Description: BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention relates to a structure for preventing a plurality of support bolts, which are screwed to a base installed on a foundation floor surface and support a floor panel, from loosening. is there. 2. Description of the Related Art A floor panel for free access is provided with floor panel supporting legs (hereinafter referred to as supporting legs) at corners where the floor panels are abutted and laid with a certain distance from a foundation floor. ) Is adopted. In this case, if there is unevenness of the base floor surface or a manufacturing error of the floor panel, a backlash occurs between the specific floor panel and the support leg. For this reason, support bolts corresponding to the number of floor panels to be supported by this are screwed into the support legs,
The floor panels are individually supported by the respective support bolts, and the respective support bolts are adjusted so as to prevent play. However, since the support bolt naturally loosens due to the repeated load of the floor panel or the like, some kind of loosening prevention structure is required. There are various types of this locking structure, for example, as shown in Japanese Utility Model Application Laid-Open No. 63-62537, a device in which a preload is applied to a support bolt by a spring, a device in which a locking nut is screwed to the support bolt, There is a fixing agent for fixing the support bolt and the nut with a hardening agent such as a resin. [0004] However, when a preload is applied by a spring, the spring force is spoiled when a load is applied, and thus the spring may be loosened at this time. Further, the more the support bolt is tightened, the heavier the operating force becomes due to the force of the spring. Conversely, the less the tightening is, the weaker the spring force is. The screwing of the locking nut has the disadvantage that the tightening / loosening operation for each adjustment is complicated and is weak against vibration. It is pointed out that those using a curing agent cannot be readjusted once cured and are vulnerable to impact. The present invention has been made in order to solve such a problem, and embodies a structure for preventing the loosening of a support bolt, which has a reliable locking effect and is easy to operate. [0005] Under the above-mentioned problems, according to the present invention, a plurality of support bolts for individually supporting floor panels are screwed up and down to a base installed on a foundation floor. In the floor panel support legs, a plurality of holes are provided on the upper and lower sides of the base, which are formed of a thin metal plate and have elasticity, and the inner periphery of the screw portion of each support bolt is meshed with the elastic locking member. by bending from providing the axis of each hole is inclined slightly not perpendicular, locking member is in a state where the original shape restoring force brought already slightly deformed at the time of engaged each hole in the threaded portion of the support bolt is derived The present invention provides a support bolt loosening structure for a floor panel support leg, which is connected to each support bolt. By taking the above measures, the support bolt is screwed and engaged with the base and the anti-loosening member under a preload by the original restoring force of the anti-loosening material made of an elastic material. > As a result, loosening of the support bolt is prevented. That is, the locking member functions as a kind of locking nut. An embodiment of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings. FIG. 1 is a plan view showing a state in which a floor panel is laid, and FIG. 2 is a sectional view taken along the line AA in FIG.
Is a base 14 installed on the base floor 12 and a plurality of screws (in this example, equidistant from the center in accordance with the number of floor panels to be laid on the base 14) which are screwed up and down on the base 14 The four supporting bolts 16 are shown in FIG. The support bolt 16 protrudes from below into the floor panel, and a tool insertion tube 18 is formed on the head portion of the head, which is inserted and engaged with a driver or the like.
A flat support portion 20 that supports the lower surface of the floor panel is formed around the periphery of the panel 8, and a screw portion 22 is formed below the support portion 20. The floor panel 24 has an engagement hole 26 formed in the lower surface near the corner portion for inserting the tool insertion tube 18 of the support bolt 16, and an insertion hole concentric with the engagement hole 26 for inserting a driver or the like on the upper surface. 28 are formed. As described above, after each support bolt 16 is set at a predetermined height, each floor panel 24 is connected to its corresponding engaging hole 2.
6 is inserted into the tool insertion tube 18 and lowered, and the lower surface thereof is received and supported by the support portion 20. At this time, if there is any play between the specific support bolt 16 and the floor panel 24, a driver or the like is inserted through the insertion hole 28 to engage with the tool insertion tube 18, and is appropriately rotated until the play is eliminated. Raise. According to the present invention, in such a configuration, the elastic locking member 30 is provided with the screw portion 2 of each support bolt 16.
The meshing is performed in a slightly deformed state. Bite
The place to be combined may be above the base 14 as shown in FIG. 2 or, if the ground height of the base 14 is sufficient, below the base 14 as shown in FIG. Is also good. FIG. 4 shows a support bolt 1 screwed to a base 14.
It is a enlarged sectional view of a main part showing a state in which engage the locking member 30 loose 6, by engaging the support bolt 16 in a state of being slightly deformed locking member 30 having elasticity, the supporting bolt 16 and A force in the direction of the arrow is applied to the locking member 30. As a result, the original shape restoring force acts on the locking member 30, and a preload is applied to the base 14 and the engagement portion between the locking member 30 and the supporting bolt 16, so that the supporting bolt 16 is not loosened. The reason is that the nut portion 32 of the base 16 and the loose
Since the phases of the holes 34 of the stopper member 30 are not all the same from the manufacturing point of view, and the same can be said for the screwing and the meshing operation, the distance (height) between the base 14 and the stopper member 30 can be said. Is slightly changed by each support bolt 16, and this generates an elastic deformation force on the locking member 30. However, when the locking member 30 engaged with the support bolt 16 is positively elastically deformed, this action becomes more reliable and includes the following. First,
Adjust the height of the base 14 and the locking member 30 to each of the support bolts 1.
In step 6, there is a possibility of intentional change. Next, base 1
4 and the anti-loosening member 30 mesh with the support bolt 16
Can change the distance between hearts. For example, the center distance of the anti-loosening member 30 is slightly changed from that of the base 14. It is also conceivable to incline the axis of the nut portion 32 or the hole 34 of the base 14 or the locking member 30. For example, the axis of the hole 34 of the anti-loosening member 30 is not vertical but slightly inclined. In this manner, a sufficient bending force is generated in the locking member 30, and this generates an elastic deformation force for applying a preload to the support bolt 16. Under such an idea, the locking member 30
The best is a thin metal plate. Figure 5 is a plan view of the locking member 30 by a metal plate, for although FIG 6 is a B - B cross section of FIG. 5, the use of such, formation of the hole 34 is off screws in normal Instead, just drill the pilot hole 34a,
A meshing hole can be formed only by passing the support bolt 16 from above. At this time, the groove 3 continuous with the pilot hole 34a
When 6a is formed, it is easy to form a hole . [0016] Figure 7 is a plan view of the locking member 30 showing the other embodiment, FIG. 8 is a C over C sectional view of FIG. 7, those of the present embodiment, the middle portion of the hole 34 there It is bent. If the locking member 30 is a metal plate, the above processing can be extremely easily performed, and by doing so,
The elastic deformation force of the anti-loosening member 30 can be more easily exerted, and furthermore, it can be ensured. The shape of the anti-loosening member 30 is not limited to the rectangular shape as described above, but may be any shape as long as it connects the support bolts 16. Further, the locking member 30 does not need to be a single member, but may be composed of two locking members 30 for connecting the support bolts 16 two by two. As described above, since the present invention has been described above, an effective locking function can always be obtained simply by engaging the locking member with the supporting bolt. Therefore, it is not necessary to perform a complicated operation such as screwing the locking nut to the individual components. Although the operation load is heavy, it is OK if a tool is used. Also, the locking material is used for the support bolt.
Since the support bolts are engaged , the support bolts are connected side by side, and the strength of the support bolts against the lateral load increases. Therefore, the bolt diameter can be reduced. Furthermore, since it is only necessary to prepare a locking member having a simple structure, the manufacturing is easy and the manufacturing can be performed at low cost.
