According to this charger, as shown in FIG.
The circuit board 12 is housed in a housing 14 formed by the upper cover 15 and the lower case 16, and the base board 1 is attached to the circuit board 12.
The top end of the charging terminal 13 to which the 3a is fixed is the upper cover 1
The contact terminal 13b is formed by being exposed to the outside from an opening 15a provided in the charging terminal 13;
c is arranged at a place other than above the circuit board 12 and is bent so as to be located below the base end 13a. The bottom of the lower case 16 has a hole 1 for draining water.
6a is provided. Then, the telephone to be charged is placed on the upper cover 15.
When set in the recessed portion 15b provided in the charging terminal 13, even if the water droplet attached to the telephone drops and adheres to the contact portion 13b of the charging terminal 13, does the water droplet transmitted to the charging terminal 13 accumulate in the halfway portion 13c? , Falls downward from the halfway portion 13 c and reaches the bottom of the lower case 16, where the drain hole 1 is formed.
6a is discharged outside. [0005] However, in the above-described conventional charger, the middle portion 13c of the charging terminal 13 is not provided.
However, since the circuit board 12 is disposed at a place other than above the circuit board 12, the circuit board 12 has to be disposed by forming a portion located above the halfway portion 13c into a cutout shape, and the electronic component Could not secure a sufficient mounting area. SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION It is an object of the present invention to improve the above-mentioned conventional battery charger and to provide a battery charger configured to secure a sufficient mounting area for electronic components on a circuit board. [0007] In order to achieve the above object, a charger according to the present invention accommodates a circuit board in a housing formed by an upper cover and a lower case, and includes a charging terminal. A tip side is disposed so as to be exposed to the outside from an opening provided at the bottom of a concave portion formed for setting an electronic device such as a telephone on the upper cover, and an upper side of the circuit board facing the opening. A partition plate made of a transparent resin material is disposed so as to cover the light guide portion, and a light guide portion whose one end side faces the charging state display lamp mounted on the circuit board is integrally provided on the partition plate, and the other end of the light guide portion is provided. Side is exposed to the outside of the housing, and, at the bottom of the lower case, a drain hole through which water drops dropped from the outside to the partition plate in the housing through the opening are formed is formed. It is configured. [0008] With the above configuration, the circuit board can be extended to the position facing the opening, and the mounting area of the electronic component can be increased. Further, since the partition plate is made of a transparent resin material, the inside of the housing can be visually observed during assembly. [0010] A battery charger according to a first aspect of the present invention is provided within a housing formed by an upper cover and a lower case.
An opening provided at the bottom of a recess formed to accommodate an electronic device such as a telephone on an upper cover of the housing while accommodating the circuit board at a position spaced from the bottom of the lower case. A partition plate made of a transparent resin material is disposed so as to be exposed from the outside to cover an upper side of the circuit board facing the opening, and the circuit board is provided on the partition plate. A light guide portion, one end of which is opposed to the charging state display lamp mounted on the substrate, is integrally provided, and the other end of the light guide is exposed outside the housing,
In addition, a drain hole is formed at the bottom of the lower case, through which water droplets dropped from the outside to the partition plate in the housing through the opening are drawn out. With the above arrangement, since the partition plate is disposed so as to cover the upper side of the circuit board facing the opening of the concave portion, water drops dropped from the opening are received by the partition plate, and It does not take. As a result,
This circuit board can be extended to a position facing the opening, and the mounting area of the electronic component can be increased. Further, since the partition plate is made of a transparent resin material, the interior can be visually observed during the assembly regardless of whether the partition plate is assembled on the circuit board side or the charging terminal side. Hereinafter, an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIG.
This will be described with reference to FIG. FIG. 1 is a longitudinal sectional view of a charger according to an embodiment of the present invention, and FIG. 2 is an exploded perspective view of the charger. Reference numeral 1 denotes a charger housing. A lower case 2 having a bottomed container shape and an upper cover 3 for closing an opening of the lower case 2. The upper cover 3 has a concave portion 3a for setting an electronic device (not shown) such as a telephone set for charging, and an opening portion 3b is formed at the bottom of the concave portion 3a. Reference numeral 4 denotes a substantially rectangular circuit board on which electronic components 4b, 4b,... Such as a charging indicator lamp 4a and a power jack are mounted. The circuit board 4 is separated from the bottom of the lower case 2. And is housed in the housing 1 by being attached to the lower case by a method not shown. Reference numeral 5 denotes a charging terminal electrically connected to a power jack of the electronic components 4b.
Is attached to the circuit board 4 side or the upper cover 3 side (not shown), and the distal end side is an opening 3.
b, it is arranged so as to protrude toward the concave portion 3a and be exposed to the outside. Reference numeral 6 denotes a substantially rectangular partition plate made of a transparent resin material. The partition plate 6 faces the opening 3b and covers the upper part of the circuit board 4 so as to cover a part of the upper side thereof. 3 or the lower case 2 by a method not shown. The partition plate 6 is provided integrally with a light guide 7 whose one end is opposed to the charging state display lamp 4a. The other end of the light guide 7 is exposed to the outside by a through hole 3 c formed in the upper surface of the housing 1, for example, the upper cover 3. Further, on the outer peripheral portion of the partition plate 6, water guide walls 6a are provided upright on two sides facing each other.
The upper and lower ends are longer than the thickness of the partition plate 6 and protrude in the vertical direction of the partition plate 6. Since the water guide wall 6a is provided upright on the partition plate 6, the opposing side walls of the circuit board 4 facing the remaining two sides of the partition plate 6 not provided with the water guide wall 6a are notched. 4c and 4c. A circuit board 4 is provided on the bottom 2a of the lower case 2.
A plurality of drainage holes 8 are formed so as to face the notches 4c, 4c, and the drainage holes 8 are dropped from the outside onto the partition plate 6 in the housing 1 through the openings 3b. Water droplets are led out. In the above configuration, when charging an electronic device, the charging jack of the electronic device is set in the concave portion 3a of the upper cover 3 in accordance with the charging terminal 5, and water drops adhere to the electronic device to be set. In this case, the water drops may drop due to the gravity during charging, and may enter the housing 1 guided to the opening 3b. If water drops enter the housing 1, the water drops may first drop onto the partition plate 6 and evaporate as it is.
The liquid is further dropped into the housing 1 from the remaining two sides of the partition plate 6 where the water guide wall 6a is not provided. Then, the water droplets dropped into the housing 1 reach the bottom 2 a of the lower cover 2 and are discharged to the outside of the housing 1 through the drain holes 8. During the charging of such an electronic device,
The charging display lamp 4a is turned on, and the light beam is guided from the light guide 7 to the outside through the through hole 3c. Therefore, in the above-described embodiment, the partition plate 6 is provided with the opening 3b of the recess 3a formed in the upper cover 3.
Is disposed so as to cover the upper side of the circuit board 4, water drops dropped from the opening 3 b are received by the partition plate 6 and do not reach the circuit board 4. As a result, the circuit board 4 can be extended to a position facing the opening 3b, and the mounting area of the electronic component can be increased. Further, since the partition plate 6 is made of a transparent resin material, it can be assembled either on the circuit board 4 side or on the charging terminal 5 side (upper cover 3 side). During assembly, the inside can be visually checked, facilitating the assembly work. Further, as a result of integrally forming the light guide 7 for guiding the light of the charging display lamp 4a to the outside to the partition plate 6,
It does not increase the number of parts. As described above, according to the present invention, since the partition plate is disposed so as to cover the upper side of the circuit board in opposition to the opening of the concave portion formed in the upper cover, the partition plate is dropped from the opening. Water droplets can be received by the partition plate and do not hit the circuit board. As a result, the circuit board can be extended to a position facing the opening, and the mounting area of the electronic component can be increased. Further, since the partition plate is made of a transparent resin material, the interior can be visually observed during the assembly regardless of whether the partition plate is assembled on the circuit board side or the charging terminal side. Facilitates assembly work. Further, since the light guide portion for guiding the light beam of the charging display lamp to the outside is formed integrally with the partition plate, the number of components is not increased.
