口の緩衝装置に関する。 【0002】 【従来の技術】現在巻尺においてはスケールが本体内に
巻込まれるように弾撥しているため、スケールを解放し
たそのフックが本体の出口に当たり、衝撃を起す欠点が
ある。このため実開平1−81501号のように本体の
出口にリングバネで緩衝する衝撃吸収装置を設けたり、
実開平5−59201号のように下方に撓む弾性細片を
有する緩衝枠を設けたりしていた。 【0003】 【発明が解決しようとする課題】しかし従来のものは構
造が複雑で、リングバネのものは成形し難く、また下方
に撓む弾性細片は撓みによる反力がバランスしない欠点
がある。 【0004】 【課題を解決するための手段】巻尺本体1とスプリング
の弾力により巻尺本体1内に巻込まれるように弾撥され
た先端にフック3を有するスケール4とよりなり、その
巻尺本体1の前面下部の出口に設けたスライダ7の両側
の脚8,8は巻尺本体1の出口両側に設けた凹所9,9
内に前後動すべく嵌合し、この脚8,8には後方に延び
る撓部11,11を設け、凹所9,9の側壁12,12
の後部a,aは中心に向って近接するように傾斜せしめ
てなる。 【0005】 【作 用】フック3は図2矢印で示すようにスライダ7
の前面6に衝合すると、スライダ7は図1矢印で示すよ
うに後方に押され、その際に脚8の撓部11,11は側
壁12,12の後部傾斜面a,aにより内方に押されて
撓み、この撓むことによってフック3の衝突エネルギー
を吸収し、緩衝する。 【0006】 【実施例】図2示のように巻尺本体1内の軸2には先端
に断面L型のフック3を有するスケール4を渦巻状に収
容し、このスケール4は図示しないスプリングによりス
ケール4を本体1内に巻込むように弾撥する。なお、5
はスケール4の係止用ブレーキ釦である。この巻尺本体
1の前面下部のスケール出口には前面6が前記フック3
に衝合するスライダ7を前後動すべく設け、このスライ
ダ7の両側部に設けた案内用の脚8,8は巻尺本体1の
出口両側に設けた凹所9,9内に前後動すべく嵌合す
る。なおこのスライダ7の上面10はスケール4を案内
するように樋状をなす。このスライダ7はジュラコン
(商品名)より形成する。このジュラコンは滑りがよく
て固く、長持ちする。図1示のようにこの脚8,8には
後方に延びる撓部11,11を設けると共に前記凹所
9,9の側壁12,12の後部a,aは中心に向って接
近するように傾斜せしめる。次にこの装置の動作を説明
する。スケール4はフック3によりその本体1の前面下
部の出口より前方に引き出されると共にフック3を解放
するとスプリングの弾力により巻尺本体1に巻込まれ
る。而してその際フック3は図2矢印で示すようにスラ
イダ7の前面6に衝合すると、スライダ7は図1矢印で
示すように後方に押され、その際に脚8の撓部11,1
1は側壁12,12の後部傾斜面a,aにより内方に押
されて撓み、この撓むことによってフック3の衝突エネ
ルギーを吸収し、緩衝するものである。 【0007】 【発明の効果】而して本発明によれば衝撃吸収は両側の
