2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, there is a trowel called a mechanical trowel for pressing down each floor surface material such as floor coating material or floor concrete material. It attaches several sheets in a circular shape and mechanically presses the floor surface by rotating the trowel, which is used only in the case of a large floor area. In the case of a small area or a floor with many obstacles, the pressing work is performed manually by a conventional iron.

In the case of the above-mentioned Trowell, when the resin mortar is coated thickly or when the coating material (mortar or concrete) is soft, a trowel wave is particularly likely to occur and the coating material is destroyed. I had a problem that the iron got into it. In addition, Trowel's mechanical iron has a high center of gravity due to its structure and cannot be attached to a small device (such as a polisher). Therefore, in the case of a small floor surface, there is no choice but to rely on manual work. There wasn't.

Further, in the case of pressing resin mortar or Basamol, since the material can be pressed and leaned between when it is leveled and when it is pressed, the material can be bent by slightly bending the peripheral edge of the pressing plate. The biting of the material is improved, and the waves after pressing are less likely to come out due to the elasticity of the peripheral portion in the vertical direction, and even in the case of concrete or mortar, the waves are well adapted to the unevenness of the substrate and less likely to come out.
When making a cut in one pressing plate, each cutting surface is inclined so that the cutting surface side that is rear with respect to the rotation direction is positioned downward, and the rear is intensively contacted with the pressing surface. Then, as with the pressing plate formed in the shape of armor, it has a sufficient angle to the pressing surface,
It should be able to be pressed down well and the material should be sharp.
Also, by providing a means for adjusting the angle of each pressing plate of the required number of pressing plates at the same time, the optimum pressing angle of the pressing plate can be obtained according to the material and coating thickness. It has a good bite, prevents the generation of waves, etc., and enables more advanced pressing work.

The pressing plate 1 shown in FIG. 1 is a thin metal plate having elasticity, and a thickness of about 0.3 mm to 1 mm is suitable, and after various kinds of quenching, the pressing surface is wear-resistant. It is made by applying thermal spraying coating of ceramic or metal, or Dycron coating, etc. to improve wear resistance and improve slipping. The above-mentioned materials, processing, etc. of the pressing plate 1 are the same for the pressing plates 1 described later, but they are not particularly limited. The pressing plate 1 is formed by making radial cuts 2 from the center of the pressing plate at eight locations (not limited) only at the peripheral edge. The pressing plate 1 is attached to the support plate 3 on the upper surface of the pressing plate 1 and The magic pad is superposed on the upper surface, and the magic pad on the lower surface of the base of the polisher is engaged with the lower surface of the pressing plate 1, that is, the pressing surface is positioned at the lowermost surface, and the pressing plate 1 is rotated by the pedestal. Is rotated to form a pressing member that presses the floor surface material appropriately on the pressing surface of the pressing plate 1. Since this rotary pressing member has a notch in the peripheral edge of the pressing plate 1, the peripheral edge is extremely elastic, and there is sufficient vertical play in that area, which has always occurred in pressing work. It is possible to make it difficult for the waves on the edge of the pressing surface to come out.

The pressing plate 1 shown in FIG. 2 is formed by making radial notches 2 at eight points (not limited) from the vicinity of the center, and the pressing plate 1 is attached to the supporting plate 3 to hold the above-mentioned pressing plate. It is attached to the base of the polisher in the same manner as the plate 1. Since the rotary presser member has the cut 2 formed near the center of the presser plate 1, it has elasticity in the vertical direction not only on the peripheral portion but also on the presser plate 1 as a whole. It fits in well, and you can perform beautiful and quick pressing work. Since each pressing plate 1 shown in FIGS. 1 and 2 is formed by cutting one circular metal plate, it can be manufactured at low cost, and can be manufactured by a polisher (or other machine). It is possible to provide a rotation pressing member for use in.

As shown in FIG. 3, slightly bending the peripheral edge of the pressing plate 1 upward is a large element for achieving one object of the present invention.
However, by warping the peripheral part, it is possible to prevent the occurrence of the iron wave by the conventional mechanical iron, and to improve the biting of the floor surface material and sufficiently cope with the pressing and thinning. Becomes Further, as shown in FIG. 4, the pressing plate 1
8 pieces divided by each notch (the center part remains as it is), each of them is inclined and formed so that the notch surface side that is rearward with respect to the rotation direction (arrow direction) is positioned downward, and the rear side If the cut surface 1b is formed so as to come into contact with the floor surface in a concentrated manner, a sufficient angle can be given to the floor surface by the eight rear surface cut surfaces 1b (8 sides). It is possible to provide a pressing member that takes an extremely effective means for pressing work. Various methods can be considered for the inclination forming means of each divided plate of the pressing plate 1. For example, the supporting plate 3 is press-formed into a wavy shape, and the pressing plate 1 is superposed on the supporting plate 3 to form the divided plate. It is also possible to easily form the pressing plate 1 inclined to each. In this case, as shown in the drawing,
Another support plate 3 (the lower surface is a corrugated surface suitable for the support plate 3, the upper surface is a smooth surface) is superposed on the upper surface of the support plate 3,
The upper surface of the support plate 3 may be made smooth with another material.

FIG. 5 shows a press plate 1 formed into a circular shape by joining eight fan-shaped press plates 1a into an armor shape so as to partially overlap each other.
The holding plate 1 is provided with a supporting plate (not shown).
As described above, it is attached to the base of the polisher so that the end portion of the pressing plate 1 and the entire pressing plate have elasticity in the vertical direction. Fan-shaped holding plate 1a
Is a fan-shaped pressing plate 1 whose rear part is in the direction of rotation.
The fan-shaped pressing plates 1a are formed so that they are superposed so as to be positioned in the lower stage, and the rear side of each fan-shaped pressing plate 1a is brought into contact with the floor surface in a concentrated manner. The number of the fan-shaped pressing plates 1a for forming the circular or substantially circular pressing plate 1 is not specified, and the angle of each fan-shaped pressing plate 1a with respect to the floor can be increased by increasing the number. Conversely, if the number of sheets is reduced, the angle also becomes smaller. In addition, the fan-shaped pressing plate 1a is shown in FIG.
As shown in the figure, the central part of the pressing plate 1 can be made flat by eliminating the overlapping of the fan-shaped pressing plates 1a that are cut off by notching the tip part, thereby preventing the floor surface material from digging into the central part during work. However, it is not particularly limited. Alternatively, the sector-shaped pressing plates 1a may be joined to the support plate without being joined to each other to form the circular pressing plate 1. Alternatively, the sector-shaped pressing plates 1a may be joined only in the vicinity of the center and the ends may be joined together. It is one of the effective means to give sufficient play in the vertical direction without joining the parts. If each of the sector-shaped pressing plates 1a is joined together, the sector-shaped pressing plate 1a and the supporting plate 3 and the above-mentioned various pressing plates 1 and supporting plates 3 are joined by heat-resistant silicon in addition to welding, the elasticity of the pressing plates in the vertical direction can be freely adjusted. Since the pressing plate itself moves a little depending on the floor surface material, the adhesion with the floor surface material is improved. The support plate 3 is a member for firmly fixing and supporting the pressing plate 1, and is a circular plate smaller than the pressing plate 1.
The peripheral edge of the shall have a shape that protrudes sufficiently. It is most preferable that the upper surface of the support plate 3 is flat and the lower surface thereof conforms to the upper surface of the pressing plate 1. However, the shape is not particularly limited, and the support plate 3 may be formed of an elastic material. A heater or the like may be attached to the support plate 3.

In each of the rotary pressing members of the respective forms constituted by the pressing plates 1 described above, the contact surface (point) to the floor surface material is large including the central portion, so that regardless of the type and thickness of the material, No more scraping or cutting into the material during work, and a base presser for resin-coated flooring materials (adhesion is improved by using it after applying a primer, and it is better to apply No. 6 silica sand). It is also effective for holding epoxy terrazzo and glass mat lining. Further, since the center of gravity can be lowered, it can be attached to any type of pressing machine, especially a sharp turning polisher, and the pressing work by the machine can be performed even on a small area or a floor with many obstacles.

FIGS. 7 and 8 show the function of adjusting the pressing angle of the pressing plate 1. Each fan-shaped pressing plate 1a is configured to change at the same angle at the same time by the action of the gear (worm gear). Specifically, the starting operation gear 5a, the transmission gear 5b (worm wheel portion), and the interlocking gear 5c are arranged in the inner space of the support base 4, respectively.
b has a vertical cutting gear (connected to the operation gear) on the outer circumference and a horizontal cutting gear (connected to the interlocking gear) on the inner circumference, and is rotatably supported in the support base 4, and the operation gear 5a is clamped or the like. The transmission gear 5b is rotated to the left and right (horizontal direction) by being rotated by, and the interlocking gear 5c is vertically moved by this rotation operation. Further, the lower end of the interlocking gear 5c and the vicinity of the front side 1e of the fan-shaped pressing plate 1a are connected by a connecting tool 6a, while the two points near the rear side 1d and the support base 4 are connected.
By connecting and by connecting tools 6b, 6b to create a fulcrum 7 parallel to the rear side 1d, the front side 1e side is raised by the operation of raising the interlocking gear 5c upward, and the fan-shaped pressing plate 1a with the fulcrum 7 as an axis. Since the inclination is large, the angle between the rear side 1d and the floor surface is large. Conversely, by lowering the interlocking gear 5c, the angle between the rear side 1d and the floor surface can be made small. Other fan-shaped holding plate 1
It is sufficient that a is connected to the interlocking gear and the support base in exactly the same manner, and the angle can be adjusted in synchronization by the operation of the operation gear 5a, thus providing a rotary pressing member capable of appropriately adjusting the angle of the pressing plate 1 as a whole. You can
Of course, the above-mentioned angle adjusting means is only one form of implementation, and the means is not specified.

In FIGS. 9 and 10, a rectangular pressing plate 1f is attached to the support base 4 (or the supporting plate 3) instead of the fan-shaped pressing plate 1a, and the pressing plate 1 is constituted by this rotary pressing member. It is possible to reduce the number of partial pressing plates (not limited to four), and it is not necessary to superimpose adjacent pressing plates. It has an advantage that it can be manufactured at low cost and can be supplied at low cost. The rectangular pressing plate 1f is cut toward the center near the center, thereby improving the bite with the floor material. The rectangular pressing plate 1f may be cut in a curved line shape so that no corner portion is generated during cutting. Further, each rectangular pressing plate 1f is not directly joined to the support base 4 but is joined to the support part 8 attached to the support base 4 with bolts 9 so that the angle can be adjusted. Can change the inclination angle in synchronization with the other supporting portion 8 by the same means (not shown) as the angle adjusting means described above, and the inclination angle of the rectangular pressing plate 1f can be appropriately changed by changing the inclination angle of the supporting portion 8. It can be adjusted. When the angle adjustment is not taken into consideration, the rectangular holding plate 1f is the sector holding plate 1a.
Although it may be possible to leave the front side 1e and the rear side 1d not parallel to each other, the entire rear side 1d, which is the abutting portion with the floor surface, is always kept when the angle adjusting means as in this embodiment is taken. There is a problem that it does not adhere to the floor. In any case, the rotation pressing member shown in this figure has only a small number of pressing plates and also has a pressing plate formed in the central part. The surface is a circular shape that contacts the floor surface, and a sufficient contact surface (point) including the central portion is obtained, so that it does not bite into the floor surface material, has good sharpness, does not easily generate waves, etc. It has the same advantages as other rotation pressing members, and has the unique advantage that the manufacturing cost can be reduced as described above.

FIG. 11 and FIG. 12 show an example of a rotary pressing member that can heat the pressing plate 1 appropriately. First, the support plate 3 (the support base 4 may be used), the support plate 3 and the support plate 3 on the upper surface of the pressing plate 1 (which is simply shown as a circular plate in the drawing, but shows each pressing plate 1 described above).
The thin plate heater 10 is bonded to the upper surface of the heater 10 and the magic pad 11a is bonded to the upper surface of the heater 10 in this order (a heat insulating material is interposed between the heater 10 and the magic pad 11a, which is not shown). The lowermost holding plate 1 can be heated by electric heat. An annular protective rubber may be attached to the peripheral portion of the pressing plate 1 to cover the peripheral portion. Suitable for the heater 10 is a silicon rubber heater or a film heater, which is 500w.
The pressing plate 1 can be sufficiently heated with a certain degree, and if a thermostat function is further added, a higher effect can be obtained. Further, although the heater 10 is provided with a connection outlet 10a for taking in electricity, it is necessary to have a structure capable of constantly supplying electricity from the non-rotating portion of the polisher A, one means of which is shown in FIG. There is. Incidentally, the magic pad 11a is to be engaged with the magic pad 11b attached to the lower surface of the existing replaceable pedestal B used in the polisher A, and if the attachment of the heater holding plate 1 to the pedestal B is easy, It is a squeal.
A conductive plate 12 (copper plate or the like) is provided on the upper surface or side surface of the pedestal B, and is a non-rotating part of the polisher A and is a conductive plate 12.
A terminal plate 14 such as an indenter electrode is attached at a position where the current plate 12 is in constant contact with electricity from the terminal plate.
It may be formed so that it can be flowed to the base plate, and the pedestal B may be provided with a plug 13 for connecting an electric path from the current-carrying plate 12.
If the connection outlet 10a of 0 is inserted into the plug 13 and electricity is supplied to the terminal parts 14, the pedestal B and below are in a rotating operation during the work, but the heater 10 can be easily energized, and the lowermost holding plate 1 can be heated. If the heater 10 and the pedestal B are integrated in advance, that is, the pedestal B with a heater is used, a connection outlet cannot be inserted and the time and effort to insert into a plug can be saved. It is effective to use a carbon brush for the terminal component 14 without damaging the current-carrying plate 12, but it is not specified. The above-mentioned rotation pressing member having a heating function can easily provide a means for energizing the heater 10 without modifying the entire polisher by using the terminal parts and the connection cord as attachments. Further, since the pressing member 1 and the supporting plate 3 are basically one in the present rotary pressing member, only one heater plate is required, and the structure is simplified and the cost can be reduced. As another example of the energizing means, although not shown, each electrode may be wound around the rotary shaft of the polisher A while being insulated, and terminal parts corresponding to each electrode may be connected to energize. However, the energizing means also shows a typical embodiment and is not particularly limited. For the current to the terminal component 14, a method of using the existing power source of the polisher A can be considered, but if a generator is installed on the polisher body and this is used as the power source for the pedestal rotation and the heater, the existing power source is used. Since the power cord is unnecessary, it is possible to eliminate the troublesome work of the power cord during work. The heating operation of the pressing plate 1 is provided with a hand switch (not shown) so that the switching operation can be easily performed.

As described above, according to the present invention, unlike the existing Trowel mechanical iron, the pressing plate has sufficient play and elasticity in the vertical direction, so that waves are generated even if the base is not flat. Without breaking the floor material,
It is possible to provide a rotating presser member that adapts to a small machine such as a polisher that has a low center of gravity and has a low center of gravity because it does not bite into it and has extremely effective workability for pressing work. Also, it is possible to easily perform work in a small area or a place with many obstacles. In addition, since the pressing plate itself has a biting and finishing angle, the material of the floor surface is sharpened and the central part is pressed firmly, so that the work efficiency is greatly improved. Even if it is not necessary, a reliable and clean pressing work can be performed at any time regardless of the material, and the rotating pressing member makes it easy to energize, and the high-temperature pressing plate that is particularly effective for resin-based materials can be easily operated with a switch. It can be said that it has a very high effect on the worker, such as being able to provide it to the customer, and that its commercial value is very high.
