Description: BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention relates to a method of mounting a remote control device (hereinafter referred to as a remote control device), and more particularly to a method of mounting a flat remote control device on a wall. 2. Description of the Related Art In a water heater or a bath apparatus, the remote controller is mounted on a wall surface, and the operation of an operation unit of the remote controller controls the operation of an outdoor apparatus such as a water heater or a bath pot installed outdoors. It has become so. As shown in FIG. 1, such a remote controller has a front half (101) and a rear half (10).
2) A flat box main body (1) consisting of an operation button and the like is arranged in front of the flat main body (1).
Is fixed to the wall. A board (10) accommodating a group of electronic components and a switch (3) is fixed in a space inside the box body (1).
Electric cord introduced from outside to this board (10)
(L) is electrically connected. [0004] However, in the prior art, when the remote controller is replaced when the remote controller is repaired, the replacement is troublesome and the workability is poor. . The mounting screw (N) is inserted through the screw hole (M) of the rear half (102) constituting the box main body (1), whereby the front half (101) and the rear half (102) are inserted.
Since these are integrated with each other, when the mounting screws are removed, they are separated into respective halves. Further, the electric cord (L) introduced from outside is connected to the front half (10
1) and the rear half (102) are connected to the board (10) in the separated state, so that the remote control device is replaced only after the electric cord (L) is removed from the board (10). This is because it becomes possible. As described above, in the prior art, the mounting screws
Remove (N), then put the front half (101) and the back half (102)
There is an inconvenience that the remote control device cannot be replaced unless it is separated. The invention of claim 1 has been made in view of such a point, and has a structure in which a board (10) having an electronic component group is incorporated in a flat box main body (1) and the board (10) is externally mounted on the board (10). Each of the main operation bodies (1a) is, as shown in FIGS. 6 and 7, a flat elliptical button attached to the tip of the elastic plate (13), and is a surface plate of the cover body (2). The main operating body (1a) is supported in a cantilever state on the back surface of the main operating body (1a).
It is exposed from the opening provided in (2). The elastic plate (13)
Consists of a pair of arms extending from both sides of the outer trunk of one main operating body (1a), as shown in FIG.
(14), and the connecting bar (14) is
It is attached to the back plate of (2). A display printing layer (11) is formed on the back surface of the main operation body (1a). The design of the display print layer (11) corresponds to the driving operation and the automatic operation, respectively. The box main body (1) is provided with an auxiliary operation surface (22) closed by a cover plate (21), and the auxiliary operation surface (22) is provided with the hidden switches (30) (30). ) Is configured to cover the operation input unit with an elastically deformable sheet-shaped operation unit, and an operation mechanism similar to the main operation body (1a) is provided corresponding to a part of the sheet-shaped operation unit. Has been. This operation mechanism also includes an elastic plate (23) attached to the back surface of the lid plate (21) in a cantilever state, and a button portion (24) attached to the tip of the elastic plate. The relationship between the elastic plate (23) and the button portion (24) is the same as the configuration of the main operation body (1a). [Auxiliary Operating Body (1b) (See FIGS. 3 and 4)] The main operating body (1a) (1a) and the cover body (2) provided with the lid plate (21) are mainly composed of the box. (1). On the back side of the main operating body (1a), an auxiliary operating body (1b) mounted on the box main body (1) is located. The auxiliary operation body
(1b) is a switch (3) provided on the substrate (10) in the box body (1).
In this example, there is a light-transmitting lens body made of a synthetic resin molded from a material having a scattering property, and is mainly composed of a box (1).
Of the front plate (15). In this example, in order to prevent the inconvenience that the auxiliary operating body (1b) escapes from the concave portion (18) with the cover body (2) removed, the body of the auxiliary operating body (1b) is provided. Extends the flange (16), and this flange (1
6) is entirely accommodated in the concave portion (18), and a pressing sheet (17) is attached to the front plate (15).
An opening is provided in (17) to match the diameter of the body of the auxiliary operating body (1b). Therefore, the auxiliary operation body (1b) is housed in the recessed portion (18) in a state where it is prevented from being pulled out by the engagement of the peripheral edge of the opening of the pressing sheet (17) with the pressing sheet (17). By this retaining, it is possible to prevent the auxiliary operating body (1b) from inadvertently coming out of the recess (18) when the cover body (2) is removed during maintenance. Both the outer surface and the inner surface of the auxiliary operating body (1b) are formed as spherical surfaces, and the inner spherical surface is in contact with the actuator (31) of the switch (3). The spherical surface on the other outer surface is in contact with the spherical surface on the inner surface (back surface) side of the main operating body (1a), and these top portions are in contact with each other. When the main operating body (1a) is in a free state with the cover body (2) attached to the box main body (1) and the actuator (31) and the inner top of the auxiliary operating body (1b) are in contact with each other. Either the contact is made with a very small gap, or the actuator (31) and the auxiliary operating body (1b) do not come into contact with each other when the switch (3) is not operated. Since the auxiliary operating body (1b) and the main operating body (1a) are in point contact with each other at the tops of the protruding spherical surfaces, the click operation feeling when operating the actuator (31) is changed by the main operation. It will remain in the body (1a). The planar shape of the auxiliary operating body (1b) is made elliptical, and the concave portion (1b) is formed.
8) has a flat shape suitable for this,
In (18), the posture of the auxiliary operation body (1b) does not change. In addition, the auxiliary operating body (1b) is an injection-molded product of a synthetic resin. In this case, a small protrusion of a gate mark remains on the periphery of the body portion.
It is formed on the inner peripheral surface of 8). Therefore, even if there is a minute protrusion of the gate mark, it moves in the notch groove, and the operation of the auxiliary operating body (1b) in the concave portion (18). Smoothness is ensured. In addition, the positioning accuracy with respect to the posture around the movement axis is high. [Attaching of the main remote controller] The main remote controller having the above-mentioned structure has a rectangular frame-shaped mounting bracket (4) shown in FIG.
It is attached to the wall using. So, in this example,
The mounting bracket (4) has a pair of support plate portions (41) (41) for screwing the box main body (1) and screw holes (4
2) (42), and a plurality of through holes (43) (43) provided on the upper side and the lower side of the rectangular frame-shaped portion for screwing the mounting bracket (4) to a wall surface; Engagement hooks (44) (44) projecting from the side of the metal fitting (4) are provided. The support plate portion (41) is configured to protrude up and down from the upper side and the lower side of the mounting bracket (4) and also to the front side, and is bent in an L-shape as a whole. This support plate (4
As shown in FIG. 4, 1) is a size to be accommodated in a concave portion (411) formed in a predetermined range from the upper side and the lower side of the back surface of the box main body (1), and the concave portion (411) has A through hole for screwing the support plate portion (41) and the box body (1) is formed. The lower part of the side of the box body (1) corresponding to the engagement hook (44) has a key-shaped recess as shown in FIG.
(19) and (19) are formed. In order to mount the main remote controller on a wall using the mounting bracket (4), first, the mounting bracket (4) is fixed to the wall using the through holes (43) and (43). At this time, since the mounting bracket (4) has an opening (400) in the center, an electric cord such as a power supply and a signal cord drawn out from the wall surface through the opening (400) is mainly provided in the box.
Connect to the connection terminal (C 1 ) exposed in the opening (100) on the back of (1). With the cover body (2) removed from the box body (1), the engaging hooks (44) and (44) are connected to the box body.
(1) is inserted into the key-shaped concave portions (19) and (19) on the back surface and lowered by a certain distance to engage with the retaining state. Thereafter, the box main body (1) is fixed to the box main body (1) by using fixing screws (103) inserted through through holes provided near the center of the upper side and the lower side.
(1) is screwed into the screw holes (42) (42) of the mounting bracket (4). As a result, the upper and lower central portions and the lower left and right sides of the box body (1) are attached to the mounting bracket (4) by engaging with the screws.
Is stable. This box body (1) has a cover
When (2) is externally fitted, the main remote control is attached. Also, since the heads of the fixing screws (103) screwed into the screw holes (42) (42) are concealed by the cover body (2), the external appearance of these screw heads is exposed. There is no. When the main remote controller is to be replaced, for example, when a failure occurs, the fixing screw (103) is removed to disengage the engagement hook (44) from the key-shaped recess (19). Remove the electric cord (L) from the connection terminal (C 1 ). After that, prepare a new main remote controller, connect it to the electric cord (L) by the reverse procedure, and then attach the box main body (1) to the mounting bracket (4) by the above engagement and screwing. When the cover (2) is attached, the replacement of the main remote controller is completed. [Actual Operation] In the above-mentioned mounted state, the switches (3) and (3) can be turned on and off by operating the main operating bodies (1a) and (1a). The switch (3) changes a contact from a non-contact state to a contact state by reversing a built-in leaf spring from one arc state corresponding to OFF to another one arc state corresponding to ON. In this inversion operation, a click operation is performed. Therefore, when the switch (3) is directly depressed, the actuator (31)
This gives an operational feeling at the moment when the leaf spring performs the reversing operation. An auxiliary operating body (1b) contacting the actuator (31) and a main operating body (1a) contacting the auxiliary operating body (1b)
Means that each of these contact points is a point contact between the spherical tops and a point contact between the plane portion and the spherical top, and
Since the auxiliary operation body (1b) is held in a free state in the recessed portion (18) of the front plate (15) of the box main body (1), the main operation body (1b)
The operation feeling when a) is operated is almost the same as that when the actuator (31) is directly operated. Therefore, the click operation feeling remains as it is during the operation. By the above operation, when the switch (3) is turned on, the light emitting section (32) is in a light emitting state, and this light is transmitted to the main operating body (1) via the auxiliary operating body (1b) having light collecting and scattering properties.
a) reaches the display print layer (11) on the back side, and this display print layer (11)
Scatters and emits light almost uniformly over the entire region. This scattered light can be seen through the transparent synthetic resin constituting the main operation body (1a) from the outside.
Therefore, the light emitting display section has a transparent feeling (clear feeling), and provides a display with sufficient brightness. In addition, the auxiliary operation body
Even if the entirety of (1b) is a transparent body, the transparency and brightness of the display are the same. When the box main body (1) is mounted by the mounting bracket (4) described above, the box main body (1) with the cover body (2) is supported at the upper and lower two points and the left and right key-shaped recesses (19) are provided. ) (19) also locks in the retaining state, so that the mounting state of the box main body (1) is stabilized. further,
The head of the screw for mounting the box body (1) is a cover
Since it is covered by (2), the appearance of the front is also good.
