庫の断熱箱体について説明する。1は側板1a及び天板

側に折り曲げて形成した前面フランジ、3は前面フラン
ジ2の裏側に折り返した裏面フランジ、4は前面フラン
ジ2と裏面フランジ3とに同位置に連続して設けた穴部
である。5は合成樹脂から形成された内箱である。6は
裏面フランジ3に連続して裏面フランジ3との間に内箱
5挿入溝3aを形成するとともに、側板1a及び天板1
bとの間にパイプ溝7を形成した後フランジで、パイプ
溝7に露付防止用放熱パイプ8を挿入している。9は内
箱5の左右にわたって設けられ区画する中仕切である。
10は中仕切9に形成され、前記穴部4背面に位置する
中仕切穴である。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】しかしながら上記のよ
うな構成では、ヒンジ12を固定しているネジ16は前
面フランジ2と裏面フランジ3を介して中仕切穴10に
のみ締めつけ固定されているため、ヒンジ12に負荷が
加わるとヒンジ12が当接している中仕切9ががたつ
き、更には補強部材15が発泡断熱材17内にて周囲の
部材と連結固定されていないため補強部材の役目を果た
せずに外箱1にねじれ、傾きを生じる要因の一つとされ
てきた。
【0007】本発明は、上記問題点に鑑み、ヒンジに負
荷が加えられても中仕切のがたつきを最小限に抑え、更
に外箱にねじれ、傾きを起こさせない冷蔵庫を提供する
ことを目的としている。

【課題を解決するための手段】上記欠点を解決するため
に本発明の冷蔵庫は、側板と天板とからなる外箱と、前
記外箱の全面開口縁に内側に折り曲げて形成した前面フ
ランジと、前記前面フランジの裏側に折り返した裏面フ
ランジと、前記前面フランジと前記裏面フランジとに同
位置に連続して設けた穴部と、前記裏面フランジに連続
して前記裏面フランジとの間に内箱挿入溝を形成し、側
板及び天板との間にパイプ溝を形成した後フランジと、
前記パイプ溝に挿入された露付防止用放熱パイプと、前
記内箱内部を区画する中仕切と、前記中仕切に前記穴部
背面に位置する中仕切穴と、前記内箱に形成した前記中
仕切穴の背面に位置する内箱穴と、前記中仕切の前面に
当接されたヒンジと、前記ヒンジの前記穴部前面部に位
置するヒンジ穴と、前記後フランジの後面に当接された
前面部を有し前記前面部が前記中仕切より上方に向かっ
て延出されたコ字状の補強部材とよりなり、前記コ字状
の補強部材の前面部に凸部を一体に形成し、凸部は後フ
ランジに接触しないよう内箱に当接するようヒンジ側へ
絞り込んだ形状とし、前記凸部の前記内箱穴背面に位置
するネジ穴と、前記ヒンジ穴と、前記前面フランジと前
記裏面フランジとに設けた前記穴部と、前記中仕切穴
と、前記内箱穴とを長ネジにて一体に固定し、前記内箱
と前記外箱間に発泡充填された発泡断熱材という構成を
備えたものである。

【作用】本発明は上述した構成によって、コ字状の補強
部材をヒンジからネジにより一体にて固定できるため、
ヒンジに負荷が加えられても補強部材を利用して中仕切
のがたつきを最小限に抑えることができ、更に補強部材
が中仕切と固定されていることより外箱にねじれ、傾き
が起こることを防止する。

【実施例】以下本発明の一実施例の冷蔵庫について、図
面を参照しながら説明する。尚、従来と同一構成につい
ては同一符号を付け、その詳細な説明を省略する。

強部材15の前面部14をヒンジ穴13より外箱1の背
面に向かって一直線上に位置し、かつ後フランジ6に接
触しないよう内箱5に当接するようヒンジ12側へ絞り
込んだ形状を持つ凸部である。

たヒンジ12からのネジが締めつけられるよう配慮した
穴径を持つネジ穴である。21はヒンジ穴13,穴部
4,中仕切穴10,内箱穴11を貫通し、更にネジ穴1
9に到達しネジを締めこむに十分な長さを持つ長ネジで
ありヒンジ12から凸部19までを長ネジ21にて強固
にネジ固定したものである。

コ字状の補強部材15をヒンジ12から長ネジ21によ
り一体にて固定できるため、ヒンジ12に負荷が加えら
れてもコ字状の補強部材15に圧接固定されているため
中仕切9のがたつきを最小限に抑えることができ、更に
コ字状の補強部材15が中仕切と固定されていることよ
り、更に補強効果を増し、冷蔵庫本体に外力が加わって
も外箱1にねじれ、傾きが起こることを防止するという
効果がある。

【発明の効果】以上のように本発明は、コ字状の補強部
材の前面部に凸部を一体に形成し、凸部は後フランジに
接触しないよう内箱に当接するようヒンジ側へ絞り込ん
だ形状とし、前記凸部の前記内箱穴背面に位置するネジ
穴と、前記ヒンジ穴と、前記前面フランジと前記裏面フ
ランジとに設けた前記穴部と、前記中仕切穴と、前記内
箱穴とを長ネジにて一体に固定したので、ヒンジに負荷
が加えられても補強部材を利用して中仕切のがたつきを
最小限に抑えることができ、更に補強部材が中仕切と固
定されていることより外箱にねじれ、傾きが起こること
