置は上記のような構成であるからボルト20を締め
付ければボルト20の先端21が取付パイプ8の外周面
18に対接し、ボルト20の締め付けに応じて取付パイ
プ8が弾性帯片17を介して台板6に強固に押圧され、
シートジョイント1を取付パイプ8に取り付けできるよ
うになる。
【0014】なお、本発明の他の実施例においては上記
ボルト20の先端21を図3に示すように斜めに傾斜せ
しめ、ボルト20の先端21の一側に尖端部が形成され
るようにする。
【0015】この実施例によれば、ボルト20の先端2
1の尖端部が取付パイプ8の外周面18の一部に喰い込
むようになるため、弾性帯片17が取付パイプ8の周り
に移動するのを阻止できるようになる。

【発明の効果】上記のように本発明の仮設建築用シート
ジョイントの取付装置によれば、その着脱操作が極めて
簡単となり、また、取付パイプ8の大小にかかわらず、
また、弾性帯片17が伸びてもボルト20のねじ込み深
さを変えることにより常に一定の締付力を得ることがで
