Description: BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention relates to an oily solid cosmetic which has excellent shape retention, stability over time, and good usability. Heretofore, as an oily solid cosmetic, there has been used an oily solid made of a liquid oil for cosmetics and a wax such as paraffin, in which a cosmetic component such as a pigment is dispersed. Such oily solid cosmetics were inferior in strength and stability, and were not satisfactory in dispersibility of pigments and the like. [0003] Therefore, the strength of these oily solid cosmetics,
For the purpose of improving performance such as stability and pigment dispersibility, it has also been practiced to incorporate synthetic polyethylene wax and vegetable wax, but the effect is still not sufficient,
Higher performance was required. On the other hand, various vegetable waxes and animal waxes have been used to improve the strength and stability of oily solids or to improve the dispersibility of pigments. In fact, it is difficult to constantly obtain required performance due to problems such as composition stability and impurities. [0005] Accordingly, an object of the present invention is to provide an oily solid cosmetic having appropriate strength, high stability, and excellent pigment dispersibility. [0006] Under such circumstances, the present inventors have made intensive studies and as a result, modified a general oily solid cosmetic base comprising a liquid oil and a solid oil with a specific structure. The inventors have found that by adding polyethylene, an oil-based solid cosmetic having significantly improved strength and dispersibility of a pigment can be obtained, thereby completing the present invention. That is, the present invention provides the following components (A) and (B): (A) the following formula (1): Wherein R PE represents a linear polyethylene group or a branched (alkyl-substituted) polyethylene group.
Modified polyethylene having a melting point of 60 to 120 ° C 0.1
(B) a wax having a melting point of 60 to 120 ° C selected from paraffin wax, polyethylene wax, microcrystalline wax and ceresin 2.9 to 50% by weight
And the total amount of the component (A) and the component (B) is 3 to 80.
The present invention provides an oil-based solid cosmetic which is a weight percentage. DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS In the present invention, a solid material refers to a material that is not fluid at normal temperature (15 to 25.degree. C.) and normal pressure, and has a rod shape, a plate shape and a dish shape. Examples thereof include those formed by casting, but are not particularly limited. The modified polyethylene (1) used in the present invention has a molecular weight of 300 to 2 from the viewpoint of melting point and shape retention.
000 is preferable, and 300 to 1,000 is particularly preferable. [0012] The modified polyethylene (1) is 60 to 120
It has a melting point in the range of 65 ° C to 115 ° C.
Is particularly preferred. If the melting point is less than 60 ° C., the solidifying power is inferior, which is not preferable in terms of maintaining the shape of the product. On the other hand, if the melting point exceeds 120 ° C., it must be melted at a high temperature, which is not preferable. Examples of the modified polyethylene (1) include UNICID (manufactured by Petrolite). The compounding amount of the modified polyethylene (1) is 0.1 to 50% by weight in the oily cosmetic from the viewpoint that the hardness of the oily solid cosmetic is moderate, a good feeling in use is obtained, and the effect of dispersing pigments and the like is obtained. %, More preferably 1 to 50% by weight. In the present invention, the modified polyethylene (1)
It is preferable to use the wax of the component (B) in combination. The wax has a melting point of 60 to 120 ° C, and any wax having a melting point within this range can be suitably used. This melting point is particularly preferably from 60 to 110 ° C. Melting point is 60 ° C
If less than this, the solidification power is inferior, which is not preferable in terms of maintaining the shape of the product. On the other hand, if the melting point exceeds 120 ° C., a high-temperature operation is required at the time of melting, which is not preferable. Such waxes may be natural or synthetic, for example, vegetable waxes such as candelilla wax, carnauba wax, rice wax, wood wax, jojoba oil, etc .; Wax; mineral wax such as montan wax, ozokerite, and ceresin; petroleum wax such as paraffin wax and microcrystalline wax; synthetic hydrocarbon wax such as polyolefin wax and Fischer-Tropsch wax; montan wax derivative, paraffin wax derivative and microcrystalline Modified waxes such as wax derivatives and polyolefin wax derivatives;
Hydrogenated waxes such as hydrogenated castor oil and hydrogenated castor oil derivatives; In the present invention, paraffin wax,
Preferred are polyethylene wax, Fischer-Tropsch wax, microcrystalline wax, ceresin, ozokerite and the like. The compounding amount of the wax is 2.9 to 50% by weight in the oil-based solid cosmetic from the viewpoint that the oil-based solid cosmetic has an appropriate hardness and obtains a good feeling in use and obtains sufficient shape retention. %, More preferably 2.9 to 30% by weight. The total blended amount of the modified polyethylene (1) and the wax is preferably from 3 to 80% by weight, more preferably from 5 to 50% by weight in the oily solid cosmetic from the viewpoints of shape retention and feeling of use. The oily solid cosmetic of the present invention contains, in addition to the above-mentioned components, oils used in ordinary solid oily cosmetics, having a melting point of 6%.
Waxes, powders, dyes, polymer compounds, fragrances, surfactants, antioxidants, preservatives, cosmetic ingredients, pigments, etc. other than 0 to 120 ° C. may be appropriately blended within a range that does not impair the effects of the present invention. it can. As the pigment, known pigments usually used in cosmetics can be used. Specific examples include extender pigments such as talc, sericite, mica, kaolin, silica, nylon powder, polyethylene powder, and cellulose powder; carbon black , Titanium oxide,
