題を解決するために鋭意研究したところ、溝付き圧延ロ
ール2に被圧延物1を圧延開始位置より前の部位から接
触させることにより溝付き圧延ロール2の溝と被圧延物
1の凸部分の部位合わせを行ない、被圧延物1を溝付き
圧延ロール2へ正確に誘導させて圧延する際に、ガイド
ロール4及び溝付きガイドロール5の働きでより精度よ
く圧延加工できるように改良した製造装置を提供するこ
とができた。 【0008】すなわち、本発明においては、厚みの異な
る段差部を長手方向に全長に亘って有する異形断面条材
を圧延する圧延加工装置において、上記異形断面条材を
繰り出す巻き出し機と、通搬時と圧延時とにおいて、そ
の位置が上下に変動するガイドロール及び溝付きガイド
ロールの対と、上記異形断面条材の段差部に整合する溝
状の段差を有し、当該異形断面条材をその段差部を許容
して圧延する溝付き圧延ロール及び平圧延ロールの対
と、ピンチロールを介して得られた異形断面条材を巻き
取る巻き取り機とを有せしめる。 【0009】 【実施例】以下図面によって本発明の実施例を説明す
る。 【0010】本発明においては、図1の圧延加工装置の
模式図に示すように巻き出し機6から予め長手方向に対
し重直な断面が少なくとも1本の凸部を有する異形断面
条材の被圧延物1をピンチロール9を介してガイドロー
ル4及び溝付きガイドロール13間に繰り出し、その先
端は、溝付き圧延ロール2の溝に沿って通搬されなが
ら、ピンチロール10を介して巻き取り機5に巻かれる
ようにする。 【0011】また、圧延加工時においては、ガイドロー
ル4と溝付きガイドロール13とが図2に示すように上
方に移動し、上記異形断面条材を有する被圧延物1を溝
付きガイドロール13に沿って移動可能にし、更に溝付

1を圧延に必要なかみ込み長さより長く接触させるよう
に押し当てて誘導する。 【0012】この場合、被圧延物1の凸部は溝付き圧延
ロール2の溝に正確に嵌合され、該溝付き圧延ロール2
と平圧延ロール3とから構成される圧延部8において圧
延されるが、被圧延物1に圧延部8の後方から張力をか
けることで被圧延物1と溝付き圧延ロール2との接触を
より強固にすることはできる。然しながら、圧延による
引き抜き張力も作用するので特に張力をかけることは必

ガイドロール4と溝付ガイドロール13を図2に示すご
とく上方へ移動せしめて被圧延物1の凸部を圧延部8よ
り以前に溝付圧延ロール2の溝部へ誘導し、圧延速度1
0m/分で圧延を行ない上記最終異形断面条材を得るこ
とができた。 【0019】 【発明の効果】本発明装置は上記のような構成であるか
ら、長手方向に対して重直な断面が少なくとも1本の凸
部を有する異形断面条材の圧延において、被圧延材料1
が軟質の場合や被圧延物1の有する凸部分と凹部分の板
厚差が小さい場合でも、溝付きガイドロール5の作用に
より溝付き圧延ロール2の溝中へ被圧延物1の凸部を正
確に誘導することができ、簡単にして高精度な圧延を行
