BACKGROUND ART As an example of a protective structure of a waterproof layer at a rising portion from a floor of a building, a structure relating to a parapet portion of a flat roof is shown in FIGS. 21 to 23. In this structure, a waterproof layer 33a is formed by asphalt or the like on the floor concrete layer 32 of the flat roof 31, and the waterproof layer 3a is formed.
Continuing from 3a, a similar waterproof layer 33b is continuously formed on the inner surface of the rising wall 34, and the upper edge of the waterproof layer 33b is stopped with a presser metal 35,
Placing concrete on the upper surface of the waterproof layer 33a and pressing layer 36
A water resistant board 37 is formed on the front surface of the waterproof layer 33b.
The upper holder 38 has the upper end of the board 37 attached to the jaw 34a of the parapet 34 (the upper front portion of the rising wall 34 in the case of FIGS. 22 and 23) and the lower end attached to the concrete 36. Each of them is supported by a holder 39 (Shokai 58-895).

Further, the pressing layer 36 has a structure shown in FIGS.
As shown in FIG. 1, stretchable joints 40 are put in a lattice shape, and the joints 40 absorb the stretch and contraction of the pressing layer 36 due to the temperature change. Further, the cushion material 42 (FIG. 21) and the corner joint 42 ′ (FIGS. 22 and 23) are also provided around the pressing layer 36.
Is similarly arranged to absorb the expansion and contraction of the pressing layer 36 and protect the corner portions of both the waterproof layers 33a and 33b.

The joint 40 has a pressing layer 36 on its upper surface.
21, the cap 41 is covered on the upper part thereof, and the cap 41 is moved up and down so as to be flush with the pressing layer 36, as shown in FIG.

[Problems to be Solved by the Invention] As shown in FIG.
Conventionally, the lower boulder 39 is fixed to the pressing layer 36 by a plug screw 39a.
In order to prevent cracking of 6 (concrete), normally, the position of the screw needs to be separated from the end (contact surface with the cushion material 42 or the joint 42 ') by about 30 mm.

However, as shown in FIG. 21, in the case where the upper holder 38 is embedded in the jaw 34a, if the position of the screw is 30 mm away from the end, the protrusion width A of the jaw 34a is shown.
Is required to be about 110 mm. It is preferable that the projecting width A of the jaw 34a is as short as possible in view of workability and the like, and if the projecting width A is as large as this, workability is impaired.

Further, as shown in FIGS. 22 and 23, the plug screw 39 is also provided in the upper holder 38 which also serves as a drainer.
When the position of a is close to the rising wall 34, the pressing layer 3 is similarly formed.
Since 6 cracks occur, the position needs to be separated from the end by about 30 mm. Therefore, there is an inconvenience that the upper holder 38 having a large protruding width B must be used.

Under these circumstances, Kaikaihei 1-1294
No. 19, the lower holder 39 has a corner joint 42 '.
A technique for screwing is disclosed in. In this technique, since the pressing layer 36 is not screwed, it is not necessary to consider the crack, the water resistant board 37 can be brought close to the waterproof layer 33b, and the protrusion width of the upper holder 38 is also reduced.

However, since the height of the upper surface of the corner joint 42 'is generally not constructed with such high accuracy and does not have a constant height, it is difficult to fix the lower holder 39 to the corner joint 42' with high accuracy. In many cases

In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, the present invention provides a floor waterproof layer and a rising waterproof layer continuously over a floor of a building and a rising portion from the floor. A waterproof layer for a building in which a corner joint is interposed between the end portion of the holding layer formed on the floor waterproof layer and the rising waterproof layer, and a water-resistant plate is erected along the front surface of the rising waterproof layer. In the above protective structure, a lower holder for supporting the lower end of the water resistant plate is provided on the cap that covers the corner joint.
