【発明の属する技術分野】本発明は、カセット挿入位置
と記録再生位置との間で往復動自在とされたカセットホ
ルダを有するカセット装着装置に係り、特に、簡単な構
成でカセットを取り出しやすいようにしたカセット装着
装置に関する。

【従来の技術】カセット挿入位置と記録再生位置との間
で往復動自在とされたカセットホルダを有するカセット
装着装置において、カセットホルダよりカセットをつか
んで取り出すには、カセットの一部をカセットホルダよ
り突出させることが必要である。近年、小型カセットと
大型カセットを選択的に挿入するカセット装着装置が実
用に供されている。この種のカセット装着装置において
は、一般的に、小型カセットの排出時に、カセットをつ
かむことができる程度にカセットをカセットホルダより
突出させることができない。
【０００３】このため、カセットホルダに、小型カセッ
トを排出させるカセット排出機構を設けることが必要と
なる。従来のカセット排出機構としては、特開平９−２
１２９６４号公報に記載のように、ゴムローラをカセッ
トに圧着回転させてカセットを排出するものや、特開平
１０−３０２３５５号公報に記載のように、カム機構を
利用して専用のアームを回転させ、カセットを蹴り出す
もの等がある。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】上記の従来のカセット
排出機構においては、いずれも部品点数が多くなり、広
い占有面積を必要とし、カセット装着装置における他の
機構の設計上の大きな制約となったりして、結果とし
て、カセット装着装置の小型化、薄型化に対する大きな
支障となるという問題点があった。
【０００５】本発明はこのような問題点に鑑みなされた
ものであり、カセットをつかみやすいよう排出すること
ができ、部品点数が少なく、占有面積が小さく、小型
化、薄型化することができるカセット装着装置を提供す
ることを目的とする。

【課題を解決するための手段】本発明は、上述した従来
の技術の課題を解決するため、カセット（１）を保持
し、カセット挿入位置と記録再生位置との間で往復動自
在とされたカセットホルダ（２）を有するカセット装着
装置において、前記カセットの前面蓋を開閉するカセッ
ト蓋開閉部材（４）を備え、前記記録再生位置から前記
カセット挿入位置へと移動した後、前記カセットホルダ
に保持された前記カセットの少なくとも一部を、前記カ
セット蓋開閉部材によって前記カセットホルダ外へと突
出させるよう構成したことを特徴とするカセット装着装
置を提供するものである。

【発明の実施の形態】以下、本発明のカセット装着装置
について、添付図面を参照して説明する。図１〜図３は
本発明のカセット装着装置の一実施例を示す側面図、図
４及び図５は本発明のカセット装着装置の一実施例を示
す平面図である。
【０００８】図１〜図５に示すように、本発明のカセッ
ト排出機構を搭載したカセット装着装置は、カセット１
を保持するカセットホルダ２を備える。図１は、カセッ
ト１を保持したカセットホルダ２が記録再生位置に位置
した状態を示している。図２は、カセット１を保持した
カセットホルダ２がカセット１の排出動作に伴って記録
再生位置からカセット挿入位置へと移動し、カセットホ
ルダ２が停止した状態を示している。図３は、図２の状
態から、本発明のカセット排出機構によってカセット１
がカセットホルダ２より排出された状態を示している。
【０００９】図４は、図２の状態を上面から見た図であ
り、図５は、図３の状態を上面から見た図である。本実
施例では、小型カセットと大型カセットを選択的に挿入
するカセット装着装置に本発明のカセット排出機構を搭
載した例を示しており、図１〜図５では、カセット１は
小型カセットである。本発明のカセット排出機構は、小
型カセットと大型カセットを選択的に挿入するカセット
装着装置に限定されず、小型カセットか大型カセットの
一方のみ挿入するカセット装着装置にも搭載することが
できる。
【００１０】図１〜図５に示すように、カセットホルダ
２の両側面には、水平方向（図１〜図３の左右方向、図
４，図５の上下方向）のみ移動可能なスライダ３が設け
られている。スライダ３には、カセット１の前面蓋１ａ
を開閉させるためのカセット蓋開閉部材（以下、リッド
オープナ）４が回動自在に取り付けられている。スライ
ダ３には、また、カセットホルダ２を記録再生位置とカ
セット挿入位置との間で往復動させるためのガイドピン
５ａ，５ｂが設けられている。
【００１１】カセットホルダ２とスライダ３とは、ばね
等の付勢部材６によって連結されている。図１から図２
に移行する状態においては、両者は実質的に一体となっ
ており、図２から図３に移行する状態においては、付勢
部材６による付勢が解除されて、両者は独立した動きを
する。即ち、カセットホルダ２は、一点鎖線で示す装置
前面に設けた図示していないストッパに当接して一点鎖
線で示す位置に停止するものの、スライダ３は、さらに
右方向へと移動するようになっている。なお、付勢部材
６に加え、他の機構的なロックを併用してもよい。
【００１２】リッドオープナ４の動きは、リッドオープ
ナ４に設けられたガイドピン７をカム溝８によって規制
することによって制御される。リッドオープナ４は、図
１に示す記録再生位置において、カセット１の前面蓋１
ａを開けるとき以外には回動しない。カセットホルダ２
及びスライダ３は、ガイドピン５ａ，５ｂがそれぞれカ
ム溝９，１０に沿って移動することによって水平に移動
する。これらカセットホルダ２とスライダ３とリッドオ
ープナ４は、図示していないモータの駆動力を図示して
いない複数のギアによってそれらに伝達することによっ
て駆動される。
【００１３】カセット１を保持したカセットホルダ２
が、図１から図２，図４の状態に達すると、カセットホ
ルダ２は上記のように図２，図４の状態で停止する。こ
の状態でカセットホルダ２及びスライダ３がさらに図２
の右方向へと駆動されようとすると、付勢部材６による
付勢力に逆らいながら、ガイドピン５ａ，５ｂがカム溝
９，１０に沿ってさらに右方向に移動することにより、
スライダ３がカセットホルダ２とは独立して右方向に移
動する。すると、リッドオープナ４は、スライダ３の移
動に伴ってカセット１を図３に示すように右方向に押し
出す。これにより、カセット１の一部は、図３，図５に
示すようにカセットホルダ２より突出した状態で排出さ
れる。
【００１４】このように本発明のカセット装着装置は、
記録再生位置から前記カセット挿入位置へと移動した
後、リッドオープナ４によってカセットホルダ２に保持
されたカセット１の少なくとも一部を突出させるように
しているので、カセット１を突出させるための専用の部
材を設ける必要がない。

【発明の効果】以上詳細に説明したように、本発明のカ
セット装着装置は、カセットの前面蓋を開閉するカセッ
ト蓋開閉部材を備え、記録再生位置からカセット挿入位
置へと移動した後、カセットホルダに保持されたカセッ
トの少なくとも一部を、カセット蓋開閉部材によってカ
セットホルダ外へと突出させるよう構成したので、カセ
ットをつかみやすいよう排出することができる。専用の
