Description: BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention relates to the cutting and connection of an electric wire at a rim around a high-voltage distribution line by using a tip tool of a manipulator in an uninterrupted construction of a high-voltage distribution line. When performing the work, keep the distance between the cut wires constant to prevent the ends of the wires from hanging down and coming into contact with each other or contacting the utility pole, etc. The present invention relates to a temporary wire support for a manipulator used for holding. [0002] Conventionally, for example, in the case of a three-phase distribution line, three edging wires are cut off without mechanically restraining the ends of the wires. Since the heavy insulation cap was attached to the terminal while the terminal was in a free state, the three electric wires were drooped or displaced laterally, and the connection was made with the tip tool of the manipulator. There was a drawback that work was very difficult. SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION The present invention has been made in order to solve such a drawback, and an object of the present invention is to provide a temporary wire support for a manipulator, which maintains a phase distance between cut wires and facilitates connection work. Things. [0003] A manipulator according to the present invention is provided.
The electric wire temporary support device has an electric rod holder fixed to the insulating rod at a predetermined interval, and has a roughly elliptical lower end at the rear end in order to clamp the electric wire between the electric wire holder and the electric wire holder. A slide holder having a slide groove provided with a notch for locking at the edge is rotatably mounted on the insulating rod below the wire holder, and pins are fixed at predetermined intervals and fixed at all times. The pin of the connecting rod urged so as to be pressed down by a spring force is mounted on a slide groove of the slide holder, and the front part of the slide holder and the insulating bar are connected to the slide holder. One end is fixed to the front part, and the other end is connected to the insulating rod by a spring fixed to the insulating rod via a shaft for attaching the slide holder to the insulating rod. Press down and connect with the insulation rod The clipper is fixed at an appropriate position on the pad, and when the clipper is sandwiched, the connecting rod moves upward and the slide holder can be opened. It is assumed that. An embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. As shown in FIG.
For example, in the case of a three-phase distribution line, three wire holders 2 are fixed to the insulating rod 1 made of P or the like at predetermined intervals, and the wire 3 is clamped between the wire holder 2 and the wire holder. For this purpose, the rear end has a roughly elliptical shape and the lower edge has a locking notch 4.
Slide holder 6 provided with a slide groove 5 having a hole formed therein
Is rotatably attached to the insulating rod 1 below the wire holder-2. As shown in FIG. 1, the pin 7 of the connecting rod 8 urged so as to be constantly pushed down by a spring force is mounted in the slide groove 5 of the slide holder 6 with the pin 7 spaced at a predetermined interval. I do. The spring force is urged by a spring 12 mounted between a lower end of the connecting rod 8 and a spring receiver 11 fixed to a lower end of the insulating rod 1. Further, one end of the front part of the slide holder 6 and the insulating rod 1 are fixed to the front part of the slide holder 6,
The other end of the slide holder 6 is connected to a spring 9 fixed to the insulating rod 1 via a shaft for attaching the slide holder 6 to the insulating rod 1, and the rear end of the slide holder 6 is constantly pushed down by the spring force. [0007] Clippers 10, 10 'are fixed at appropriate places between the insulating rod 1 and the connecting rod 8, and when the clippers 10, 10' are sandwiched, the connecting rod 8 moves upward and slides. The holder 6 can be opened. Accordingly, the clippers 10, 10 'are sandwiched between the tip tools of a manipulator (not shown) and
When the 0 'approaches the clipper 10, the slide holder
6, the rear end of the slide holder 6 is always pressed down by the spring 9, so that the pin 7 of the connecting rod 8 slides on the upper edge of the slide groove 5 as shown in FIG. It moves and does not fit into the locking notch 4 on the lower edge. When the clippers 10, 10 'are released, the slide holder 6 closes and clamps the electric wire 3, but the rear end of the slide holder 6 is always pushed down by the spring 9, so that Pin 7 of connecting rod 8
As shown in FIG. 3, the slider slides along the upper edge of the slide groove 5 and does not fit into the locking notch 4 on the lower edge. Next, when the weight of the electric wire 3 held by the slide holder 6 is heavy or an impact force or the like is applied to the electric wire 3 from outside, the load is applied to the electric wire 3 of the slide holder 6. Is applied to the front end portion, and only the slide holder 6 is rotated by the load,
Opening and pushing up the rear end of the slide holder 6, as shown in FIG. 3, the pin 7 of the connecting rod 8 abutting on the upper edge of the slide groove 5 of the slide holder 6, as shown in FIG.
, The slide groove 5 of the slide holder 6
Into the notch 4 for locking the slide holder,
6, the opening of only the wire 6 is restrained, and the wire 3 held by the slide holder 6 can be prevented from being detached from the wire holder 2. As a matter of course, the pushing force of the slide holder 6 from the gripping side of the electric wire 3 is caused by the action of the locking notch 4 of the slide groove 5 of the slide holder 6 as described above. Since it is restrained, it does not affect other slide holders 6 attached to the connecting rod 8. Since the present invention is configured as described above,
The gap between the cut wires can be reliably maintained, and even if an unexpected load such as an impact force is applied to a specific wire during the work, the load is reduced to the slide holder portion where the specific wire is held. And is not spilled over to other wire holding parts.
