【発明の属する技術分野】本発明はコーヒー、紅茶等の
温かい液体を保温する電気保温ポットであって、特に、
ポット本体に蓋体をしたまま液体を注入し、ポット本体
の下部より注出する自然吐出型の電気保温ポットに関す
るものである。

【従来の技術】従来の電気保温ポットはステンレス等の
金属製で、上端広口、下端細口を備えた内容器を設け、
この内容器の下部外側に内容器内の液体を加熱するヒー
ターを張設し、この内容器を囲んだ外装ケースと、この
外装ケースの下端に結合した底部材と、外装ケースの上
端に結合した肩部材とからなる外装体部を設け、内容器
の下端細口に連通し、内容器と外装体部との間を通って
一旦上昇し、肩部材の前部下端より内容器内の液体を吐
出する吐出ユニットと、肩部材の上端に内容器の上端開
口を覆う蓋体を設け、この蓋体内に吐出ユニットを介し
て内容器内の液体を吐出する空気圧利用のベローズポン
プを設けていた。

利用によるために、内容器と外装体部との間に吐出ユニ
ットを設けなければならず、狭い隙間に設置することと
なって組み立て作業が煩わしく、しかも蓋体内に設けた
ベローズポンプによって構造が複雑となっていた。そこ
で、内容器の下端細口と連通の吐出ユニットを内容器と
底部材との間に設け、底部材の下端に受け座付きの台座
を設け、吐出ユニットの吐出口をこの台座の受け座に向
けて設け、蓋体内のベローズポンプを削除し、内容器内
の液体を自然落下するように構成した電気保温ポットが
開発された。

上端開口を開けることとなるために保温効果が薄れると
いう問題点があった。

体をしたまま、内容器内に液体を直接注入できると共に
非常に簡単な操作にて内容器内との流入通路を開閉で
き、閉鎖時の保温効果にも優れた電気保温ポットを提供
するにある。

【課題を解決するための手段】本発明に係る電気保温ポ
ットは上端に広口、下端に細口を備えた内容器2を設
け、内容器の下部にヒーター10を張設し、内容器を囲
んだ外装ケース3を設け、外装ケースの下端に底部材6

口と連通の吐出ユニット8を設け、底部材の下端に受け
