【発明が属する技術分野】本発明は、トラフ本体内部に
電力、通信用ケ−ブルを収納するコンクリ−トトラフに
関し、特にトラフ本体の開口部を塞ぐ蓋の固定装置に関
するものである。

【従来の技術】従来、コンクリ−トケ−ブルトラフは鉄
道、道路、施設内に露出して配設または部分的に地中に
埋設させて敷設されており、このトラフ本体の開口部を
塞ぐ蓋は、材質がコンクリ−トでできているため、自重
だけでトラフ本体に被せてあるのみであった。しかしな
がら、敷設地域は広範囲におよび、無人である場所も多
いため、いたずらにより蓋が外される虞があった。この
ため、図2に示すような蓋固定装置21が提案されてい
た。この蓋固定装置21は断面略コ字状の金具22を2
本用いて各垂直部どうしを溶接すると共に、この状態で
2本の金具22の底板全体を覆う補強板23を溶接した
ものであったが、断面略コ字状の金具22を2本用いて
各垂直部どうしを溶接しているので板厚が2枚分とな
り、トラフ本体どうしの隙間が大きくなるという問題や
連結していった蓋の先端がトラフ本体よりずれてしまう
という問題があった。また、蓋固定装置21の各部分を
溶接しているのでコスト高になっていた。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】本発明は上記した従来
の問題点を解決し、トラフの蓋が簡単に外すことができ
ないケ−ブルトラフの蓋固定装置を提供するためになさ
れたものである。

【発明が解決するための手段】上記の課題を解決するた
めになされた本発明は、断面略U字状で上面開口部を有
するトラフ本体と前記上面開口部を閉塞する蓋とからな
るケ−ブルトラフの蓋固定装置において、一枚板を折曲
加工してトラフ本体3の側壁に当接する横長の本体板部
6の一端に、トラフ本体3の長手方向の側壁端部に引っ
掛かる略コ字状の折曲げ片部7を設けるとともに、他端
に上方に立ち上げる垂直板部8を介して取付板部9を設
けた本体5と、蓋4の幅よりも突出する長さに形成して
蓋4を上から押え、両端に前記本体5の取付板部9が固
定される押え板10とからなり、トラフ本体3の長手方
向の両側壁端部に、前記本体5、5を2個セット引っ掛
け、前記本体5の取付板部9を押え板10の両端に固定
するようにしたことを特徴とするケ−ブルトラフの蓋固
定装置を提供しようとするものである。

【発明の実施の形態】以下、本発明の実施の形態を図面
をもとに詳細に説明する。図1は本発明の蓋固定装置で
連結されているコンクリ−トトラフの連結方式を示す斜
視図であり、1は電力、通信ケ−ブルを収納し、ケ−ブ
ルを保護するコンクリ−ト製のケ−ブルトラフであり、
断面略U字状で上面開口部2を有するトラフ本体3と前
記上面開口部2を閉塞する蓋4とからなり、長手方向の
端部どうしで連結敷設される。5は蓋固定装置の本体で
あり、一枚の板を折曲加工して製作している。この本体
5には、トラフ本体3の側壁外面に当接する横長の本体
板部6の一端に、トラフ本体3の長手方向の側壁端部に
引っ掛かる略コ字状の折曲げ片部7を設けるとともに、
他端に上方に立ち上げる垂直板部8を介してトラフ本体
3の側壁と直角に折れ曲がるネジ穴付きの取付板部9を
延設している。

う問題は解決され、蓋間やトラフ本体間から土砂やごみ
が入りにくい。また、同時に、連結していった蓋の先端
がトラフ本体よりずれてしまうという問題も解決されて
いる。さらに、鉄棒を用いる場合には鉄棒の長さによっ
て蓋数枚おきに蓋固定装置を配設すれば良いので、蓋固
定装置が小数量で良く、配設作業も容易になる。
