【従来の技術及びその課題】従来、浴室内で鏡の周辺の
照度を確保するために、鏡の設置された壁面に照明器具
を設置しており、この照明器具が従来では内側へ突出し
て設置される場合が多く、そのため従来においては、浴
室内の鏡の周辺が煩雑化して美観上好ましくないという
問題点があり、また、照明器具が内側へ出っ張ることに
より圧迫感が生じてしまい、また、照明器具の周辺の清
掃性が悪くなるという問題点があった。

【課題を解決するための手段】本発明は上記従来の問題
点に鑑み案出したものであって、優れた美観を呈し、圧
迫感の生じない浴室を提供せんことを目的とし、その要
旨は、浴室内の洗い場側の正面壁には鏡が設置され、該
鏡の側方には、前記正面壁と直交状に凹部壁が配設さ
れ、該凹部壁の他端側には室内側へ９０°折曲状に突出
壁が配置され、該突出壁と直交状で前記凹部壁と平行に
室内側に側面壁が配置され、該側面壁の前記正面壁側の
先端が前記突出壁よりも正面壁側へ突出して、その先端
にカバーが設けられ、該カバーと前記突出壁間に照明器
が収納設置されていることである。

【実施例】以下、本発明の実施例を図面に基づいて説明
する。図１は、浴室内の洗い場側の要部斜視構成図であ
り、また図２は、図１の平面構成図である。
【０００５】図において、浴室内の洗い場１側の正面壁
２には鏡３が設置されており、この鏡３の図示右側方に
は、正面壁２の右端と直交状に凹部壁４が配設されてお
り、凹部壁４の他端側には内側へ９０°折曲状に突出壁
５が配置され、この突出壁５と直交状に、前記凹部壁４
と平行に内側に側面壁６が配置されており、側面壁６の
正面壁２側の先端が前記突出壁５よりも正面壁２側へ突
出して、その先端にカバー７が設けられ、このカバー７
は透明板で形成されて、カバー７と突出壁５間に、蛍光
灯からなる照明器８が縦方向に収納設置されたものとな
っている。
【０００６】カバー７と前記正面壁２間は、外側へ凹ん
だ凹部９を形成しており、この凹部９は側面壁６よりも
外側に突出状となって、この凹部９には、上下方向に所
定間隔で、透明または半透明の板材で構成された収納棚
１０，１０が設置されたものとなっている。また、この
凹部９の下部部位にはカウンター１１の右端部が呑み込
まれて設置されており、カウンター１１は鏡３の下方に
水平状に設置されている。

の光は、凹部９内を照らし、鏡３の右側周辺を良好に間
接照明することができ、使用者が鏡３に顔を近づけた時
に、鏡３で反射された光が使用者の顔を良好に照らすこ
とができるように設定されており、使用者が鏡３から遠
ざかった状態では、使用者の目に照明器８の光が入ら
ず、離れた位置では眩しさを感じることがないように設
定されている。

具が設けられていないため、鏡３の周辺がスッキリとし
た美観を呈し、圧迫感がなく、広い空間を確保してリラ
ックスできる浴室が得られるものとなる。また、照明器
