2. Description of the Related Art As is well known, a sliding sunshade slidably supports a sunshade on a pair of guide rails having a U-shaped cross section provided on both sides of an opening of a sunroof of an automobile. By the way, conventionally, metal spring members are fixed to both side edges of the sunshade in order to make the sliding resistance with the inner surface of the guide rail constant, and the elasticity of the spring members controls the sliding resistance to obtain an appropriate sliding resistance. is doing. However, since the spring member is made of metal, if it comes into direct contact with a metal guide rail, a rubbing noise will be produced during sliding. Therefore, in order to prevent that noise, the contact part of the spring member has conventionally been covered with a synthetic resin. Alternatively, a contact piece molded of synthetic resin is separately attached.

However, when the resin coating or the separate molded article is assembled as described above, there is a problem that the manufacturing cost becomes high. It is also possible to control the sliding resistance by winding a thick knit (or elastic woven cloth) instead of the metal spring member around the both sides of the sunshade and sliding the knit on the inner surface of the guide rail. It was being done. Further, the specifications such as sliding contact with the elastic foam of resin or the resin molded spring have a problem that the elasticity tends to be lost with the passage of time, and the elasticity is also lost due to heat, so that the sliding resistance value largely changes. [Function] Since a part of the skin material comes into sliding contact with the inner surface of the guide rail due to the elasticity of the leaf spring portion from the inside thereof, a constant sliding resistance is obtained with little change in elasticity, and moreover, when the metals are slidable with each other. There is no rubbing noise that would occur.

The sunshade 2 is a metal plate, a fiber-reinforced synthetic resin plate, a fiber-consolidated plate, a synthetic resin foam-molded plate, a reinforced corrugated board, a veneer plate, or a surface of a sunshade substrate 4 composed of a composite of these, a woven fabric, The skin member 5 is made of leather, non-woven fabric, or the like, and the spring member 6 is fixed to the side edge portion of the sunshade substrate 4 prior to the covering of the skin member 5. The spring member 6 is formed by bending a thin elastic metal plate into a U-shape by pressing to form a sandwiching portion 7, and a leaf spring curved integrally with the sandwiching portion 7 outward in an arch shape. The part 8 is formed. The tip 9 of the leaf spring portion 8 is bent back in the opposite direction to the leaf spring portion 8. In addition, an engaging piece 10 is integrally formed at the center of one surface of the sandwiching portion 7 so as to insert a U-shaped notch at the time of press working and bend it inward in a U-shape. The sunshade substrate 4 is cut into a substantially rectangular shape that can shield the opening of the sunroof, and engaging holes 11 corresponding to the engaging pieces 10 are formed near the corners of both side edges. Reference numeral 13 denotes a shallow recess formed near the engagement hole 11. The skin material 5 is preliminarily cut into a size capable of covering the lower surface and the peripheral portion of the sunshade substrate 4.

As shown in FIGS. 3 to 5, the spring member 6 has the sandwiching portion 7 sandwiched in the side edge portion of the sunshade substrate 4 and the engaging piece 10 engaged with the engaging hole 11. The leaf spring portion 8 is arranged so as to be easily attached and detached by the above, and the leaf spring portion 8 is positioned on the upper surface of the sunshade substrate 4 so as to draw an arc in an arc shape. At that time, the tip 9 is located in the recess 13. Then, the skin material 5 is attached to the lower surface of the sunshade substrate 4 with an adhesive, and the peripheral edge portion of the skin material 5 is folded back onto the sunshade substrate 4 and adhered with the adhesive to form the leaf spring portion 8. Cover with the skin material 5. Therefore, part of the skin material 5 elastically projects due to the elasticity of the leaf spring portion 8, and when both side edges of the sunshade 2 are slid into the guide rails 1 and 1, the elasticity of the leaf spring portion 8 causes the skin to move. A part of the material 5 comes into elastic contact with the inner surfaces of the guide rails 1, 1. In this way, the skin material 5 comes into contact with the inner surfaces of the guide rails 1 and 1 without causing a rubbing noise unlike when the metals are slid with each other, and due to the elasticity of the leaf spring portion 8, it is resistant to high temperatures. Even in the long-term use, a stable elastic force can be obtained and the sliding resistance with the guide rails 1, 1 can be made constant.

Further, the spring member 6 shown in FIG.
In addition to the spring member 6 shown in FIG. 1, an arched leaf spring portion 12 is formed in a plane orthogonal to the leaf spring portion 8. The leaf spring portion 12 connects the spring member 6 to the sunshade substrate 4 When fixed to the sunshade substrate 4
Since it will be located on the side edge surface of the guide rail 1,
A part of the skin material 5 can also be elastically brought into contact with the inner bottom surface of 1. As a result, the sliding resistance of the sunshade 2 can be made more stable.

The sandwiching portion 7 in the embodiment shown in FIGS. 3 and 6 also has a function as a stopper for limiting the movement amount when the sun shade 2 is opened and closed.

On the other hand, the embodiment shown in FIG. 7 shows another form of the spring member 6, and the spring member 6 shown in FIG. 7 has a U-shape that can be attached to the side edge portion of the sunshade substrate 4. The sandwiching portions 7 are formed at both ends of the leaf spring portion 8 and the leaf spring portion 12, and such a spring member 6 is suitable for being fixed to an intermediate portion of both side edges of the sunshade substrate 4.

As described above, according to the sliding sunshade for an automobile of the present invention, a part of the skin material is brought into slidable contact with the inner surface of the guide rail by the elasticity of the leaf spring portion from the inside thereof. The elasticity of the leaf spring portion always provides a stable sliding resistance for a long period of time without generating a rubbing noise that directly slides against the guide rail, thus improving operability.
Moreover, since the structure is simple, there are beneficial effects such as low cost manufacturing and assembling.
