2. Description of the Related Art There are three types of floor polish compositions: aqueous, emulsifying and oily. In recent years, with the development of various new types of flooring materials, a solvent is used in the oil type. It cannot be used depending on the type of floor material. Therefore, the mainstream of floor polish is water-based or emulsifiable, and as a non-volatile component, it imparts flexibility to a polymer such as a synthetic resin or a polymer and wax, or a coating film made of the polymer, and well adheres to a floor material. Including a plasticizer for Furthermore, a leveling agent is added to help the hydrophobic floor surface to wet well and form a uniform film. Tributoxyethyl phosphate is exclusively used as the plasticizer and the leveling agent.

However, since this tributoxyethyl phosphate contains a phosphorus component,
If this is blended with the floor polish, the phosphorus component is mixed into the waste water, which is not preferable. It is an object of the present invention to solve this problem and to provide a floor polish composition containing a plasticizer and a leveling agent comparable to tributoxyethyl phosphate.

Under the above background, the inventors of the present invention have made various studies for the purpose of obtaining an excellent plasticizer and leveling agent for floor polish, which is an alternative to tributoxyethyl phosphate. As a result, it was found that the above object was achieved by the specific compound.

The floor polish composition of the present invention further comprises, if necessary, an alkali-soluble resin, a polymer and a coating film used as an auxiliary agent for assisting the leveling of polymers and waxes and improving the peelability. Fluorine-based interface that facilitates film formation even at room temperature, a film-forming aid consisting of a high-boiling solvent that volatilizes and does not remain after the film is formed, and lowers the surface tension of the emulsion to improve wettability to the floor surface. An appropriate amount of an activator, a polyvalent metal compound for improving detergent resistance and releasability, other emulsifiers, preservatives, antifoaming agents and the like may be contained.

The floor polish composition of the present invention comprises:
Among the conventionally used plasticizers and leveling agents, it has a performance comparable to that of the most excellent floor polish composition containing tributoxyethyl phosphate, and, like tributoxyethyl phosphate, has a phosphorus component. Since it does not contain water, it is preferable in treating wastewater. Further, by using colloidal silica in combination, the heel mark resistance is significantly improved, and a floor polish having even more excellent durability can be obtained. Moreover, since the surface specific resistance value of the film can be reduced, it is possible to prevent the adhesion of dust and the like due to static electricity during the dry season such as winter, and maintain the aesthetic appearance.
