【発明の詳細な説明】

【発明の属する技術分野】本発明は、三枚の引き戸が連
動して開閉するようにした三連式引き戸装置に関するも
のである。

【従来の技術】従来、家具や建具の引き戸において、間
口の大きい箇所では三枚の扉を設けることが多くある。
このような引き戸は概ね手で開閉するものであるから、
扉枚数が増えた分だけ開閉操作が面倒である。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】そこで本発明は、一つ
の扉の開閉操作によって、他の扉も連動してスムースに
開閉するようにして開閉操作性を容易にすると共に、約
扉二枚分の大きな開口部をとることのできる引き戸装置
を、簡単な構成で提供することを主たる目的とするもの
である。

【課題を解決するための手段】上記目的を達成する為に
本発明では次のような技術的手段を講じた。即ち、本発
明に係る引き戸装置にあっては、互いに隣接して平行に
配置された3本のレール4a、4b、4cにそれぞれ滑
動自在に装着された第一の扉1、第二の扉2並びに第三
の扉3を含み、中間に位置する第二の扉2はその上端面
の前端部並びに後端部に縦軸の回りで回転するギヤロー
ラー5、6を有し、これらギヤローラー5、6は無端帯
状体7によって連動連結されており、更に前記第一の扉
1の前端部が固定具8を介して前記無端帯状体7の扉1
に隣接する部分に止着され、前記第三の扉3の後端部が
固定具8を介して無端帯状体7の扉3に隣接する部分に
止着されている構造としたものである。

【発明の実施の形態】以下本発明の実施例を図面に基づ
いて説明する。図1及び図2は本発明に係る引き戸装置
の一実施例を示すものであって、家具や建具等の天板10
の下面に互いに隣接して3本のレール4a、4b、4c
が平行に配置され、これらレール4…にそれぞれ滑動ロ
ーラー11…を介して第一の扉1、第二の扉2、第三の扉
3が滑動自在に取り付けられている。
【0006】而して、前記中間に位置する第二の扉2に
はその前端部並びに後端部に縦軸の回りで回転する同径
のギヤローラー5、6が設けられており、これらギヤロ
ーラー5、6はギヤローラーにかみ合う噛合い歯7aを
有するベルトやチェン等の無端帯状体7によって同速で
回転するように連動連結されている。更に前記第一の扉
1の前端部が固定具8を介して前記無端帯状体7の扉1
に隣接する部分に止着されている。また前記第三の扉3
の後端部も固定具8を介して前記無端帯状体7の扉3に
隣接する部分に止着されている。
【0007】上記固定具8はビスによって扉上面に固着
された台盤8aと、この台盤8aに取付けビス8dによ
って取り付けられた調整板8bとによって構成され、こ
の調整板8bの先端狭着部8eで無端帯状体7にビス8
fを介して止着されている。前記調整板8bの取付けビ
ス挿通孔8cが扉前後方向に長い長孔で形成されてい
る。これにより取付けビス8dを緩めて調整板8bを長
孔に沿ってスライドさせることにより扉の前後方向(図
1の左右方向)の調整ができるように形成されている。
従って各扉の開閉動作中にずれが生じても簡単に修正す
ることができると共に、修正が可能であるから扉のセッ
テイングも容易である。
【0008】又本実施例では、各扉1、2、3の下端が
それぞれ凸状レール12…によってスライド自在に受けと
められているが、各扉からピン等の滑走体を突出させて
凹状のレールにスライド自在に挿入するようにしてもよ
い。
【0009】上記のごとく構成された引き戸装置に於い
て、各扉を閉鎖した状態から第三の扉3を開放方向に引
くと、固定具8を介して連結された無端帯状体7が回動
して第一の扉1も動力が伝達される。この状態で扉1を
ロックしておくと、第二の扉2が第三の扉3の開放操作
と連動して開放する。又、この開閉操作において中間の
扉、即ち第二の扉2をロックしておくと、この第一の扉
1と第三の扉3とは第二の扉2に重なるように開放す
る。
【0010】以上本発明の代表的と思われる実施例につ
いて説明したが、本発明は必ずしもこれらの実施例構造
のみに限定されるものではない。例えば第一若しくは第
三の扉を常時固定して実質的な壁面を構成するようにし
てもよい。又各扉の上下のレールは上記実施例構造に特
定されるものでなく、単に襖のように嵌込み式にしても
よい。その他本発明では前記の構成要件を備え、かつ前
記の目的を達成し、下記の効果を有する限りにおいては
適宜に改変して実施することができる。

【発明の効果】本発明の引き戸装置は上記のごとく、一
つの扉の開閉操作によって、他の扉も連動してスムース
に開閉し、これにより引き戸の開閉操作性が容易になる
と共に、大きな開口部をとることのできて物品の出し入
れが容易となり、加えて第一の扉並びに第三の扉が固定
具を介して第二の扉に設置された無端帯状体に止着され
ているものであるから、扉開閉時における各扉の連動ア
クションがずれなく確実に行うことができ、加えてギヤ
ローラーとこれに懸架された無端帯状体による簡単な構
造であるから安価に提供することができる、といった効
