(57)【特許請求の範囲】(57) [Claims] 【請求項1】階段の壁面に、該階段の勾配と略等しい傾
斜で取り付けられ、階段照明をなしうる階段照明装置で
あって、 前記壁面に固着されかつ内部で適宜間隔を隔てて複数個
配される照明具を取付けうる長尺のベース枠と、このベ
ース枠に脱着自在に取付けできかつ前記照明具の照光に
よって階段を照らす開口部が設けられるとともに前記取
付によりベース部との間に前記照明具の配線を納める長
手方向の空所を形成するカバー体とからなる基枠を具
え、かつ両端部に雑巾摺りの端部と滑らかに連なる連続
面を有するエンドキャップが取り付けられ、 前記カバー体は照明具の両側に取付けされ主に配線を目
隠ししうる配線カバー部と、この配線カバー部の各向き
合う内縁を被覆可能に取り付けされ主に照明具を覆う照
明カバーとからなり、 しかも前記ベース枠は、照明具が取り付けられる取付板
部に該照明具を位置決めしうる位置合わせ部を形成した
ことを特徴とする階段照明装置。
